    Hi Ychinnari,
I have tested on my local environment and can reproduce the issue, as
Vaishu00547 mentioned that the issue can be caused by the Execution Account you have configured in the Reporting Services Configuration Manager is not correct, Please update the Username and Password and restart the reporting services.
Please also find more details information about when to use the execution account, if possible, please also not specify this account:
This account is used under special circumstances when other sources of credentials are not available:
When the report server connects to a data source that does not require credentials. Examples of data sources that might not require credentials include XML documents and some client-side database applications.
When the report server connects to another server to retrieve external image files or other resources that are referenced in a report.
    Execution Account (SSRS Native Mode)
If you still have any problem, please feel free to ask.

I am able to run the report fine in BIDS in the preview window, and it deployes fine.  When it goes to view the report in the browser, I get the following error.  There is no domain, I am using a standalone computer with SQL Server and SSRS on

Can anyone point to where I might configure the permission it is looking for?  thanks!  Steven

    Steven DeSalvo

    Hi StevenDE2012,
Based on the error message "The report server has encountered a configuration error. Logon failed for the unattended execution account. (rsServerConfigurationError)", it seems that the Unattended Execution Account settings in Reporting Services
    Configuration is not correct.
Reporting Services provides a special account that is used for unattended report processing and for sending connection requests across the network. Unattended report processing refers to any report execution process that is triggered by an event rather than
a user request. The report server uses the unattended report processing account to log on to the computer that hosts the external data source. This account is necessary because the credentials of the Report Server service account are never used to connect
to other computers. To configure the account, please refer to the following steps:
Start the Reporting Services Configuration tool and connect to the report server instance you want to configure.
On the Execution Account page, select Specify an execution account.
Type the account and password, retype the password, and then click Apply.
In addition, please verify you have access to the Report Server database by following steps:
Go to SQL Server Reporting Services Configuration Manager, make sure the configuration is correct.
Go to Database, Verify that you can connect to the database.
Make sure you are granted public and RSExecRole roles.
    Reference:
    Configure the Unattended Execution Account
Configure a Report Server Database Connection
If the problem is unresolved, i would appreciate it if you could give us detailed error log, it will help us move more quickly toward a solution.
    Thanks,

  • Error deploying logon.par

    Hi Experts,
I am trying to change the portal logon screen. I followed the insstructions in the documentation to modify the com.sap.portal.runtime.logon.par.bak
I exported an par file from nwds and copied to the apps\sap.com\irj\servlet_jsp\irj\root\WEB-INF\deployment\pcd and apps\sap.com\irj\servlet_jsp\irj\root\WEB-INF\deployment\temp directory
Also i modified the authschemes.xml and set the corrext value in com.sap.security.core.ume.service via configtool.
The problem is when i restart the server the created .par file changes to .p.err and the following error log is created:

looks like a problem with openSQL. In fact I have defined an <b>additional</b> <b>vendor data source</b> in visual admin that works properly with my application. Is my problem related to that?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
Before cheking the entire steps at one shot, try step by step procedure.
First just edit the changes and try to deploy and run the new par from portalapp.xml. If the output is correct, then go ahead changing the actual logon page with your new page. Else it will be difficult to find the exact problem. Also make sure the logon par which u have taken for modiifcation comes from the server u r deploying and u use NWDS of same patch. Otherwise there can be mismatches.

  • Portal runtime error, custom logon page HElpp

    Hi,
I'm new to EP, please kindly help me to solve my problem
I've read so many topic about this, but I still can't understand what I'm supposed to do.
    I want to change umHelpPage, so I download by using system administration -> support -> support desk -> portal runtime -> browse deployment -> root -> web-inf -> portal ->portalapps -> com.sap.runtime.logon
Then, download and I make certain changes in UmHelpPage, directly in winzip, without extract it. Save, and then change .zip to .par, by using system administration -> support -> support desk -> portal runtime -> administratioin console -> upload -> com.sap.runtime.logon.par
At first, after I upload the com.sap.runtime.logon, all of my jsp files are missing. And then I'm facing the following error :
    Portal Runtime Error
An exception occurred while processing a request for :
    iView : N/A
    Component Name : N/A
The exception was logged. Inform your system administrator..
See the details for the exception ID in the log file
Previously, I have backed up my com.sap.runtime.login.par in my local. After several times trying to upload , my jsp files still missing. Then, I tried to copied them manually one by one, from my original backup to folder /irj/root/web-inf/portal/portalapps using unix. But, the error still exists.
I also download .bak one in the pcd directory and renamed in .par and upload it again, but it doesn't make any changes.
I've also checked the .jar files. In my lib folder I have 2 files :
    - com.sap.runtime.logon.logon_api.jar
    - umelogonbase.jar
but i don't have the com.sap.runtime.logon.logon_core.jar one. Is the file also important ? if so, in which directory I can have it?
Please tell me, what I have to do ?
I have original back up in my local, and seems like I accidentaly erase the original one in the portal.

    Hi Desiana,
I think you are missing something in your portalapp.xml
    See the sample..

