available stock is something different than stock in unrestricted use status in MMBE transaction.
available stock is the unrestricted use stock minus the reservation or deliveries that have this stock already allocated.
Use CO09  or MD04 to see how much stock is available at a certain date and which MRP element is consuming your unrestricted stock.

    Hello Experts,
i have created Scheduling Agreement in Test system, with reference to this i created Sales
    order.
i tried to deliver one Sales Order in VA02 for a perticular
    finished material with 100 quantity,
i am facing the below errors
'Only 0 FT of material 200000000428  available'
An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted.
i checked the confirm quantity in Scheduling agreement its showing confirmed Qty in forecast delivery schedule
, even in sales order all schedule line are confirmed.
i checked the stock of the material in MMBE for the same, Though 20 000 quantity of material is
is available there but still i am not able to deliver the order.
Could you please help in this case ?

    1)  Ensure that safety stock is not maintained for that material in material master MRP view
    2)  Check in VL06G whether any delivery is created and saved for the same material without doing PGI
In both the above cases, though you can see the stock in unrestricted, you cannot post the goods issue.
    thanks

  • Sales order error - Only 0 EA of material 24 is available

    Hi friends,
I got this message during sales order creation 'Only 0 EA of material 24 is available'.
I checked for solutions for similar problem in this forum by search button. Could get hold of two unanswered question. I tried possibilities listed there but problem still persists.
    Any solutions to resolve this
    Thanks

    Dear Robert
    The reasons could be
    - non availability of stock of the material for which you are trying to create sale order
    - Already delivery is created and saved without doing PGI for the same material
If the reason is first cited above, then you can create stock via MB1C with movement type 561.  If the reason is second cited above, then run VL21 where you can see if any delivery is created and saved without doing PGI.
    thanks

  • Only 0EA of material available

    Hi Gurus,
Can anybody please throw some light on the error. "only 0EA of material are  avialable" We are trying to send a returns PO to a vendor. The stock is now sitting in blocked stock. The delivery is created but the delivery quantity and the picked quantity is all zero on the delivery and it says only 0EA of material is available. As per our configuratiuon we do not inclue blocked stock as avaialble stock in MD04. Availalbe stock is only unrestricted and quality inspection stock. What could be the reason for this error messagfe. Also the the delviery date on the PO is 7/12/2011. Since all the stock that we want to send to the vendor is in blocked stock, why is the delivery not able to look at that stock and pick them up. And also in MD04 there is no other requrieemtns that could be eating away the stock, again this goes back to our config that the stock in blocked stock is not shwoing up in MD04 becuase we do not consider it. Help is greatly appreciated
    Thanks

From what I can understand, you have received some stock and is faulty, it is lying in blocked stock, you are now creating a return delivery referencing the GR material document?
    Is my understanding correct.

  • TS4062 How do I get music on iPhone w/out downloading from Cloud? Error "sync will resume when "computer" is available." Tried syncing music w/ cord, w/out cord; only purchased music, only a few songs. Restarted devices & both are updated w/ latest softwa

How do I get music onto my iPhone without having to download it from the Cloud? My iPhone gives the error "sync will resume when "computer" is available" on the final step of synching. The computer says "waiting for changes to be applied" but the phone doesn't have the two little sync arrows anymore. Seems it will stay like that for hours if I don't cancel it. I've tried syncing the songs with the cord & without the cord; using only purchased music or only a few songs. I've restarted both devices & both are updated with the latest software. My phone says it hasn't synced in 5 months, even though I've tried. WiFi is working. I've tried checking and unchecking the box in iTunes. I've turned Windows Firewall on/off. Ran the diagnostics in iTunes. Nothing seems to work. Help!

    Hello Megurine Lockhart,
I would recommend re syncing the music to the phone from iTunes by unchecking the sync music checkbox in iTunes, sync, then re check it and sync again.
For reference this is what I mean:
    Syncing music
Connect your iPod to your computer and open iTunes.
Select your your iPod in the Devices section on the left side of the iTunes window.
In the main iTunes browser window, select Music.
Select the option to Sync Music. You may also select "Include Music videos" if you would like to sync Music videos to a device.
From: iTunes: Syncing media content to iPod
              http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1351
The article references an iPod but its the same for an iPhone.
    All the best,

