Error: please enter the date value in correct format DD-MON-RRRR

Hi all,
First of all I am 100 % learning oracle financial no technical background. I am trying to run a report: -the calendar does not appear in order for me to choose the date -Besides that when I enter the date ie 10-09-2010 or 10/09/2010 the system give me this error "Error: please enter the date value in correct format DD-MON-RRRR "
please help me solve that.

Hello,
Business Place & Section code are required to be mentioned in MIRO document for TDS purpose. It could be either determined automatically through substitution rule or the field could be made mandatory through validation.
Business Place is created for TAN registration that your company has, Section Code is created in line with the bUsiness Place.
Section Code derives the Business Place.
Hence its compulsory to mention Sec. Code & Business Place while posting the transactions for TDS.

I am getting below error in SharePoint PPS 2013 Dashboard Designer. While create the Analysis Service by using "PROVIDER="MSOLAP";DATA SOURCE="http://testpivot2013:9090/Source%20Documents/TestSSource.xlsx"
"An error occurred connecting to this data source. Please check the data source for any unsaved changes and click on Test Data Source button to confirm connection to the data source. "
I have checked all the Sites and done all the steps also. But still getting the error.Its frustrating like anything. Everything is configured correctly but still getting this error.

Error While Entering the Data: Code and Name

Hi Experts,
I have defined the Two User Defined tables and SBO created Two User Defined Forms.
i am able added the Data in One of the Form with the same value in Code columns for multiple rows and different value in Name columns for multiple rows.
but when i am trying to do the same thing second form, i am getting the following Error.
"This entry already exists in the following tables '' (@ABC) (ODBC -2035) [Message 131-183]"

My company is using SAP last 2.5 years. During SAP Implementation, Consultants configured SAP AA, but during testing it showed error in Asset Accounting. That is why, we donu2019t use SAP AA.
Now we want to use Asset Accounting in SAP. I have configured SAP AA in Development. Then I try to Create Asset Master, But it is showing Error:
Please enter the expiry date in dd.mm.yyyy format
I cannot get Error message no also. If I double click on error, it is not opening.
I donu2019t know about Validations. Can u please guide me?

Enter the date of production

While doing confirmation in SRM 7.0 , SP 07 , i am getting error as "Enter the date of production". any body aware of this issue.

After you enter the production date, the system issues message 12 006 "Existing SLED (&1) has been changed to &2 by the program", however, the original date is still displayed. Was the document updated correctly with the new SLED anyhow?

The material document has been posted with the correct, changed date - even if no change occurred on the screen, and as a result the current date could not be displayed.
This system response is also described in Note 212342, point 2 'New system response', which is valid for materials managed in batches and those that are not managed in batches.

ERROR BRAIN (599): for characteristic 0FISCPER Please enter a valid value

Weve an BI 7.0 System with Patch Level SP12 which is previously connected to an NW 7.0 Portal System + BI Java that has SP13 installed.
Were able to create Queries and Web Templates via Query Builder and WAD for BI 7.0 and publish to portal.
Recently, weve installed a new NW 7.0 Portal + BI Java with same package level. We made the configurations for Bex via Template Installer and everything is ok.
Our reports has a 0FISCPER characteristics and when we run the reports in new portal, it displays the report. But when we want to change period and click the button created to set period, a popup opens and errors like "for characteristic 0FISCPER Please enter a valid value " displayed on popup.

BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE error: Enter the date of production.

Hi,
Referring to the subject, I am getting error when i try to use BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE to do "Goods Receipts for Prod Order".
The error is asking me to "Enter the date of production".
GM_CODE has been assigned to 02. Posting date and doc date are set to local date.
As for the GOODSMVT_ITEM parameter, I am passing in plant, storage loc, quantity, movement type, batch no, delivery note, CO production order, movement indicator and propose quantities.
Anyone encounter this error before? Please share your experience and perhaps the solution.

Hi All,
We have a mandotory prompt on 0FISCPER for Web I Report . The promt is present in the universe.
The query works fine in Dev , but in Quality it shows the following error
A database error occured. The database error text is: Error in MDDataSetBW.GetCellData. Please enter a valid value for characteristic 0FISCPER.. (WIS 10901)
The universe is on BW Query and the BW Query works fine.
Can someone please help on this

We have created report level prompts and facing this issue because we were selecting multiple values for prompts.
Its working fine for single selection. Is there any way to enable multi selection for the particular object at the BW end ?
Or else we have to create the prompts (Single selection) at the universe level.

