Error on Webshop

Hi Friends,
I am facing following problem in WEB SHOP development.
Done with creating the product catalog, catalog variants and also assigned products to it. Activate the product catalog. Now if I go to b2c application and as i click on the shops it displays an error saying "An application error occurred".
Please suggest.

Hi All
actually we have implemented the document search functionality in webshop to access all the documents in webshop who have created order in the webshop.
actually when i am logging into the portal with userid "skumar" after that there was role called "Document Search" when i click that document search role then the document search will be opened, based on the selections in the selection criteria then the documents will be displayed generally.
actually come to my error when i select in the selection criteria "order acknowledgement" and i select the one more column called "period" after that i click the search button then i am getting the error as follows.
<b>Error in authorization check: user unknown.</b>
Can you please help me where to check the authorizations in the system for accessing the documents.

Hi Sunil generally this kind of error will occur when you choose acknoledgement
for Future Periods,eventhough input is past date if the same problem occurs you should check for Su05 Internet USer authoriasations

500 Internal server error while logging in to Webshop URL

Hi All,
I am very new to Java CRM programming and ISA architecture.I am getting an 500 Internal Server error when I am trying to login in to webshop URL http://hostname:50000/xxxb2b/b2b/init.do?xcm.scenario=JCO_NCACLNT708
Could anyone please let me know what went wrong???

Is it possible to pass dynamic JCO client name to the xcm.scenario parameter through a SAP portal entry?
And if so, what exactly is required to do this ? I saw a SAP note(SAP Note 1021959 - Portal settings for ISA iViews)
to set parameters and values like xcm.scenario, portal, callbackurl etc in the Portal System Landscape Directory to Key called ISA_B2B = "/init.do?scenario.xcm=<YOUR_XCM_SCENARIO>&portal=yes&autoentry=yes&shop=<YOUR_SHOP>&

I have a Portal WDP appln that maintains the values of <YOUR_XCM_SCENARIO> and <YOUR_SHOP>, the challenge is to pass these 2 values to the Portal System Landscape Directory Key( ISA_B2B). I am understanding there could be a .par application that will need to be integrated with the WDP application to update the Key attribute when a user performs some action/event on the WDP Screen ?

Error-u201CNo customer master record exists with sold to partyu201D. from Webshop

Hi,
We are trying to create an order from webshop calling BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2, while saving the order we are getting an error that "No customer master record exists with sold to party".
When we try to execute the same with stanalone program from Java the output is coming fine.
If anyone worked on similar issue, kindly let me know.

Logon Errors in B2C webshop

hello guys,
This is urgent,Iam trying to logon to B2C webshop by registering as a consumer,
i have given have used German address,after entering the address data when i try to
save the user,i get the following error
"You are not authorized to assign profiles"
can anyone explain how to overcome this problem,.

Hi Chandu,
What Raj said is indeed true. That is a possibility. Give full authorisation to the java user.
Otherwise use tx ST01 and do the following:
select trace components:
Authorisation checks X
now click the general filters button and fill the 'only for user' field with the username of the java user. click ok
Activate the trace by clicking the Trace on button.
now you just try to do what you were doing. When you receive the error go back to ST01 and click the button trace off.
Now evaluate the trace by clicking the Evaluation button.
Here you will get an overview of all authorisation checks performed troughout your actions...
Normally you should find some checks where SY-SUBRC is not 0. These are the problems.
How you can solve it is to adjust the authorisation roles that are assigned to the java users.
That should do the trick.

Error encountered in Webshop

Hi Experts,
Please help. After linking a customer to a new account, this error was encountered in Webshop after loggin in - "We are sorry but we are unable to complete your order due to an error with the order. Please contact customer service during regular business hours to address this situation."
Please note that the customer was already linked to 5 different accounts and no issues were encountered. A dummy customer was linked to the new account and error was not encountered either. Error was replicated upon linking the customer to a dummy account. Customer profile and status have been checked but found no issues.

I already solved the issue, just creating the user manually at command promp,
the problem is that the password that SAP generated was not compatible or not acceptble to the system that is why i manually created the user:
SQL> CREATE USER SAPEP1SHD IDENTIFIED BY kXZvHmKI_42aB; - > correct one
SQL> CREATE USER SAPEP1SHD IDENTIFIED BY kXZvHmKI.42aB; - > incorrect; generated by the system

Error while creating webshop

Hi All,
I have done the necessary jco settings in the shop admin and i have created a application scenario like 'webshop510'. When i am trying to create webshops with shopadmin/shopadmin url i am getting an error that scenariowebshop501 is not exist.
for creating webshops is any other settings is required than shopadmin/admin url settings. or is it required any RFC settings?

Replace the CRM_B2B scenario with you scenario.