  • Cannot create Delivery - Only 0 ea material is available

    Hi experts,
We recently migrated SAP to global environment.  Our SD settings for AV check is same in the local system & also in the global SAP system.
In sales we use AV check 02 with Check rule A & have unticked the "With reqmts qty".  In delivery we use AV check 02 with Check rule B & also untick
    the "With reqmts qty".
I have created a Sales order for 6 pcs for material ABC & in sales order under scheduled lines 6 pcs are already confirmed on the requested delivery date.
On hand stock also we have 6 pcs.  But when I create Delivery the delivery qty is NOT auto picked, more over it says "Only 0 ea of ABC available".*From MD04 I can see the qty to be detected for this sales order on the requested delivery date mentioned in the order.
Kindly do let me know if this more to do with ATP check or something else.
    Regards,
    Pri

For this material we need to create Delivery & post goods issue. This is our requirement.
Only for this material, in VL01N, in menu "Environment" under "Availability" the "With reqmts qty" in ticked.
This is does not happen for other materials.  Please do let me know where is this setting in Customising.
I think this cumulates all the requirement qty & since the qty is lesser, eventhough there is sufficient stock for the Sales Order it does not allow to create Delivery as it accumulates qty.
F1 for "With reqmts qty" shows the customising is under the path,
Basic functions -> Availability Check and Transfer of Requirements -> Availability Check -> Availability Check According to ATP Logic and Against Planning -> Define Checking Groups
But do not know how to untick the check box in delivery.
    Please help.

  • Missing parts list shows only the first material.

in case of MTO cycle, when i create a plnd order to prod order,in material availability check, system is not displaying all the materials for which shortages are there, instead its showing only the first material.
    any help

You need to ensure that these materials are actually missing. You check this in transaction CO09 (SAP Note 89362). The checking rule will be whatever you assigned to the production order type in OPJK.
Also, you need to ensure that the "missing" materials are actually checked for availability - The checking group is assigned in the MRP3 tab of the material master. In OVZ2, look at the entry for this checking group and ensure that "No Check" is not ticked.

  • Material block In Availability Control

    Dear Experts,
In IMG-Availability Check-Define Checking Group-----one check box is there "Material block in availability check with transfer of qties" .What will be impact if we checked this box and how it is different to the Block check Box in  " Define Material Block for other users" in availability Check.
    Regards
    Jyoti.

"Material block in availability check with transfer of qties" .
Might be you have faced the case like if you are working on Transaction MSC2N with some material & at the same time ,you create a Delivery for the same material , you will get an error that Material is Blocked.Secondly when you do the availability check in the Sales order and at the same time ,you have opened MM02,then you will get the same error.
" Define Material Block for other users"
This has been maintained to check the exact situation of the stock .Like if you have created a Delivery (without PGI) of XYZ Material of 10 MTS and again you will try to create an order for the same Material & Batch , it will not show you the confirmed Quantity.
    Hope it may help you.
    Best Regards,

  • Batch Input Session - Display Error Only - SM35

    Dear all,
Need to do material master extension in MM01 and considering batch input session using mode 'display error' only.
However,do have a concern on its performance or run time. In SM35, running in display error only mode - will there be any time out error like the ones encounter in abap reporting ?
This is because, we will be dealing with a huge volume of data (round 2,000). Therefore would like to know, if there would be any possibility that the bdc session in sm35 will experience a time out or not .
Appreciate it if you could shed some lights on this. Thanks in advance.

    Hello there,
Executing MM01's batch job in background wasn't really an option. This is because, this error was encountered "Control Framework: Fatal error - GUI cannot be reached".
Had done a search on this -- and it indicates that in background mode there isn't GUI involved. Searched result also shows that this error appears when its comes to screens with text ie. Purchase Text or Sales text. Nope, no BDC on entering text involved.
    http://www.sapfans.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=164902&hilit=ControlFramework%3AFatalerrorGUIcannotbe+reached
Therefore the option am considering is executing the batch job in "Display Error Only". Nonetheless, am not too sure if this will cause time out. The other reason as to this option is that -- we initially introduced CALL TRANSACTION for extending material in MM01. However, functional feedback that it was slow.
Kindly advise - thanks in advance.

  • DRDY ERR I/O Errors only occur with KDE. HDD or kernel related?

