Error Publishnig upk 11.1, no play.exe

hello,
When I publish a content, I've warning but it's just for broken links. Unfortunately, the publishing is not completed, no play.exe for example.
The log activity indicate this :

thanks for your helpDid you ever get to the bottom of this? I'm having the same problem and have upgraded to 3.6.1 with Enablement SP3 and reimported my modules but am still having the same problem.

My module consists of two topics and one exports/previews fine but the other does this.
Update: after a day's head-scratching I think I've cracked it. The problem may have been left over from the prior installation. After the upgrade I kept opening this topic and finding it lacked any screenshots. I dug around in the file system and found where the images should be, and found them in the equivalent place in the previous file store. I copied them into the right place and the topic appeared OK in the editor, but still wouldn't export.
Today I did this again and then 'edited' every screenshot - right-clicked and chose to edit it, then just saved and closed it immediately. This action seems to have added all the screenshots into the 'manifest' file for this module (in the Windows filesystem) and now all appears OK - for now, at least (I can't remember the last bit of software I had so much technical trouble doing basic tasks with!).

Unable to view Content pane or playback buttons from play.exe

After publishing Player files, I want to preview the Player output so I launched player.exe. It opens in Internet Explorer, and I can see and expand the modules and view the topic listing. However, I cannot see the Concept pages. All I get is a blank page. I also don't get the playback mode buttons, so I can't launch any topics. Double-clicking does not launch my default mode (Try It) either.
When I tried viewing the same file from another computer, I can see them just fine, so I am pretty sure it's just my computer.
Does anyone know what computer setting / internet explorer setting I need to change to be able to view the topics?
As a side note, I am able to view UPK topics that are deployed on our server just fine. It's only when I try to launch the play.exe file locally on my machine.

Hi - I posted the initial question back in November when I had my old machine. I thought it was just my computer since all my colleagues are able to see it just fine.
Now I have a brand new computer - Windows 7 and IE 8, and I had high hopes that it was an isolated issue with my old laptop... but even with the new laptop, I am unable to see the Concept pane!
I have not made any changes to my Internet Explorer setting. A colleague of mine with the exact same computer (and same setting - since it's provided by the company) can see the concept pane just fine. Because I can't see the concept pane, I am unable to play the UPK Player topics my computer.
Does any body have any clue how to resolve this?
I've tried changing the Zoom one user recommended, that did not work.
I'm now on UPK 11.1 Client, Windows 7, IE8.

I keep getting an error 2048 everytime I try to play back my Maya file that I saved as a qt movie. I just recently updated qt and this is when the errors would pop up. Before the update I had no problems. How can I fix this?

I updated quicktime a few days ago and now I keep getting error 2048 whenever i try to play back my Maya file after saving it as a qt movie. I had no issues with this before I did the update, after the update I keep getting the error 2048 message. QT will play my earlier Maya movies and other video, it just won't play back my latest work. Help me please, I need this for school.

The 2048 error message usually suggests the files use MPEG-2 format which is not supported natively on Windows via QuickTime without the additional MPEG-2 Playback Component ($20 from Apple).

Playing mp4 audio gives error message "Video can't be played because the file is corrupt"

Playing a particular mp4 audio file directly from a website link gives error message "Video can't be played because the file is corrupt". However other mp4 audio files from this same website do work correctly. What can I do to get all the the mp4 audio files to play directly from the same website? I must have the correct plugins, etc. since the other files play. This file is not playing from YouTube, is it on the website.

Disabling Protected Mode should fix the problem. But since you cannot even open Adobe Reader by itself, you need to do it via the Windows registry. If you tell me your installed Reader version, I can give you a registry script to do that.

Installed FF 16, 17, 18. Will not open in normal administrator login, nor with "Run as administrator" but will in W7 safe mode. Changed permissions (had to do it in W7 Safe Mode, normal login would not allow (logged in as an administrator) could not delete the Mozilla files in normal login. On rare occasions, with a new install, I could get it to open once, then not again. Searched the reg for any mention of Mozilla or FF and cleaned it. Tried FF safe mode, no luck. Checked permissions after taking ownership and propagating full ownership rights to all FF files, many reboots, no luck. Chrome, IE and SeaMonkey work fine. Using a fairly new install of W7 Professional 64 bit, on a Dell Optiplex 990 i7, 16GB ram. Had the same problem with another user on an identical box. No problem on other computers No other program problems.

I have uninstalled FF, with the windows uninstaller, by manually cleaning the files and the registry of any mention of FF or Mozilla, and by running Revo uninstaller - always rebooting and checking to see if the files are indeed gone. (I have set windows file preferences to see all files, including system files.) I have run 4 AV/malware scanners and found nothing but a few tracking cookies. The system is not infected
I am doing clean installs
There is no existing trace of FF on the system
I get identical results on one other W7 64 bit Optiplex 990 system with an i7 processor and 16 GB or ram.
I CAN run in windows safe mode with networking.

If you have the latest version of iTunes and the error code is still happening, then the next thing is to remove the SC Info folder on your computer. Check out the article below on how to do that.

I am trying to install NSP 7.02, but unfortunately I am stuck on an error.
The error comes when starting step u201CImport ABAPu201D.
The error is: u2018C:\usr\sap\NSP\SYS\exe\uc\NTI386\R3load.exe -testconnect' exits with error code -1073740791.
I already looked at the R3load.exe.log, but it is empty.
I am a developer and I donu2019t have a lot of knowledge about installing Netweaver, so I searched on the internet for a solution but I could not find it.
I did R3trans u2013d, and it returns the following:

I installed MaxDB DMB GUI from the directory: \NWABAPTRIAL70206_64\MAXDBTOOLS
and logged in with username u201Ccontrolu201D and used the password I gave in the installation.
This was new for me and I learned something new about database management. Thank you for that.
I solved the error but it was just a really stupid mistake from me.
A friend told me once that when installing Netweaver I have to put the date in the future so that the license wonu2019t expire . So before I installed Netweaver I set the date to 2099.
That was the problem, when I didnu2019t do that then there was no error message.
