Error starting OAS 10.1.3.1 (Windows XP)

Question

I installed OAS 10.1.3.1 yesterday and all was well for a while. After configuring a new JMS data source and connector for a database topic, I restarted OAS and everything still looked fine. Then I shut down and when I restarted, nothing worked. I tried deinstalling and reinstalling everything and the results were the same. I've gone throught the install guide and everything seems OK -- I have a loopback adapter and the pings verify that it's functioning properly. Here's the error I get:

I tried OAQ:
ESB: AQ Adapter dequeue
Re: AQOutbound Correlation
But this was not JMS. It was a example with db types...