  • Java Iview Runtime error after logon

    Hello,
we are facing some problem regarding our EP 7.0 SP13. We have an anonymous page as our home page, with some anonymous ivews, like "help", "news", etc and one iview with authentication set to default where users log into the portal and access to the private section of the portal.
That ivew does a redirection to /irj/portal and since the user is athenticated it will led him to the private home. The problem is that after logon, a Java iview runtime error appears, and users must refresh the browser to access the private section. (user is logged before the error appears).
We have checked this is not happening with users with "super admin" o "content admin" role. They are able to log into the portal, and redirection is working fine. So we think there can be some problem with security zones or authentication somewhere in the portal, but since this is the standard logon component i don´t know why is this not working.
We have checked that the redirection is working, and we have made some tests with different kind of iviews like KM iviews, URL iviews, pictures, etc. Only admin users are able to log in correctly, the others get the java iview runtime error, so we think the problem is with to standard logon...
Here goes a trace of our problem (defaultrace.trc):

can anyone help us with this problem?
    Thanks in advance

The problem was solved, it was a permission problem.
The anonymous role which allow access to the anonymous section of the portal was assigned to anonymous user, but it hasn´t everyone permission. So anonymous users were able to see anonymous pages, but when they login they lose the role, and java iview error happened, unless they had admin rights.
Solved assigned by assigning everyone to that role.
    Thanks

  • Error: No Logon Data found for Lotus Notes System

    Hi,
I have created a lotus notes sytem and have configured the transport also.
But even then i am not able to create appointment under collaboration.
I get the error msg :
<b>"No logon data found for the system 'system name' ".</b>
And when i tried to change the <b>User Mapping</b> , it gives the error msg,
" Error in accessing user mapping data for selected system"
    Pls help. Thanks in advance.

    Hi all,
Here are a few solutions which may help you solve your problem
    1) Access the lotus system with its fully qualified hostname in the system credentials and in the Lotus transport as well.(Ping from portal side and Domino side to each other to check the connectivity as well as the heartbeat check i.e.Launch http://<hostname>:<port>/<servletDirectory>/CalendarServlet in the browser to check the connectivity)
    2) In the servlets.properties file,add the following(marked in bold)
    servlet.CalendarServlet.initArgs=saveperiod=50,width=7,AttachmentFolder= D:
    temp,useEmail=true,<b>debug=true,logResponse=true</b>
This will help you find on the Lotus console what the possible error could be.
    3) Run the command 'load http' (coz the http protocol might not have been loaded) on the lotus console and restart the lous server.
If this is the case then make the following entry in the notes.ini file.
Against the list of ServerTasks add HTTP

we patch from SP12 to SP13. At SP12 logon to IB (Repsoitory and Directory) work without problems. But
after applying SP13 to XI we can't logon to IB anymore.
The error is "Authorization error, unknown user name or
incorrect password". The user we use can logon to the
Server so password should be ok. And the same user have
been also used when we still have SP12.
We have cleared the WS Cache an do the Re-Ininitialize
like mentioned in other thread dealing with this problem.
But it doesn't help so far.
Login to SLD, Runtime Workbench with the same user work
without problem. So it can not be the issue with wrong
    name and password.
Have somebody faced this problem after patching to SP13.
Our XI run on Windows 2000.
    Thanks,
    Ly-Na Phu

    Hi,
First check in RSSM whether your InfoProvider is checked for authorization object 0PERS_AREA. Also determine whether do you need this authorization object ?If yes, then it should be checked otherwise check mark should be unchecked. If 0PERS_AREA is checked for your InfoProvider, then you should have some value in this object when you create the role. Either *  for all values or restricted value for it. Goto Pfcg select the role and add the authorization values for the 0PERS_AREAobject.

  • BI Integrated Planning - Error config logon tickets

    Hi,
I am trying to use the Integrated Planning module in 2004s, when I select the start modeler, I get an error relating to the configuration of SAP logon tickets.
Both the required profile parameters are set to the correct value:
    login/create_sso2_ticket = 2
    login/accept_sso2_ticket  = 1
Does Integrated Planning have to use sso?
    Thanks

  • SAPGUI LOGON

    Hi folks,
I downloaded sapgui from the SDN-download site. I would like to practice and log on to the system for ABAP. The system is prompting me to put in the description and appl/message server name and currently am not working and don't have a config for logon with password. Is it possible to host the sapgui from your local computer and run it? what ashould I type for the log on prompts as I don't have any clue...I also read the documentation but it doesn't have any default settings for the user. Please somebody help

You will need to have an ABAP system present on your local machine, you can download the sneak preview edition on SDN.  Install it, then in the sapgui, you can set up the logon.
In the application server field, enter "localhost".  In the system id field, enter "NSP".  In the System number fields, enter "00".
That's it, now you can log on to your ABAP engine.
I hope I understood the question.

  • CSA and okclient.exe error during logons

    Hi,
I am getting this error everytime we login to a W2K3 R2 SP2 system. I have tried the following:
-Uninstall and re-install the CSA client
-Checked Windows Services for the CSA service logon properties and it is set to local system account
-Disbaled CSA from the startup menu, rebooted. The error message did not appear at startup.
The CSA service (CSAControl.exe) starts Automatically at boot up without the okclient.exe running at startup. however
When I launch the okclient manaually after a reboot, the error returns. (The application failed to initialize properly (0XC06d004e).
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
    Thanks

  • Profile Manager Error after logon

Okay, I have have solved this issue for my system it was two fold. 1. I had a DNS issue with my server. 2. I had an issue with a godaddy wild card certificate. The DNS issue was pretty easy to solve, the wild card certificate took some digging into. This issue was caused on how lion server was chaining the certificates. Lion for some reason added the star certificate twice before moving to the intermediate certificate. In the folder:
    /etc/certificates/
    Look for the files :
    *.(FQDN).cert.pem
    *.(FQDN).chain.pem
    *.(FQDN).concat.pem
    *.(FQDN).key.pem
Open the *.(FQDN).cert.pem and find out our start cert generally notice the last 8 or so characters.
then open *.(FQDN).chain.pem and check to see if your start(wildcard) cert is added twice if it is then remove one of them. Save the file and check the chaining to see if it errors out.
    Sincerly,
    Tim
