Error ' SYSFAIL ' in SMQ1

Hi ,
When i m maintaining a relationship to BP . system is throwing the below error :
In SMQ1 , I m getting error " SYSFAIL " .When i double click on that it is giving description as ' Incorrect parameter with CALL FUNCTION "
In SMW01 , it is showing BDOC error as SEE_TABLE_SMW3_BDOCQ .
I have checked the short dump error in target system and it is showing error description as CALL_FUNCTION_PARM_MISSING .
Could any one suggest me what could be the cause of error .

also check the table EDPP1 in that conncection is active state or not.

Hi All,
We are getting an error message with status "SYSFAIL" in SMQ1 while replicating the BP from CRM to ECC and the message goes like "The current application triggered a termination wi th a short dump."
The BDoc status is in YELLOW status.

1. Read this note Note 430980 - CRM Server: Analysis in delta data exchange R/3->CRM
They have error status 'SYSFAIL'. This is only the case if there is a technical problem with the receiving system (for example, a database problem on queue tables QRFC, ARFC). The problem must be corrected on the CRM server, and then you can restart the queue. Generally, a short dump is then displayed on the target system, which provides more detailed information on the cause of error.

Error Message In SMQ1

Hi Expects ,
While working with SAP CRM 5.0
In smq1 (outbond Que ) we are getting staus SYSFAIL Message.with following more details
"function mod for object could not be clearly det ."
Additional information :when i collect more information of transaction from user found that there is error in INTERACTION RECORD
if i analysis futher crmd_order transaction in partner tab one of the partner function is added like person responsible or one of the funtion like employee reponsible is not there
if i correct add/delete partner function it seems issue is resolved .
can you share your views on this

Did you check that mapping is correct in the proper language chipher, becuse on ECC partner function chiphers can have different chipers in different laguages. E.g. AG can also be SP for Sold-to party.
Also does this happen only with partner function that uses empoyees and is this the only function that uses employees? If yes, check if numbers for employees on crm side are mapped with hr numbers on erp side.

Error 'sysfail' in outbound que of SRM :Initial download - DNL_CUST_BASIS3

Dear Consultants,
                               We are trying to replicate the product categories and material master from ECC system to SRM system for the first time.
Performed all the middleware settings as per note 720819. When running the initial load - DNL_CUST_BASIS3 the prog keeps on running. We are getting a entry in SRM outbound que - Sysfail - trigerred a dump in the source system. When we get into ST22 in ECC system we see there is a dump. While analysing the dump in st22 we get that table CRMATAB is empty, the same issue we get when we debug the que in outbound que in SRM.
We are planning to apply note 1501685 to address the issue. But there are some entries which are there in Inbound que of SRM system. All have the status of sysfail. Some refer to analyse the error in SMW01 and some say refer note 490748. In the Note 490748 all entries are maintained . Other entries says the category for material group xxx does not exist - import the Customizing object DNL_CUST_PROD1.
I am a bit confused now, will the application of the Note will solve the issue or is there something else that may need to be done.
Any specific inputs will be valuable for me.

                            I am getting the following error in SMW01a re as follows
Category for material type MAT_KMAT does not exist
Category for material group CM14 does not exist
Please note I am running the following initial load in sequence

DNL_CUST_PROD0
We are also getting a dump in SRM system -
ST22 -
Runtime Errors         CALL_FUNCTION_PARM_MISSING

Sysfail in SMQ1

Dear All,
Today morning bw delta job failed due to SYSFAIL in R3 side.
I went to SMQ1 to check the status of job.But in SMQ1 status is SASFAIL.
I have chenged the Reset status also.
But same problem iam getting.
How to correct the job in R3 SMQ1?

You should hold the Authorization to change the qRFC or Outbound Queue status change( S_RFCACL), as far I know.

