Error R7 245 while importing custom infoobject

BW Gurus,
We are tring to transport infoobjects from DEV to Q environment. Transport fails with return code 12. It cancels job RDDEXECL with error R7245 "InfoObject ZHRLOCAT is not available in version A" and object ramins inactive in Q. Infoobject is active in DEV. My transport contains around 250 infoobjects. Though job log shows error for only one. There are lot in Q with status inactive.
I searched OSS note. No success.
P.N: We recently upgraded support pack for below mentioned component from 14 to 17.

hi Milind,
how did you collect the objects ?
250 objects in one go are too much i think,
if any dependencies, error will occured,
try to re transport will less infoobjects,
you can use infocube e.g to collect 'only necessary objects', one by one infocube.

Hi Poonam,
I think, since you have taken the XSD from the Standard business content, then most probably the XMl file that you are using is not in accordance with the XSD taken from the Business Content.
There can be 2 reasons of error:
1. One poblem can be that the Tags in the Source file are not in order as they are in the XSD. Kindly check whether the source tags are in proper order.
2. The fields in the source file may be having a Value, which is Violating the Field Type, or the Field Length setting done in Console.
For Ex, I have a doubt about this Value :
<BSKRF>0.0000000000000000E+00</BSKRF>
This corresponds to what Value in MDM and which Type of Field you have made in MDM
Similarly check and confirm all Field Settings.
Also please try to find out some Log Reports, which might also help you out in de-bugging this problem.

I believe you are trying to do it in the default warehouse which is already created in the system - General Warehouse. Tis actually happens as the WHs code is 01 and not 1.
In exel if you write 01, it is taken as 1 and dtw marks error. So write
'01
use prefix ' excel takes it as text and you will have a successful import.
Try this.

it means that the data you input into column or field dataoemployeesinfo are exceeding the maximum amount of characters allowed in the column. To know the maximum amount of character of the column , you could activate system information while you are in the emplyoee master data screen, you could see the field name and the field maximum size.
Another way is to use SDK help file.

I am getting the below error while importing a schema back to a database..

I build the Plugin.jar file similarly as above(followed the same steps)..
But when i log into OAM and trying to import the plugin (System Configuration->Plugins- Import Plugin) the browser goes to hung state and i see below error in logs (domain log and in diag log)
I see the jar file created in this location (\Middleware\user_projects\domains\IAMdomain\oam\plugins)

Error while Importing custom udf xml file in prod evnrmnt

hi experts,
I have created 35 UDF'S IN OUR OIM 11GR2 TEST EVNROMENT AND HAVE EXPORTED THE SAND BOX WHICH I HAVE USED WHILE CREATING UDF'S IN FORM DESIGNER'S USER FORM. NOW I HAVE EXPORTED THE SAND BOX AND ALSO EXPORTED THE UDF'S USING THE EXPORT UTITLITY.
IN THE PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT WHEN I TRY TO IMPORT THE XML FILE I AM GETTING THE FOLLOWING ERROR.....
"Error encountered while reading file"....
pls answer, its urgent....or like how to go about it....thanks

Please check the zip file which you are trying to import.
May be your zip file was not correctly created.
Another option is that before importing the sandbox to prod environment you can try importing the same first in your test environment to make sure your zip was created correctly.

Error while Importing customer repository schema

Hi All,
I want to import a customer repository schema into vendor repository so that i can have multiple main tables.
I exported the customer repository schema and tried to import it in Vendor repository.
In the pop up that apperas when we click the Import repository schema and select the file from the source location i selected the below options
1. for all the modify operations i selected the operation as "Reject "
2. For all the delete operations i selected the operation as "Reject"
and
3. for all the add operations i selected the Operation as "ADD"
for Vendors table(main) the operation was to delete for which i selected the reject operation and for customers table(main) i selected the add operation.
Now when select ok the system throws the below error
"One or more selection Items require that you select additional Items. would you like to see the report".
On clicking yes to see the report i get the below message
*Transport operation failed:
Dependency check failure. A reference to object of type: MatchingStrategy named: Customers:MDM_CUSTOMERS cannot be resolved because the object is not being added.*
Can anyone please help me in understanding where i am going wrong?

I am quite sure that this problem is related to MDM Strategy only.If you delete your strategy and try u will be able to do so:
Please check you strategy or check may be in strategy u have some lookup field and corresponding lookup table is not transported.
See the error says:

I am facing similar kind of error.
I have set up the new OBI applications environment with Informatica 8.6.1. I have started the repository and integration service. I am able to run the customized mapping successfully. But when I try to run the vanilla mapping, it throws an error.
ERROR : VAR_27086 : (221230|7712) Cannot find specified parameter file [b2b/b2binf/server/infa_shared/SrcFiles/SDE_SBL_Vert_78_Adaptor.SIL_CopyRunTableToOLTP.txt] for [session [SIL_CopyRunTableToOLTP.SIL_CopyRunTableToOLTP]].
What I observed is there is no such file SDE_SBL_Vert_78_Adaptor.SIL_CopyRunTableToOLTP.txt in the src file directory. Do I get this parameter file with the installation? I have copied all the src files that were generated by the OBI apps installation into the src file directory but it did not have this file.
This is the case for all vanilla mappings.
Please let me know where can I get these parameter files.

Error in component while importing DC

Hi,
I use Netweaver for JDI development for SAP ESS webynpro components.
I have recently upgraded my SAP Netweaver from 2.0.9 to 2.0.16. What I find is that, when i Import a DC from the JDI server into my client workspace, it has numerous errors associated with it.
These errors are due to the "com.sap.tc.webdynpro.progmodel.gci.impl.GCIEventHandlerId" class, which the IDE cannot resolve.
I have checked the build path of the project and also checked the jar file of the above class.Interestingly, the above mentioned class is not there in the jar file.
My question is that, is the structure of Netweaver in terms of the APIs changed, which is causing this discrepency??
Will be highly obliged for any help on this.

Getting error RME-02124 while importing repository dump

I am trying to import a dump file in the repository. I have installed Database 10g and Developer Suite 10g on XP machine.
I have a dump (.dmp) file from Designer 6i, now when i am trying to import it through RAU, getting below error after a min of import start.
The error says that it requires "sdd_reserved_names" table, but my question is since i have fresh installation then how will there be any table exists.
As per my understanding "sdd_reserved_names" table comes when we install a new repository, since i have to import a repository which means, the schema should not contain any repository (Then only we can "Import" option is available in the RAU), so please help me how to import the repository.

I am installing repository using "Installing a Repository (SQL Script Method)", but after this when i start RAU as mentioned, and try to install repository it say's, that another repository exits in this oracle instance hence it says that this install will be configured to use private synonym.
when i proceeded with the same after few mins it throws error
ORA-04045: errors during recompilation/revalidation of PUBLIC.RM_ELEMENT_TYPES
