Hi,
Iam getting the error "For company code 1000 you requested a year before the transfer" while executing the program RABEST01. Can any one give the cause of the error and how to resolve it.

I assume you are trying to run an asset balance report. Are you trying to run it for a date befor your asset legacy transfer date ?Check your legacy transfer date, you will not be able to run any asset report in system before the transfer date.

I found out the fault which is causing this error my report. I went through all the CKF's and KF's in the report once again by adding. One of the CKF's which i have added exceeded its formula space and gone out of scope.so i splitted the CKF into parts and it was solved.
I suggest you to check the CKF's once again , there is a char restriction in the formula space. Try to add the KF's once again to the structures one by one .

Service order - Error during account assignment - Avoid the transfer to ERP

Hello SAP Experts,
I am facing a problem in CRM when saving Service Orders. An error is coming from my ERP system because the system is trying to tranfer the cost from the CRM Service Order to R3.
This is the error: Orgfinder: No value found for Organizational Unit BILL_ORG
I don't need the transfer of costs to the ERP. Can anyone tell me how we can deactivate this option? The item category is relevant for pricing but it is not relevant for invoicing and costs.

SAP CRM Status Management is a part of SAP CRM Basic or Base Customization and the link is available in the following path
IMG --> CRM --> Transactions --> Basic Settings --> Status Management --> Change Status Profile for User Status.

Web-Outlook appointments which are one year before the current date are removed

my Web-Outlook works fine with my iPHONE4s but the appointments which are one year befoer the current date are removed.
Is there an option to keep all appointments?

When burning a dvd an error message comes up before the burning even begins

That is of course, if I can get the comp to read the DVD first.

Just because your drive says it is capable of 8X doesn't mean it will burn at 8X.
Depending on what you are using to try to burn with in the way of software, I suggest you burn at a slower Speed. like 2X. Apples Software is entry level and it works but many users find harder to use than the top of the line in burning software like Roxio's Toast 7.

When it comes to DVD Players, Formats, and Burners, of the hundreds of different manufactures, All are opting to be the Industry Standard, and it appears they insert there little chinks that almost force users to use there products exclusively.
There is always a backlash from these marketing ploys.
In a perfect world you would think any DVD would work in any DVD Player and Computer but sorry it is not so there are so many things that come into play. Format, Speed, Brand, Software used. Any one or combination can affect the process.
The problem is multi-dimensional.
First check in your particular profiler on EXACTLY what type(FORMAT) of DISK's your burner will burn.
Next please do not just randomly go out and buy a spool of 30 50 or 100 disc's because they are on sale.
There is a HUGE difference in the type format disc's you buy
There is also a HUGE difference in the BRAND you choose, some are junk.
There is also a HUGE Difference in the SPEED of the media you choose.
If any one or a combination of any of the 3 mentioned above can cause burn error's or no burn at all or spit the disk out.
So it is a good idea to do a little homework on your Optical Drive and see just exactly what it is capable of and what it will use for media.
(ONE LAST NOTE)
Many of the Media Manufactures are becomming aware that many of the Apple Burners are having trouble with there Media. Maxell has just come out with a brand new one that is. Maxell 16X DVD-R.
The key is read the packaging. this new media tells you that it will burn at any speed from 1X through 16X, and it works very well on the older Optical Drives. I also opt to use the individual that include the cases there seems to be much better quality, not like that of the spools.
Remember Apples Drives to date are much pickier than those used in the PC community.

Is it possible to add a "prior" year after the application is deployed?

We have created and deployed a HP application (EPMA, version 11.1.2.1), but find out that we need to add another year before the first year we have right now, e.g. currently we set the "start year" as FY10 and find out that we need to add FY09 to the application. Is it possible to do? Please kindly help!

Without hacking which is not supported and not advisable then the answer if no, the cleanest way is to export everything out with LCM, recreate the planning app, import.

When I try to go to certain pages on PayPal, I get an error message which says 400 Bad Request: Size of request exceeds server limit. Didn't do it before the lasted Foxfire update. Can I revert to an older version?

1. Using Windows XP home
2.PayPal is the only website I have problems with Foxfire; works fine on IE8
3. I can get to some of the desired pages through other links on PayPal so it's not the pages themselves
4. The error message contains this:

7. Windows Firewall and Kaspersky Firewall turned ON but this is the same configuration before the Foxfire software update. PS. I'll give up Foxfire before I give up Kaspersky

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
* "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
* "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

I received error message "Transfer date 30.06.2007 is more than one year after the closed fiscal year" - message number AC 187. Used Tcode OAAQ when tried to reverse year end closing for depreciation area. How can i correct this problem? I want to finish for the whole year 2007 depreciation.

Conversion exit error while activating the transfer rules

We are doing a function module extraction with 3.X data sources.
On activating the transfer rules , i am getting a conversion exit error for "0fiscyear", but in the infoobject we don't have the conversion exit for it.

1. Please check in the transformation, its necessary to provide the fiscal variant mapping as well when ur mapping fiscal year object. as on the basis of that value fiscal period will be derived.
2 I guess ur doing direct mapping (Time conversion) and there is no routine written for that. if any u can check that as well for any error.

BE3.5 : Error from the source system while activating the transfer rule

When I was trying to activate the transfer rule for one info object( charateristic with master data) , I got the following error in [[ ]]
Error when creating transfer structure /BIC/CCPIZGR00CC_ATTR in source system CI2220
Diagnosis
An error occurred when creating transfer structure /BIC/CCPIZGR00CC_ATTR as an IDoc segment in source system CI2220 .
System response
The action was terminated. No data was changed.
Procedure
Use the generation log in source system CI2220 to identify the error, and remove the cause.
CI2220 is the backend R/3 system, I had no issue in replicating the data source etc. this error occurred while trying to activate the transfer rule after assigning the info source to the replicated datasource in BW.
Can anybody tell me how to view( what transaction etc) the generation log to understand the issue?

Hi Arunabha,
I would confrim that there is no issue with the datasource in your r/3 system. Can you run the datasource on your r/3 system with no errors using RSA3?
If the datasource is ok, then I would check out the error message number in OSS or SDN. I have seen this error before, I just cannot recall what the fix was.

In Master Data Load Process Chain , we get error like

Caller 09 contains an error message.
Diagnosis
Error 7 occurred when generating the data transfer program for the requested InfoSource.
System Response
The data transfer is terminated.
Procedure
Check the SAP Support Portal for the appropriate Notes and create a customer message if necessary.
Note : We faced this issue for two days now . Just repeating the load make it success .
If any one faced and fixed this issue . Please let me know .

. Initially goto transaction SE38, Run the program RSDS_DATASOURCE_ACTIVATE_ALL. Give your Datasource name, and source system and check the check box for "Only Inactive objects".
This will actiavate the given datasource.
2. Replicate the datasource in RSA1.
3. Try to schedule the infopackage for the datasource which you have activated now.
4. IF infopackage runs through, Repeat the process for all datasources ie uncheck the check box, which means it will activate all datasources for the source system.
Also make sure that there will be enough Back Ground Processor available....

I read books from my library through a system called READS. I have successfully used DE 1.0 without any problems, however, when I tried to use it recently it required me to upgrade to 1.5. Well I did so and now the books won't authorize. Here is the error message I am getting:

I have tried this multiple times with more than one book. Again, they worked just fine before I did the upgrade. I am running Vista SP1.

I recently got a new computer because my old one broke. I already used up my 5 authorizations, but two of the computeres are broken. I can't deauthorize all because it says I have to wait a year before i can do it again. Is there any way for me deauthorize them sooner so I can download my songs on this computer?
