Error showing data in web bexmaps

Hi everyone,
im using bexmaps, when i use it in excell everything is ok, but in web aplication the maps (that is divided in regions) show me data in all region less in one (but it should show it because it as data), did someone already get this error?? its really urgent,....

did you make sure that the colors are set properly and the data maps properly...
also do you have multiple layesr or anything like that ?

In my xcelsius, i have option to make it to cross-tab.
when i use that data( data above by manual) to excel spreadsheet. The data will change to

But when i load the data from web service,It doesn't show anything.
(when i use list view to show data from web server, i see all data)
How can i load data from web service and show the data like manually?

EVDRE encountered an error retriving data from web server in PROD

Hi friends,
We are checking Evdre reports in BPC production system. We checked few application' EVdre input templates & reports and are fine.
But yesterday evening onwards we are facing below error message.
EVDRE encountered an error retriving data from web server. This message we are getting for all BPC applications in BPC production. There is no short dump in backend.
But when i checked in BPC developement there is no probelm.
We are on BPC7.5 NWsp04 and BI7.01.
In BPC, production,when i try to create evdre template(just after filling
information in evdre builder), immediately getting same error information.
I read few notes, did as per that but sill problem exists. In note, mentioned process dim of particular application and process application. Logout from bpc admin & excel. I did this and, that error message not received for upto 20min. After that i'm getting error. We checked communciation between ABAP layer and bpc, reset IIS also. Still same probelm exists.
Any suggestions pls.

Hi frineds,
SAP OSS team resolved along with our basis guy.
Initially SAP supported notes:
1.1475233 and 1378705 Process all dimensions and applications.
2.1355954 Drop SAP temp tables.
3.1428764 confilict only if you use Oracle 10 g, if you don't, then forget it.
I used 1378705 and problem resolved temporarly, but still exists after 1 day.
There are different reasons for getting the error message. In our case, problem is at backend BW and, BW system running on HP unix OS.
Checked librfc32.dll in the
directory /usr/sap/BP1/DVEBMGS00/exe.
Executed the following MDX statment in MDXTEST transcaction, and it
executed in both the available instances.
SELECT
{[Measures].MEMBERS} ON COLUMNS,
[0MATERIAL].[LEVEL00].MEMBERS ON ROWS
FROM [$ZCO_CDPC].
Even i also don't have clue how SAP resolved this issue.

BPC 7.5 NW - EVDRE error retrieving data

Hello all.
I have a problem with my BPC 7.5 NW system.
I am working with BPC 7.5 NW SP07, and I did all the installation and configuration steps with both .NET and ABAP components.
But when I try to execute an EVDRE, the system shows the next error message:
"EVDRE encountered an error retrieving data from Web Server"
I checked ST22 transaction and I saw that /BI0/02xxx tables are not created or activated. I checked these tables in SE11 transaction, and they don´t exist.
I saw several posts and a couple of notes with this problem. They say that these temporary tables are needed to be created or activated, but I couldn´t see anywhere the way to solve the problem in case the tables are not created.
Does anyone have any idea? What is the cause of this problem? Why these are not being created?

1. Login into BPC for Admin
2. Once logged into your Appset , open the Dimension library
3. Process each dimension by selecting the "Process members from membersheet" and by unchecking the "Take system offline" option
4. Process all the dimensions one by one not together.
5. Once processing the dimensions is done then open the Applications and Modify each Application by adding or changing the Application Description.
6. Once done modifying Applications then logout of the BPC Admin and BPC Excel.
7. Login back again into BPC for Excel by going through the connection wizard.
Ideally this should solve your problem and If all the dimensions are processed successfully then logoff and login to see if you stilll see the EVDRE error.

"Error 3000: Data Service is unavailable" error message (Web)?

Ever since I got my Palm, I've had difficulty getting on the web.
It says: "Connecting to Broadband Access" but then an error message box appears saying: "Service Connection Progress: Error 3000: Data service is unavailable".
I then have to soft reset every single time, and then I am able to access the internet just fine.
Is something wrong with my Palm? This is a brand new Palm I purchased through Verizon in June.
What can I do to fix this issue, without having to soft reset every time I want to access the internet?

I have the same error (and other errors too) with my 700P from Verizon. This is what I have found with playing. All can be repeated.
1) If I turn off phone radio then turn back on I can browse the web all day long, I can send MMS messages, I can check my email, etc. All relating to the "data" portion of the Verizon service. No Problems. But.........
2) As soon as I make a call (use the "voice" portion of the Verizon service) and then try to do one of the following above mentioned I get all kinds of ERRORs depending on the specific program I'm in/trying to use. No matter what.... error, error, error, bla, bla.
3) I can turn the phone radio of then back on and all works fine "data" wise until I make another call.
4) Note, you don't have to do a soft reset or take the battery out to get it to begin working again, just turn the phone radio off then back on.
I HAVE DONE THIS AND CAN MAKE IT REPEAT EVERY TIME WITH THE PHONE FRESH OUT OF THE BOX OR AFTER PERFORMING A HARD REST or with all normal apps installed. Does not matter.
Some other tid bits of info....
1) It appears to not matter what city I am in. The problem is the same as discribed above. Confirmed cities are: Atlanta-GA, Savannah-GA, Memphis-TN, Columbia-SC, Bristal-TN.
2) It appears to ALWAYS happen on the "EDVO" network as the "EV" is always showing on the phone screen. Have not been able to try in an area with out the EV, aka the 1x area.
This PROBLEM of course is a MAJOR pain in the rear. I have called Verizon tech support about the problem multiple times. Eash time they said they had no "record" of me calling about the problem documented in their computer. The first tech said it was my software causing the problem and to do a hard reset and don't load the problem software back on (even though I already told him I did that). The next tech said it was a currpted file and to do the hard reset and reinstall and all would be fine (even though I already told him I did that) and said to trust him, he see this all the time. The next tech said the phone was bad and FedEx'd me a new phone. It did the samething right out of the box as described above. The last tech said they need to "re-provisioned" my phone and said that would fix the problem. So she did something on her end then told me to "program my phone" doing the *228, option 1. Still does it. No correction to the problem.

