Error PLS-00302 while importing images
Hello,
I exported the images from the online environment and tried to import the file on a local instance of HTML DB.
Although the script says the export file is COMPATIBLE, it stops with the following error:
ERROR at line 2:
ORA-06550: line 2, column 24:
PLS-00302: component 'G_VARCHAR2_TABLE' must be declared
The failing statement is:
wwv_flow_image_api.g_varchar2_table(1) := '...'
where ... represents a string of hexadecimal values
I ran the script as user FLOWS_010500.
All other scripts ran normally without problems.
Any hints?

You need to apply the recent patch to get you to 1.5.1, then the import should work. Please advise if it does not.

Huge document, full of pictures and graphics. Created in Word for Mac 2011. Saved as pdf it's 38M.
When I try to reduce the size, I get an error, "An error was encountered while processing images".
No other info. Any clues?It would help to know what version of Acrobat. However, the better way is to probably work with the WORD file first. You might want to work on a copy so that you don't mess up the original. If you select a graphic in WORD, go to the format tab and select Compress Pictures. You might select the options and use 150 ppi or the 220. Many people use graphics with dpi in the thousands that the human eye can not see. You might also consider reducing the color depth from millions to 256 colors, or even 16 colors if a simple line drawing or such (this would probably have to be done to the graphic itself). If you uncheck the button to apply to the selected item, then the change will be applied to all figures (other than the color depth that can not be done this way).
Another item that makes a PDF huge are tags. Tags are good for accessibility or going back to WORD (not a good idea in general), but take a lot of space. For the smallest reasonable PDF print to the Adobe PDF printer (this will not create tags or bookmarks) with at least the Standard settings (not embedding fonts is typically a bad idea -- though you might want to be careful about using lots of different fonts in your DOC file). If you use PDF Maker (the Acrobat tab in WORD), you can set the preferences about tags and the level of bookmarking in the PDF. All of this can help in creating a reasonable size PDF. For such a large PDF, the print root might be best. If you are careful, there should be no need for 38M. -

I've looked around on the internet for a solution for this, but I'm finding no answers that help.
I keep getting the following errors in Acrobat Pro 9.3 when trying to use the pdf optimizer. It's driving me nuts. I'm trying to compress an Indesign CS5 generated pdf. It contains transparent objects, and all the images are .ai files.
If I leave the transparency box unchecked I immediately get this error:
An error was encountered while processing images.
If I check Transparency, it shows the little loading bar, as usual, and then when that's done I get this:
An error was encountered while flattening transparent objects.
The most annoying part of this, is that I've been using this same file for months now. Every so often the disclosures on it get updated, and I make the edits in Indesign, export, add form fields, and compress using pdf optimizer. Why all of a sudden is it grumpy? Is this a CS5 issue, because this form may not have been updated since I upgraded to CS5 from CS4?
I've tried swapping out the .ai files with newly saved CS5 versions. I've tried flattening layers pre-export. I cannot remove transparency, so that's not an option. But, as a test I removed all images before export and the pdf compressed fine. Any ideas? There's no broken links or anything in the Indesign file.I had the same problem - a pdf created by CS5.5 suddenly could not be optimised - I was cropping the pdf (to get rid of trim marks) first before optimising and this threw up the error message "An error was encountered while flattening transparency" I then optimised first before cropping the pdf and this seemed to get around this problem.

Hi Poonam,
I think, since you have taken the XSD from the Standard business content, then most probably the XMl file that you are using is not in accordance with the XSD taken from the Business Content.
There can be 2 reasons of error:
1. One poblem can be that the Tags in the Source file are not in order as they are in the XSD. Kindly check whether the source tags are in proper order.
2. The fields in the source file may be having a Value, which is Violating the Field Type, or the Field Length setting done in Console.
For Ex, I have a doubt about this Value :
<BSKRF>0.0000000000000000E+00</BSKRF>
This corresponds to what Value in MDM and which Type of Field you have made in MDM
Similarly check and confirm all Field Settings.
Also please try to find out some Log Reports, which might also help you out in de-bugging this problem.