SMQ2 Error SYSFAIL

Hello experts
I have moved all the XI developments into Production and wanted to test one of the scenario , when i sent an IDOC to XU production
In SXMB_MONI i get a green flag , but has error in queue , when i checked SMQ2 it has SYSFAIL error .
The excat ERROR is "prefix number: entry missing for system XIP client 200."
It is a new XI installation , Is there any thing missing ?

a) qRFC Errors
Often in asynchronous scenarios where inbound queues are used, the queues are set to SYSFAIL status and all the messages in the inbound queue are stuck (not processed). Depending on the status of XI processing queues, we can reset a queueu2019s status and trigger processing of messages.
Manual Resend of messages: Use transaction SMQR or SMQ2 to reset the status of queues. As you can see in the following figure, the queue has been marked with a status sysfail.
b) tRFC Errors
Like qRFC errors one can either manually or automatically initiated processing of messages hanged tRFC calls.
Manual Resend of messages: Use transaction SM58 and check through the list. If necessary, start hanging tRFC calls
under the Edit menu by choosing Execute LUWs.
For automatic tRfC failure recover, schedule the report RSARFCEX for periodic execution.
c) Other Errors
All the errors generated and captured in Integration engine can be viewed using transaction SXMB_MONI. Message that were sent asynchronously and had failed due transient system/configuration failures can be manually restarted in SXMB_MONI.

Problems with Initial download from R/3 to CRM

Hi,
I tried to download the customizing objects from R/3 to CRM.I followed the SAP BP to create RFC Destination, Logical system, site id and RFC user. In our present system , the R/3 Plugin and Basis plugin version are different.I found from the SAP Notes that both the R/3 Plugin service pack and Basis plugin must be at the same version level in R/3.Is this the reason why I am getting error "SYSFAIL" in SMQ1(in the R/3 side).Plz let me know if i am missing something here.

note the time & date of the sysfail error in the queue and look in both systems for short-dumps (transaction ST22) at that time and date. If you can't find any, than the error must be located in the Bdocs (SMW01) or in the application log (SLG1).
Also check you RFC destinations in the R/3 system (SM59) to see if your return connection to CRM is active.

Mapping location errors caused by 3G

I was very puzzled as my iPod touch could locate me within 20 m in the house whereas my iphone thought I was 200km away and only when I went outside and A-GPS could work did it correct itself. However I have discovered if I turn off 3G then the map location immediately switches to the correct location. If I turn off all cellular functions ( airplane mode ) and just use wireless again the location is accurate. I assume it is using cell towers to triangulate when A-GPS is not available and wonder if the 3G signal is interfering and hence leading to the wrong result. Anyway there is clearly a bug and I wondered if anyone else has the same problem.

for anyone that googles this error, i resolved this error by using SMQ1/SMQ2 and restarting some jobs that were in SYSFAIL status

DNL_CUST_PROD0 & SYSFAIL in backend

Hello,
I've got a problem when I want to replicate material group from my backend.
In fact our SRM is linked to 3 backend, I can replicate material group for 2 of them but for the third one I got an error message on SMQ1 in the backend with a SYSFAIL.I've checked all the customizing table CRM*...and everything is OK and the same as the 2 others backend.
Maybe the problem came from a custo specific in the backend...do you have any idea?

Thanks for the answer but I run the program BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS_MW but it doesn't work better.
For information we are on SRM Server 5 (Version with SRM consumer), classic scenario.
The problem seems that in SMQ1 in our backend, it look likes if the the system try to call it himself...

Error in replicaiton from R/3 to CRM.

Hi Gurus,
I am trying to replicate business object, customer_main, from R/3 to CRM. However, I am experiencing error, SYSFAIL, in outbound queue of R/3 whereas, the status in CRM, RUNNING, is showing but so far, there is 0 blocks. Please advise on this error in R/3. I don't know how to solve this error in R/3. Please refer to attached image. I am getting this error in r/3. Please advise.

Errors while transaction download from ECC- CRM

we are trying to download transactions from ECC 5.0 to CRM 5.0.
the initial download has stopped in between and we get an error "SysFail" in the Inbound queue (SMQ2). Information on this error is "The current application triggered a termination with a short dump"
when we try to analyze the short dump, it says the termination occured in the ABAP program :SAPLCRM_DOWNLOAD_MAP - in "FILL_BTM_PARTNER". In the source code you have the termination point in line 254 of the include program "LCRM_DOWNLOAD_MAPF37".
please provide pointers to resolve this issue .