One drive is now inaccessible due to sudden power failure while listening Music from that drive few days ago.
Now it shows "Data error (Cyclic redundancy check)".
I tried all the procedures provided here like
chkdsk /f, diskpart, rescan etc
but no result :( (i mean all processes failed. They could not detect the drive).
Please help me to get those data, pictures and project files.

Web template :Error Valid Data provider not assigned

Hello Friends we have the web template that was working before , we did the upgrade to SP13 from SP11.
It gives the error Valid Data provider not assigned and
Bad integer Parameter value of Parameter BLOCK_COLUMNS_SIZE of Object item:ANALYSIS_ITEM:ANALYSIS;
Please help where do i need to assign the Data provider beacuse the Values are same for Dataprovider as before

Open the template in WAD and do a validation against the server and make sure the template is well formed.
Also make sure you apply BI JAVA Patch 1 for SPS 13.

When click Previous 10 in inner table it show error Stale Data

In inner table when it have more than 10 records it will automatic show navigate Previous 10 and Next 10 when click Next 10 don't have any error but when click Previous 10 it error as below (show white page).

Error retrieving data from the web server in Excel fo BPC

Hello Everybody,
I'm working with BPC v7.5 , i created some reports with the EVDRE formula and they were working perfectly.
The problem started when i created new users, that in fact have the same access profile and task profile as my user.
i started to test these new users in excel and every time i expand the report this legend appears: " EVDRE Retrying... EVDRE encountered an error retrieving data from the Web Server. Retrying in (X) Seconds...". After waiting a while a push cancel, then appears a window with the legend: Ev4excel Addin, Errors found retriening data.
The funny thing is that when i login back to my user everything works fine again, any idea what could be the problem? the other user have the same permissions.

very strange. Normally the member access profile must be diifferent. So it is not important the task profile but the member access profile. Can you please double check ?
If you are doing a simple EVDRE with users having problems is it working or you still have problems?

I'm working on a presales AppSet "Demo5b".
When I create a brand-new EVDRE report on FINANCE app, there is no problem.
However, after changing to ICMATCHING app, when I type =EVDRE() on a blank sheet and press Refresh, the following message pops up.
EVDRE encountered an error retrieving data from the Web Server
Retrying in (??) seconds
Any idea why this happens and how it can be solved?

I have the same problem. When I try to retrieve data on an input schedule is launched that error.
I am working on an VM on MS BPC.
I am not working with cubes so the solution is not the same.
If i process all my dimensions this error does not appear any more?

When I am trying to open Data Input=>Build a schedule using a dynamic template in BPC version for SAP netweaver, I am getting the below error "EVDRE encountered an error retrieving data from the Web Server".
I am not able to open any template, every time I am getting the same message. I have tried again after reprocessing all the dimension.
Even I have tried in appset APSHELL also, there also I am getting the same error
Request you to help me to resolve the above error which will allow me to proceed further.

Hi,
Beside Nilanjan's solution, this error could also occur when the expansion is running more rows than the Excel limit allows (65'000 rows and 256 cols for Excel 2003)...
Even when you're using suppress field to reduce the number of rows, the first sequence is to retrieve the complete dataset before performing any suppression. And this could of course exceed the limit sometimes.

The U10 has 4 sticks; 3 x 64Mb and 1 x 128Mb DIMMs... I tried every combination of 2 I could think of with the same results (RED STATE)
you have to use pairs (same capacity) of DIMMs. Use a pair of the 64MB DIMMs to test.
Get another 128MB DIMM or better 2 or 4 128MB DIMMs (one as as spare) -- if the system is working otherwise get another U10 with (333 or 440MHz /2MB Cache) CPU and memory (128MB or 256MB modules).
The error might be caused by a bad CPU module, bad system board (error appears later due to a termic problem), bad memory module or bad power supply.
I tried booting with no sticks of RAM, and with the exception of a error message telling me I had no ram, the POST/RED STATE happened the same way...
I guess the CPU module is bad. Have you checked that none of the pins of the CPU module are bent or missing ?
These systems are very cheap today, except for the higher shipping charges, a complete system costs less than the individual components in sum.

Show all items in data form web part when no filter value

I have connected a XSLT list view web part with a data form web part.
The list view web part sends the connection parameter and the data form web part filters the corresponding content.
I need the data form web part to show all the data in the list when the connection parameter is empty.
Please let me know how i can implement this.
