I'm trying to access few fields for example Description, History,Repro Steps etc. ,but I get error as
Error: This item must be open to read this field.
How do i fix this?

The following Knowledge Base article offers some great steps for troubleshooting your issue:

Resolution
If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let it charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.
If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged. Learn more about charging iPhone and iPod touch, or iPad.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:

Apple Support:
I have tried to purchase albums by Muse dated 2003 and earlier from the iTunes Store in Denmark.
For all of these I am getting the response:
"Purchase of this item is currently not available. This item is being modified. Please try again later.".
Well its been like this for one week now.
Is it still "being modified" or is it an access error that should not be there and that I am getting a misleading error message?

I am trying to complete an album of which I bought 3 singles and every time I hit "Complete Album" for $4.83, it says "Purchase of this Item is not currently Available. This item is being modified. Please try again later." Ive tried multiple times over the past week and get the same error every time. Can anyone help? Thx

NetStorage encountered an error while trying to access this

Strange problem with NetStorage. If I log in to NetStorage on Server A I get a listing of my drives from my login script and have no problems accessing any of them. If I log in to Server B I also get a listing of my drives and can access all of them except for the drives on Server A. When I try to access them I get the following error: "NetStorage encountered an error while trying to access this location." Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing the problem?
Here's the particulars:
Server A
OES2 sp3 on SLES 10
Internal Network
Server B
OES2 sp1 on SLES 10
DMZ Network
At first I thought this might be a firewall port issue so I had my network guy open ports 80, 443, and 51080 from server B to server A. Didn't fix the problem.
I have been searching the forums for an answer but, have not found one that helps for this situation. Thanks in advance for your help.

So you have NetStorage installed on both Server A and B and if you log in to NetStorage on Server A you can access storage hosted by both Server A and B but if you log in to NetStorage on Server B you can only access storage on Server B?
One obvious comment is that Server B is running an old and now unsupported version of OES2 - the only version of OES2 now supported is OES2 SP3 on SLES10 SP4. Theoretically that shouldn't make a difference but I know that whilst NetStorage may not have visibly changed much over OES versions it has received some bug fixes along the way.
Your comment about firewalls leads me to ask whether that implies you're blocking all the other ports between the two servers? NetStorage uses the XTier framework which in turn uses NCP to access remote servers. NCP uses UDP port 524.

it seems my subscription had expired so I signed up again.. It was still having trouble so I repeated the sign up process again.. Then it worked perfectly.. Unfortunately, I think I just subscribed twice and need to cancel one of them. Ugh. Such a pain when I'm trying to get this project completed. I'll be canceling at least one of the subscriptions in the morning. Adobe is not my favorite company right now. None of this was intuitive. And trying to get help was an absolute waste of an hour.

I'm trying to purchase an album via iTunes and I keep getting the message:

What does that mean? Why is it listed in the store if it's not available? When will it be available?

Sorry, but which part of that do you not understand?
Perhaps they're changing the price, so while they are doing that, you cannot buy it. It'll save you moaning later that you bought it and then the price went down. Or perhaps they've found that the album is faulty and so it has been removed until they can upload a non-faulty version. In either case, it will be available when Apple are ready to make it available. No one here knows when that will be.
Wait 24 hours and try again. If no luck, wait another 24 hours and try again. Obviously, Apple would prefer you to buy the song from them, so that's why it's still listed. But it's up to you how long you wait before deciding that you've waited long enough and you simply buy the album from another store. You have that choice, it's not compulsory to buy from Apple you know.

Please see "Error occurred when trying to access this service" when logging on to Acrobat.com.
Adobe has just released an update to Adobe Reader, so if you're accessing the service via Reader, please let us know whether the update helps resolve the issue.

Are you trying to convert your files from within Adobe Reader? If so, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates. Earlier versions of Reader could cause the specific error that you're reporting.

I have signed into adobe reader and I am trying to convert a PDF to a word document. All I get every time is, "An error occurred while trying to access the service" My account is active and paid for. Please help me with this. I have tried a number of different documents. I pay to use this service!

It's absolutley scandalous that a company with Apple's resources can let this happen. They should have staggered the release by region rather than opening the flood gates. The upgrade itself took me about 10 attempts to download it, and then I thought I was home free. That was until it rebooted and won't activate. It's over 2 hours now.

I signed up to convert PDF to word, paid my money and have spent over an HOUR trying to get it to work and reading forums. I have tried EVERYTHING listed and just want to convert. I get this message on the program:

And this message online:
The file you are trying to access could not be found. The file may have been deleted or moved in another session.
PLEASE HELP!!!
