Error Starting Reports

Question

I have Windows 98 and I am getting the following messages when I start up Reports 6i:
"RWBLD60.EXE -A device attached to the system is not fucntioning"
"The DE60.DLL file is linked to missing export UIW60.DLL:11044"
Can anyone help me with fixing this problem? Thanks!!!!

181 views so far but no replies plz revert if u need any other info ..
for wersion of weblogic server and forms etc. i had given a link to my previous tthread. this is the same issue. only thing is i got rid of the original error for which i had started thread, but now i have end-up with this error.
still if anybory thinks that i should provide verision then below is additional info.
weblogic server version :-- 10.3.2
weblogic forms version :-- 11.1.1.2.0
OS platoform :-- OEL 5.3 and Fedora Core 13 ( Tried on Both)
another thing is when i go to /usr/lib/openmotif i can see file libXm.so.4
[oracle@localhost ~]$ cd /usr/lib/openmotif/
[oracle@localhost openmotif]$ ls -ltr
