Error Reported When Finished Burning DVD`

Question

I left a movie to burn overnight because it was taking forever to render (it had been going for about 4 hours and it looked like it still had about another hour - hour/half). This morning I checked it and it said:
"Burning Finished
Errors were found during the burn process."
I clicked the arrow below and it gave me this message:
"The error #-34506 was reported…"
I searched in iDVD Help to no avail, so I was hopping if anyone could tell me what #-34506 means.

I too am seeing the same error - clicking on the little triangle in the error window shows a bit more: "The error #-34506 was reported..."
In my case, I'm using FCE HD to create the project - and iDVD5 to create the DVD. I have a minimum of 75Gb disk space free on my 3 disks. The firewire external drive contains all of the FCE rendered files for my project, two internal 250Gb drives have the FCE project, DVD project, and the big "Captured Scratch" files from the mini-DV tapes.
I'm on the phone with AppleCare - if they give me a good tip, I'll pass it along. And I see the other notes in the thread about checking the front part of the project - and will look into those soon too.
There are other threads that say the chapter markers can be a problem, and I've moved the one chapter mark that was within 2 seconds of a fade transition to be 5 seconds away, all to no avail.
Fortunately (in a certain way of thinking), I now can recreate the problem with just the first 5 minutes of my project's QTmovie file, so it doesn't take 3 hours in iDVD.
