Error: The following NuGet packages could not be installed Microsoft.WindowsAzure.caching

I foolishly installed a "better" version of the Azure tools foe VS2010 and now I get various error messages, including the one in the title of this post.
The error comes up when I simply create a new Cloud Web Role project.
When I compile I get these two:
WebRole.cs(5,30): error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'Diagnostics' does not exist in the namespace 'Microsoft.WindowsAzure' (are you missing an assembly reference?)
I "fixed" that one by removing the line which the wizard helpfully put in for me.
But this one?

I've tried both, the first link does not have anything for Azure VS2010 tools, as far as I can see. I may have missed something.

Hi,
I have faced a similar issue.
It seems the installation was broken.
Solution would be to uninstall both VS 2013 and Azure SDK.
And then re-install them.
Note: Some times azure SDK web platform installer gives errors after installing some components. on that case you might need to run the web platform installer again to install remaining components.

Teststand 3.5 deployment error: "Error: The following file(s) could not be copied:"

I am trying to deploy a project in TestStand 3.5 and I am using LabVIEW 8.2. When I build my project, I always get the following error message "Error: The following file(s) could not be copied:". Then it lists about 20 VI's that it is apparently unable to copy. The VI's listed appear to be randomly chosen from the 8 LabVIEW libraries I included in my TestStand workspace file. What are the possible reasons that TestStand is unable to copy these VI's?
As a side note, I have successfully mass compiled all the VI's without any errors.

I have created a new workspace from scratch with some simple VI's that demonstrate the issue. Please look at the attached folder that includes the code and a text file of the build status log. This log looks a little different from my original, but it still has the same error. This code was generated in TestStand 3.5 and LabVIEW 8.2.1.
It appears to give this error on (some) files that have a decimal point in the filename. This error started occurring when I upgraded from LabVIEW 7.1 to 8.2.

Im having the same issue and the thing is that I even installed 2 times clean and keeps the same problem.
The weird thing is that the first time that I installed it it did a good installation. But now this is happening everytime. The thing is that I loosed a HDD and I had it runing already and now II cannoty install it succesfully.

I have the CS6 Master collection, several of the programs wouldn't open for a time but that was mostly solved by reinstalling them with the installer. The lone holdout was Premiere Pro. Not only has it resisted every solution I have gleened from reading these forums but it has survived a complete wipe and reinstall. I used the cleaner and everything. I'm at a loss of what to do. My error log is below. Every other program in the suite works except premiere. I even tried to simply use a premiere pro installer seperately from my master collection. Even worse results now it won't install at all as opposed to before where it installed and wouldn't open.
Solution please! I need premiere badly for a job.

My 9900 T-mobile (software 7.1.0 bundle 1149) and Desktop (7.1.0.32) are giving me hassle. When trying to sync Outlook I get Synchronisation Error - The following recurring event could not be synced: 01/01/1900 - HGT Band Practice. Remove the event and sync again. In the settings, I asked it to sync only future events. I OK'd the message but it recurs each time.I have deleted the recurring event from both BB and PC.
Sorry if this is an FAQ. I have searched for it.

I have the same problem on my Torch 9810 using AT&T. Not only has the event been deleted from both Outlook and the device, but it is also from March, more than the 3 months old most events are kept, and Outlook is also set to only sync future events. This procedure is a diagnostic test. It won’t solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Third-party system modifications are a common cause of usability problems. By a “system modification,” I mean software that affects the operation of other software — potentially for the worse. The following procedure will help identify which such modifications you've installed. Don’t be alarmed by the complexity of these instructions — they’re easy to carry out and won’t change anything on your Mac.
These steps are to be taken while booted in “normal” mode, not in safe mode. If you’re now running in safe mode, reboot as usual before continuing.
Below are instructions to enter some UNIX shell commands. The commands are harmless, but they must be entered exactly as given in order to work. If you have doubts about the safety of the procedure suggested here, search this site for other discussions in which it’s been followed without any report of ill effects.
Some of the commands will line-wrap or scroll in your browser, but each one is really just a single line, all of which must be selected. You can accomplish this easily by triple-clicking anywhere in the line. The whole line will highlight, and you can then copy it. The headings “Step 1” and so on are not part of the commands.
Note: If you have more than one user account, Step 2 must be taken as an administrator. Ordinarily that would be the user created automatically when you booted the system for the first time. FYI, the file is a photographic panorama based on several .CR2 photos taken in July, 2012 and processed in CS5's camera RAW/Photoshop. Beyond the metadata, here are no fonts or text in the file.
1. I changed Maximize ...File Capability from "Never" to "Always" and the flattened file saved and loaded OK, though I can't figure why given Adobe's description of this option. "If you work with PSD and PSB files in older versions of Photoshop or applications that don’t support layers, you can add a flattened version of the image to the saved file...". The file saved in this manner is ~8% larger and is not my preference as a routine since I've TB's of photo files. By the way, out of thousands of .psd/.psb files, the one being discussed is the first to give me the error.
2. I've tried saving/reloading the file on another computer with Win XP Sp3/CS5...again with Maximize Capability OFF. Same problem. Turn ON Maximize Capability and it works. As with the Win 8 machine, Bridge could neither create a thumbnail or read Metadata.
3. I've purged the Bridge Cache, made sure there were no old PS page files, reset PS preferences, and disabled my 2 plugins with no change in the problem. Windows and Adobe progs are all updated. Saving to a different HDD has no effect.
The problem occurs on 2 computers (Win XP/Win 8), two versioins of Photoshop (CS5/CS6), and "Maximize" On/Off togles the problem. My guess it is a bug in PSD processing routines.
If I can't find a fix, will keep with Maximize ON and deal with the larger files that result...the cost of insurance, I suppose.
