  • Error: Group Function Is Not Allowed Here

    Post Author: simiora
    CA Forum: WebIntelligence Reporting
    Hi,
    Created a measure in the Universe, which is based on a BO built-in function "PERCENTILE".
    When this measure is in the WebI report, this field is also added to the GROUP BY caluse of the select statement, which will give the above error.
    Is measure defined wrong? How to eliminate a field from the GROUP BY clause. We are using Oracle database and BOXI Rel 2.
    Thanks.

    Lucy,
    begin
    select max(sim_trip.finish_time) into finish_time,
          max(sim_trip.start_time) into start_time  from sim_trip

  • Va42 item billing plan, incompletion log,T185-requested func FEBA not avail

    Va42 item billing plan, incompletion log,T185- error "requested func FEBA not available here"
    We have created new entries in the T185 table to enable the imcompletion log to go to the billing plan tab in the sales contract.  However, when I click on the green back arrow, I get  the above error.
    Can someone give me an idea of the cause of the error and if there is a how-to manual on creating new screens, new flow control, and debugging methods for the incompletion log?
    I am creating incompletion log entries for the billing plan in the sales contract at the item level. We have modified the special rules table RV45A_UV to add the additional check fields.
    Can I add additional  check tables to the TVUVF table?
    Here are the entries I created in T185:

  • "Requested Resource is not available" error

    Dear Sir,
    I am getting started with jstl. I am getting the error "Requested Resource is not available". Its HTTP status is 404. Please help me out of this problem.
    sanjayfocus

    Sir?
    Most likely something is wrong in the configuration.
    Which version of JSTL are you using? JSTL 1.0.x , JSTL 1.1.x or JSTL 1.2.x ?
    Which container and what is the version of the container?
    Example of a container : Tomcat 5.5.x
    I'm asking the above questions because the configuration is different depending on the version you have.

  • DMS BP giving 'requested resource is not available' error

    Hello, smart KM people
    I'm having a problem with our DMS business package in our EP6 SP16 portal.  I configured the DMS repository manager successfully.. and the Document Explorer workset is functional and I'm able to navigate through the folder structure and see the documents listed that are located in the DMS.  However, the problem comes in when I click on one of the documents to view it.  When I click on the document, I get a "404 - The requested resource is not available" error.
    What would be the cause of this?  Permissions seem to be set correctly... I'm able to navigate through the folder structure and see the list of documents.  If I access the DMS through SAPGUI, I'm able to view the documents without a problem.  Has anyone had this problem in the past, or have any hints about what configuration to troubleshoot?
    Thanks in advance for the help!
    Cheers,
    Fallon

    Hello Samta -
    I followed your steps and am still receiving the same error, so it must not be a problem with the logon ticket.  And when I went to the Component Monitor, the DMS Repository Manager looked just fine.
    Julian, here's the stack trace I found when viewing the source of the 404 error:

  • PL/SQL equivalent of T-SQL - "group function is not allowed here"

    Hi all, hope someone can give me a hand as I'm pretty stuck! I have been trying to convert some MS SQL Server T-SQL statements into Oracle PL/SQL and am stuck on the below one:
    SELECT
    CA.AssessmentID,
    (SELECT ProductName + ISNULL(' - ' + PrincipalBenefit,'')
    FROM rptPolicySnapshot WHERE PolicyID = MAX(CA.PolicyID)
    AND SnapshotID = 1),
    MAX(CA.PolicyID)
    FROM rptClaimInvoiceLineSnapshot CIL
    INNER JOIN rptClaimAssessmentSnapshot CA
    ON CIL.AssessmentID = CA.AssessmentID
    AND CIL.SnapshotID = CA.SnapshotID
    WHERE CIL.SnapshotID = 1
    GROUP BY CA.AssessmentID
    This works fine in MSSQL but returns the below error in Oracle:
    'ORA-00934: group function is not allowed here'
    If I take out the subquery the query works fine.
    Any ideas as to the syntax? I am new to Oracle so not sure as to how I should go about writing this.
    Thanks in advance!
    Leo

    WITH x AS (SELECT   ca.assessmentid,
                        MAX (ca.policyid) policy_id

  • The storage location/batch function * is not defined here - Message no. M7116

    Hi Experts,
    we have a scenario - Project Subcontracting Purchase Order, Item Category - L and Account Assignment - Q.
    Delivery created, one of the component is Batch managed and  with Batch Spli Exists.
    When performing Good Receipt in MB01 t-code for movement type 543 R (Special Stock), batch determination fails for batch split scenarios; we get the following error message:
    The storage location/batch function * is not defined here:
    Message no. M7116
    The batch determination works fine, if the PO is with Item Category - L and Account assignment - Blank, then the movement type will be 543 O
    Steps for Reconstruction
    MB01, Mvt 101, enter SUBCON PO (Item Cat L and Account assignment
    Q), SL
    Delivery should have batch split
    for 101 Mvt, system determine the batch
    543 R Mvt should allow for wildcard search in batch field, the
    wildcard search works for other Mvt like 543 O.
    Note:
    we foresee we have to maintain an entry in OMCG for Movement type 543 and Special Stock R.
    543 o already exists there. But we are unable to Add/Delete any entry there.
    Please advise.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Nagaraja Achar.