This isn't too urgent since I'm not having this problem anymore, but I would like to know what caused it in the first place.
A few months ago, I think it was in May, when I was booting into KDE, the desktop wouldnt load. After logging in it goes to a black screen with a cursor. I check my tty consoles and they are all spammed with DRDY and I/O errors.
Today my log files don't go back to that time, but I apparantly wrote them down:
    [timestamp] ata1.00: irq_stat 0x40000001
    [timestamp] ata1: SError: { CommWake }
[timestamp] ata1.00: failed command: READ FPDMA QUEUED
    [timestamp] ata1.00: cmd 60/08:00:79:c5:e9/00:00:38:00:00/40 tag 0 ncq 4096 in
[timestamp]                res 41/40:08:7c:c5:e9/00:00:38:00:00/60 Emast 0x409 (media error) <F>
    [timestamp] ata1.00: status {DRDY ERR }
    [timestamp] error: { UNC }
[timestamp] end_request: I/O error, dev sda, sector 9540445540
It repeats this over and over again on all 7 consoles. I believe the hex numbers and sector # change slightly each time it repeats.
I restart the computer and it does the same thing. Then one day it booted into the desktop after sitting at a black screen with a cursor for 10 minutes.
When I saw Media and I/O error, I immediately thought it was my hard drive failing (which sucks because I had this computer for less than a year). But the weird thing was that once it finally boots into a desktop enviroment, everything works fine. I can access any file without any error, I can boot into my windows partition perfectly, and everything runs as fast as it did before. I ran fschk and chksdk several times, I passed with 0 bad sectors. SMART tests come out perfect.
The strangest thing about this is that the errors only come about when I boot into KDE. If I boot into any other enviroment I do not get these errors. Completely reinstalling KDE did not fix it. I don't remember updating or changing anything before these errors started appearing. I did do a full system update once I was actually able to get into my KDE session, but it didnt do anything. I eventually solved it by using another desktop enviroment, which was xfice at the time but now its cinnamon. I never got those errors ever since.
I posted something similar to this on KDE's forum, and no one could figure it out. One of the admins told me its very unusual that something like this would happen only with KDE, and the READ FPDMA/DRDY ERRs "are sourced from the kernel - and are disk/kernel related according to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sour ... bug/550559."
As of now I can install KDE perfectly without any sort of issue, but I know several kernel updates occured since then. So could this be a issue with the kernel? Or is my hdd really starting to fail? I backed up the computer already, but I record music constantly and don't "aggresively" run backups (i.e not every day, but every month or so). Should I start doing so?
    Thanks

The READ FPDMA QUEUED errors come up in SMART's log, so those problems I had have to be HDD related, not kernel. Other than that I really don't know what I'm looking at here. I don't like the numbers for UDMA_CRC_Error Count or Multi Zone Error rate, but I don't know what those mean. Until someone explains to me what I'm dealing with here, I'm going to assume it is an HDD problem and start furiously backing stuff up.
bart_b wrote:Some of these issues are related to interference of the Spread Spectrum Clocking (SSC), SSC is a way of eliminating interference. Now some BIOSes let you tweak this setting and some harddisks like WD have a jumper setting to disable/enable the spread spectrum frequency. But since it is more of a RF issue rearranging your sata cables might help or replace them with a better quality cable could do the trick to reduce interference. If you have overclocked your PC, try to re-tweak it to a more sane level.
I forgot to mention that my computer is a Dell Inspiron n5110. Its a piece of garbage, its the only computer I am aware off that has programs that PREVENT you from connecting to the internet when you don't buy their stupid extended warranty. I'm saving up for a thinkpad t420 but thats another story
Woah. Radio signals interfering with data passing through the SATA cables? I've had poorly sheilded guitar cables that pick up odd AM stations, but SATA cables? Thats bizzare. I don't own a PC yet, but I'm going to build one for my brothers once the parts come in, and I'll definitely make a note of that. I didn't even know you could overclock a CPU to the point where it GENERATES RF signals powerful enough to interfere with the HDD. Thats really interesting.
Another note I should mention is that the motherboard on my dell died maybe a month or 2 after the I/O errors. Gotta love dell. Every single dell computer I owned died of mobo failure without any warning. Even their printers. Good god.
Anyway, could the mobo have been a factor? I know the tech that replaced the mobo told me that the LCD cable wasn't seated correctly, so could the SATA cables have been bad as well? I really doubt it though, but who knows
    Edited for embarrassing spelling mistakes
I think it's rather interesting that both you and I have Toshiba hard drives.  I've heard that they're supposed to be as delicate as glass, but mine's held up all right, until these weird errors and stuff.
As for motherboards.  If the motherboard is messed up, everything will seem messed up, but may or may not.

Logged the call with SAP who directed me to 'Define settings for attachments' in IMG and setting the 'Deactivate Java Applet' & 'Deactivate Attachment versioning' checkboxes - problem solved.