Error when accessing b2b webshop

CRM 2007 - windows 2003 server x64; SQL Server 2005
TREX 7.0 - windows 2003 server x64
I followed C14 Best Practices document to setup e-commerce. I successfully generated the Initial Product Catalog from transaction COMM_PCAT_IMS_INIT. After successful login to my b2b webshop I am getting the following error:
The catalog that you have selected is currently unavailable; try again later
I implemented the note Note 980678 - Catalog is currently not available. Everything looks fine as per the note. My TREX server is running in another server within the same domain. Couple of things I noticed:
1) In transaction SRMO under The "Display Data Path" in the transaction SRMO in CRM system showing the TREX server local path. Is this the way it should be? Or do i need to map a network drive to TREX. I tried to update the data path by selecting "Replace Data Path" just to try. But got an error "The function could not be executed. RCODE from search engine:2981"
2) In transaction SRMO under "RFC Destionations" tab, the column "CP Initialization" is red for both rows.
3) In transaction SRMO under table "Index Category (Index)" no values are returned when I try "F4" in "Index Category"
We have same implementation in CRM 5.0 and it is working fine. But the TREX server and the CRM 5.0 is on the same host. Do both of these need to be in the same host?
Any help with this is highly appreciated.

Hi,
How are you replicating your catalog? SAP recommends to replicate catalogs in CRM 2007 from Web UI which you can also get by default from the E-Commerce Manager's role. Check the number of versions of the catalog on the Web UI. If there are multiple versions, make a copy of the original catalog and make sure that you replicate only once the new catalog and set that in the shopadmin.
The application will give an error if there are multiple versions and if you are replicating from the Web Ui this problem of multiple active versions won't occur.

Error while opening the Webshop

Runtime error with Configurable products in B2c Webshop

We are on CRM 6.0. On selection of proceed to check out with configurable products we are getting the following runtime error

We just downloaded configurable products from ECC. Added these products to the catalog, replicated to TREX and checked in the web shop.
What is the procedure for configurable products use in web channel?

Hi,
I am trying to use session in the following way:
In the shipto.jsp I have a hidden input in the ShipTo form
<input type="hidden" name="save" value="" />
When the user clicks the Save button it will set the value:
document.ShipTo.save.value="true";
saveForm() is called after this in my custom javascript.
In the order.jsp I try to reteieve the value as follows
String saved = (String)request.getParameter("save");
But it just keeps returning a null value.
I don't have any custom class.
I have only recently started on B2B and normally this would work in jsp.

Need help to enable trace/logging for java debugging CRM 5.0 WebShop

Dear experts,
I'm new to sap, and i'm working on CRM 5.0 WebShop J2ee application with nwdi.
I have to add a new functionnality, which has to call a custom FM in CRM. This FM has been tested and is OK.
I have read the 2 files SAP_ISA50_DevAndExtGuide.pdf and ISA50_DevAndExtTuts_v1_0.pdf which have explain to me the process flow and organization of the framework.
By helping me with the tutorials, I wrote all the files for my functionnality, from the jsp with the form, to the custom business backend with the call of the FM with parameters and JCo connection. (+ custom BOM, custom BO, BE interface, BE CRM implementation)
Everything builds without error, and I deploy the application on my test env.
Then I go to my webapp, I call the custom jsp with form, I put values, then I validate the form, but my FM is not called, and I don't know where is the problem, because I can't see a trace of the process flow, to know where is the error.
By searching in this forum I found 2 notes that explain how to activate debug trace for all the application, one note for systems before SP11 and another for systems with SP11 and higher. But I don't know how to see the patchlevel of the system (I went to system information of the j2ee server and the on ly thing I can notice is below the server0 properties : Kernel Version: 7.00 PatchLevel.
In these notes I read about Visual Administrator : I found this directly on the server with remote desktop, but the progress bar at the bottom of the window don't arrives to 100% and I can't see the properties and values of the parameters for the Log.
I went to XCM too, and set appinfo and logfiledownload to true, then went to Logging into e-commerce administration console : in the Log configuration tab, I can create new configurations but the effective severity automatically sets to error, even if I set All or Debug manually ; in the session log tab, i tried to launch the application, then start log, then validate my form, then stop log, but I can't find anything about the trace of the process flow in the generated file.
Please help, I have to finish this for end of week and I'm alone ...

Problem in creating a webshop order

Hi guys,
I have an issue about the request delivery date in creating a webshop order.
I am trying to create a webshop order in crmd_order transaction and I am giving the request delivery date on sunday so that it is giving an error saying that "No goods accepted on sunday; next valid date on monday.This is working fine in gui.
I want to replicate this error in the front end.When creating the webshop order in the frontend with the same data what i used in the backend I am not getting this error.
When I degugged in both the backend and frontend the error is coming from this include LCRM_SCHEDLIN_OWF02. The condition where the error is throwing in this include is not coming while creating in the frontend.

Step2: Check pricing determination in B2C
(a) Select List Pricing or IPC Pricing in Webshop.http://<ip>:<port>shopadmin/init.do
(b) u201CforceIPCpricingu201D set to true enables IPC pricing in the java shopping basket http://<>:<port>/b2b/admin/xcm/init.do
(c) If IPC Pricing Activated in the Web Shop maintain relevant entries in Prod.catalog variant