    Hello Dennis,
    try the new transaction (MIGO): Use the 'Distribute qty' pushbutton. For all goods receipts (with or without special stock) it is possible to create several batches.

  • Error - Some objects are not available to your user profile...

    Hello,
    It is for BI 4.1 on Windows. We have a connection called CON1 pointing to DB1. It uses UNIV1 All reports were working fine and we were able to refresh it as well.
    Now the CON1 is changed to point to DB2 and we are now getting following error - "Some objects are not available to your user profile. You cannot refresh this Query. See your Business Objects administrator to request rights".
    If I create a new report using CON1 and the it works fine. Only the old reports are still causing issue on refresh. I tried with Admin account as well and same issue.
    The CON1 is still CON1 and universe UNIV1 is still using CON1. Just the content was edited from DB1 to DB2 in CON1. If we create a new report then no issue.
    Can anybody advice if something needs to compiled. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
    Regards,
    SS

    Your old reports are still pointing to same connection. Remember the DSN has been pointed to use another Database. The records and entries will be different. In addition as the records or object mapping have changed for these reports. Hence this would be a very normal behaviour.
    Create a new connection named CON2 or something like that to point DB1 as per your requirement. This way your original reports would work.

  • [TOMCAT] [SERVLET] : The requested resource () is not available.

    Hi!! I'm looking for an answer to my problem, and I'm going to explain what I mean.
    I've created a .jar named yuhuuTunnel.jar that has the following structure:
    yuhuuTunnel.jar:
    --> web (contains the servlets)
          --> *.class
          --> HelloWorldServlet.class
    --> META-INF
          --> MANIFEST.MF
    --> SimpleClient.classThe code of HelloWorldServlet.java is this:
        package web;
        import java.io.IOException;
        import java.io.PrintWriter;
        import javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet;
        import javax.servlet.http.HttpServletResponse;
        import javax.servlet.http.HttpServletRequest;
        import javax.servlet.ServletException;
        import javax.servlet.ServletConfig;
        public class HelloWorldServlet extends HttpServlet {
            public void init(ServletConfig config) throws ServletException {
                super.init(config);
            public void doGet( HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response )
                    throws ServletException, IOException {
                doPost(request, response);
            public void doPost( HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response)
                    throws ServletException, IOException {
                response.setContentType("text/html");
                PrintWriter out = response.getWriter();
                out.println("<html>");
                out.println("<body>");
                out.println("<body bgcolor=\"white\">");
                out.println("<h1>Yuhuu Servlet!</h1>");
                out.println("</body>");
                out.println("</html>");
        }then, using a .war file (created with ANT), I've created into /../tomcat/webapps/ a directory call yuhuuTunnel that has this structure:
        /webapps/
              --> yuhuuTunnel
                    --> WEB-INF
                            --> web.xml
                            --> lib
                                 --> yuhuuTunnel.jar
                    --> META-INF
                            --> MANIFEST.MF
                                 --> yuhuuTunnel.jar
                    --> index.htmlThe content of web.xml is the following:
        <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
        <!DOCTYPE web-app PUBLIC "-//Sun Microsystems, Inc.//DTD Web Application 2.2//EN" "http://java.sun.com/j2ee/dtds/web-app_2_2.dtd">

    What is wrong? The address that I type into the browser or there's an error into web.xml?
    Something interesting: If I type
    http://localhost:8080/yuhuuTunnel/HelloWorld
    the message given back is: "The requested resource () is not available."
    but if I type
    http://localhost:8080/HelloWorld the message is different:
    "The requested resource (/HelloWorld) is not available."

  • 404 'the requested resource is not available'

    Hi All,
    We created a KM iview and accessing Flash file. Some users are able to see the iview without error. Some users are getting 404 'the requested resource is not available' Error. They are not able to see the flash file in portal.
    Can anyone advise me what the problem is and resolution steps for this?
    Thanks,
    Srinivasu.Y

    Hi Srinivasu,
    Well you already have lots of valid suggestions above but this problem might be causing for various reasons. As you have already checked the permissions for the set of the users having this problem, it might be worth checking if there are many nodes of the server instance and if any of these are not working properly. It can happen that when those set of users are trying to access the resource, the request is hitting specific server nodes which is unable to find the resource for some reasons. You can try asking the users to clear their browser cache and try again so that when the users try to access the same resource again it might go to different node this time.
    But probably this is a temporary solution that might work as has worked in my case but there might be problem with some server nodes which is worth looking at.
    Hope it helps.

    Gourav