One error when create SC in PDP scenaio

Dear ,my Expert :
   I work in SRM 7.0 and sp10 Classic scenario .
   The PR is created in ECC system with the Acct Assigment Cat.-A ,and then approved .I run the program -BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER.There in one Error message in SMq1:Application aborted due to serious problems.And then I check in the SRM system in SLG1 :Purchasing group for follow-on document missing ;Purchasing organization for follow-on document missing.I dug the grogram ,and find the according Purchasing organization and the purching group .
   But ,If I create the PR with out the Acct Assigment Cat in the same material ,it will be fine .
   So ,I am confused about it .I have do the configration about the account assignment in SRM system according to ECC.

Alex this is a standard behavior in Classic scenario in PDP scenario.
Assign a dummy account assignment to the PR before you transfer by BADI to SRM and strip the account assignment while creating a PO by BADI .
Here you bring the pr-sc for just vendor assignment.

In PDP -Extended classic - it works as you expected.

Error in transfer purchaser requisitions

Hi all.
We have an SRM 5.0 (extended scenario), with two ECC 6.0. like a backend systems.
I have a problem: when I transfer purchaser requisitions from ECC to SRM.
I configured tables and communication channel and the communication user was created directly on SRM. However the transferred was with error in transaction SMQ1. In SRM in transaction SLG1, the error was: No address found for partner function type ship-to address, Message: BBP_PD051.
Exist a note 1103966 - Error BBP_PD 051 in SRM documents, but dont apply in this case.
Let my know if you have any suggestion.

In reference to your query, adding to what Ramki has suggested please look into the following :
1. Check whether the user assigned to the channel / communication user is same as the RFC user using SM59 under the Logon & Security tab.
2. Check the consistency of the channel user (BP, Central person & position) using BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE txn....

Purchase Requisition transfer - Queue issue

Hello!
Regarding the Purchase Requisition transfer to SRM, I'm running manually the function BBP_EPRTRANS_INSERT and then the BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER program. It show us that the Preq was correctly sent to SRM... but then, when we go to the SMQ1, I can see the queue with error : SYSFAIL, I saw the logs and its showing : Function module "BBP_BC_EXTREQ_INB" not found.
My question, I can see that this function is created in SRM but no in ECC6...should we have this function created on ECC6??? Is there any SAP note to fix it?

CIF queue type basic question

Hi,
I have one basic question regarding CIF.
We are assigning queue type to scm system at two places.
1. In SCM system with tcode-/SAPAPO/C2(Assign logical system to buisness system group)
2. In Ecc system with tcode-CFC1(Define target system operation mode and queue type)
Is it required both above setting should have same value?
If it could have different value what is impact?
Why it is required to assign queue type for SCM system at both places and not for ecc?

Hi Santosh,
let me try to explain cutomizing setting:
/sapapo/c2 (APO): This TX is more comprehensive than CFC1 on ECC site (as you know).
Firstly you have to define the queuetype of the connected ECC system (or the connected ECC systems). Therefore you have to use the Log. System names of the ECC system and the settings are simmilar to CFC1 but it is used for SCM->ECC transfer.
As you know, you have to define also an entry for your SCM system which looks like the entry in CFC1 and therefore it looks superfluous. The reason is, that the error handling can be defined here. You can activate the "postprocessing" for your SCM system and / or your ECC system. The CIF framework checks this entry and put faulty queues into postprocessing (TX /sapapo/cfp) or as SYSFAIL into SMQ1/SMQ2. Therefore it is important that you choose the same queue type as you did it in CFC1 for your SCM system.
CFC1 (ECC): Here you have to assign the Log. System name of your SCM which is connected to your ECC and you have to define the Queue type (I - INBOUND, INITIAL - OUTBOUND). The setting is used for the transfer from ECC->SCM. It is possible (not recommended!!!