SAP CATM time transfers error message "please enter consecutive dates"

we have just implememted CATM as part of our contractor time entry process. we are currently running the CATM job weekly, however we keep recieveing the following error message on various contractors time entry transfers
"please enter consecutive dates 1 2 3 4&5&6&7&8"
this appears to be due to the fact the contractors may not work consecutive days with the weekly parameter that the CATM job was ran for.
ie the job is ran on the friday for the current week
perhaps the employee didnt work on the wednesday and as such had 0hrs on that day.
in order to process that CATM transfer we have to run it for the first 2 days of the week and then the last 2 days.
is there a solution around this that i cant seem to find. it seems absurd that i need to run it mannually for every single day everytime that i run it.
CATM should accept the date range and just process any time transfer within that range.
has anyone else encountered this error and if so how did you process it?

there is no message number, CATM is a horribly lacking transaction to use. i cant get any additional information from the F1 transaction. unfortunatly MM & HR are not my strong suits.

I have registered for iOS developer program (99$) one .
Now I am trying to block the app name which i will upload soon . When i go to itunes connect and create a new app and provide all the information needed, I get the error "Please enter a company name to use within the iTunes Store."
Can someone help me out on this ?

I have the same error, but I think we will get no solution for this problem.
You've get no answer here and the Apple support also doesn't send an answer how to solve the problem.
BTW I have also Windows 7 and the newest version of iTunes 64-bit.

Hi,
I think you are facing an invalid character issue.
This issue can be resolved by correcting the error records in PSA and updating it into the target. For that the first step should be to identify if all the records are there in PSA. You can find out this from checking the Details tab in RSMO, Job log , PSA > sorting records based on status,etc. Once its confirmed force the request to red and delete the particular request from the target cube. Then go to PSA and edit the incorrect records (correcting or blanking out the invalid entries for particular field InfoObject for the incorrect record) and save it. Once all the incorrect records are edited go to RSA1>PSA find the particular request and update to target manually (right click on PSA request > Start update immediately).
I will add the step by step procedure to edit PSA data and update into target (request based).
In your case the error message says Error : Record 1 :Value 'Kuldeep Puri Milan Joshi '. You just need to conver this to Capital letter in PSA and reload.
Edit the field to KULDEEP PURI MILAN JOSHI in PSA and push it to target.
Identifying incorrect records.
System wont show all the incorrect records at the first time itself. You need to search the PSA table manually to find all the incorrect records.
1. First see RSMO > Details > Expand upate rules / processing tabs and you will find some of the error records.
2. Then you can go to PSA and filter using the status of records. Filter all the red requests. This may also wont show the entire incorrect records.
3. Then you can go to PSA and filter using the incorrect records based on the particular field.
4. If this also doesnt work out go to PSA and sort (not filter) the records based on the particular field with incorrect values and it will show all the records. Note down the record numbers and then edit them one by one.
If you want to confirm find the PSA table and search manually."
Also Run the report RS_ERRORLOG_EXAMPLE,By this report you can display all incorrected records of the data & you can also find whether the error occured in PSA or in TRANSFER RULES.
Steps to resolve this
1. Force the request to red in RSMO > Status tab.
2. Delete the request from target.
3. Come to RSMO > top right you can see PSA maintenace button > click and go to PSA .
4.Edit the record
5. Save PSA data.
6. Got to RSA15 > Search by request name > Right click > update the request from PSA to target.

As a long term you can apply some user exit in source system side or change your update rules to ensure that this field is getting blanked out before getting loaded in cube or add that particular char to permitted character list in BW.
RSKC --> type ALL_CAPITAL --> F8 (Execute)
OR
Go to SE38 and execute the program RSKC_ALLOWED_CHAR_MAINTAIN and give ALL_CAPITAL or the char you want to add.
Check the table RSALLOWEDCHAR. It should contain ALL_CAPITAL or the char you have entered.