ThanksI believe you are trying to do it in the default warehouse which is already created in the system - General Warehouse. Tis actually happens as the WHs code is 01 and not 1.
In exel if you write 01, it is taken as 1 and dtw marks error. So write
'01
use prefix ' excel takes it as text and you will have a successful import.

it means that the data you input into column or field dataoemployeesinfo are exceeding the maximum amount of characters allowed in the column. To know the maximum amount of character of the column , you could activate system information while you are in the emplyoee master data screen, you could see the field name and the field maximum size.
Another way is to use SDK help file.

When I'm importing images to iTunes it keeps on crashing down.
I read on the support that it could be that some of the images are not good for viewing in iPod.
I had something like 500 pictures to import, it crashed, but when I tried to import them 100 at a time, it somehow worked...
What is the problem and how can I fix it?Anyone?

I am using RSTXSCRP program for Download and Upload the SAP Form. I am downloading script 'ZF110_HDFC_CHCK' is successfully.
after that before uploading i open the notepad i replace 'ZF110_HDFC_CHCK' to 'ZF110_HDFC_DM'.
then in selection-screen i mension the object name is ZF110_HDFC_DM.
and Mode IMPORT
while execute the report it taking so much time and they given Dump error.
How can i solve this?

After a specific time, the program is terminated to make the work area
available to other users who may be waiting.

I pasted the following code (This code was given in one of the discussions) in the true code to fix the error that is poping up while viewing the .chm file.

Error in component while importing DC

I use Netweaver for JDI development for SAP ESS webynpro components.
I have recently upgraded my SAP Netweaver from 2.0.9 to 2.0.16. What I find is that, when i Import a DC from the JDI server into my client workspace, it has numerous errors associated with it.
These errors are due to the "com.sap.tc.webdynpro.progmodel.gci.impl.GCIEventHandlerId" class, which the IDE cannot resolve.
I have checked the build path of the project and also checked the jar file of the above class.Interestingly, the above mentioned class is not there in the jar file.
My question is that, is the structure of Netweaver in terms of the APIs changed, which is causing this discrepency??
Will be highly obliged for any help on this.

Getting error RME-02124 while importing repository dump

I am trying to import a dump file in the repository. I have installed Database 10g and Developer Suite 10g on XP machine.
I have a dump (.dmp) file from Designer 6i, now when i am trying to import it through RAU, getting below error after a min of import start.
The error says that it requires "sdd_reserved_names" table, but my question is since i have fresh installation then how will there be any table exists.
As per my understanding "sdd_reserved_names" table comes when we install a new repository, since i have to import a repository which means, the schema should not contain any repository (Then only we can "Import" option is available in the RAU), so please help me how to import the repository.

I am installing repository using "Installing a Repository (SQL Script Method)", but after this when i start RAU as mentioned, and try to install repository it say's, that another repository exits in this oracle instance hence it says that this install will be configured to use private synonym.
when i proceeded with the same after few mins it throws error
ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of PUBLIC.RM_ELEMENT_TYPES

ORA-00980: synonym translation is no longer valid
Please help how to resolve this.

Error in transport while importing in my BI production.. plz help
Hi ,
I have a strange issue when I am trying to import a transport in my BI production with options as "Overwrite Originals" & "Overwrite Objects in unfinished repairs".
In Quality there is no issue present with the transport but where as the same failed in production with the below error message.
in STMS:
Program terminated (job: RDDEXECL, no.: 15232100)
With the return Code: 12.
When I look at the log of the job: here is the summary:
ABAP/4 processor: SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC the logs shows that it has failed with the this error (dump) message.
I have searched for OSS notes and other information but still there is no update on this kind of issue.

In Production server goto STMS_IMPORT and tehn Identify the RED request and then goto Log and see the details and find the reason and correct it and again transfort the dependencies first then transport this object.
Note: Transports basically fails, because of its dependencyies are not present in Production, so first Transport the dependecies then transport the main obejcts.
Don't mix all obejcts in single request.
First Transport the Package then
1. InfoObejcts.
2. Cubes, DSO's
3.DataSources from ECC Dev to ECC Qty
4. DataSource Replication in BW Qty
5. InfoSources.
6.Transformations in between DataSource and InfoSource.
7.Transformations in between InfoSource and InfoCube/DSO.
8. DTP's & InfoPackages.
9. Multiproviders/InfoSets.
10. Reports.
