Error messgae on all of my downloaded films. 'AN ERROR OCCURED LOADING THIS CONTENT, PLEASE TRY LATER'.

Is your iTunes media library on an external drive? If so, ensure that the drive is on and operating properly before opening iTunes on your computer and make sure that iTunes is still pointing to the media library on the external drive. Otherwise, the "iTunes/Preferences/Advanced" window will automatically re-target the default iTunes library location on the start-up drive. Unfortunately, in this situation, the TV2 database is trying to fetch content from the external drive but since iTunes is not looking at the external drive, the path used to access the source content is broken and you get the cited message on the TV2 or the exclamation point error icon if you try to play files within iTunes. In addition, any newly added content will be physically be stored on the start-up drive if you are in the "Copy to Library" mode and will later have to be copied to/consolidated on the external drive after you correct the library target.

Icloud photo library won't work unless connected to wifi. If I am trying to attach a pic to a message or email, I get the error "photo can't be downloaded from iphoto library, please try later." If I connect to wifi it works just fine.

There is issue with Windows 7 when you send the email. It gives the message you specified.
But you can always use Adobe Email client to send your images. In this workflow also you would get the error message but you can ignore it and continue to send the mail.

After the update to Android 5.0.1 on my Galaxy Note 4, my Galaxy Gear S will not install apps, I get an error message that says "Installation Failed. Try Later. (WO:WO:-1002). I am glad it was a free app I was trying to install (I tried a couple of different ones to see if it was just a bad app and they all failed on the install. The Note 4 and the Gear S seem to be communicating okay via bluetooth (health stuff syncs, Gear S controls the music player on the note 4 Etc. )

Everything that I had installed previously on the gear S still works.
Everthing while in the gear manager seems to be working okay also. I can make changes in the Gear manager on the note 4 and they show up on the gear S. I have an app called watch styler , it let me create a new watch on the Note 4 and that showed up on the Gear S.
The only thing that seems to be not working is installing new apps.
When trying to get a new app it looks like it is working as normal , the dowload shows it is working but it errors out when it goes to install it.

I looked at KB25882 and my settings are good, so that didn't help.
I had this problem over a year ago, and someone at RIM found a bit set that shouldn't have been set and fixed it (that is my terminology for what happened).
I am really looking for a way to contact RIM directly. I hate going through the mill with my carrier to get it escalated to RIM for resolution...... <sigh>

It sounds like the cellular data will not activate for some reason on the iPad.
I found this article that will help you resolve this issue here, named iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular Models): Troubleshooting a cellular data connection, found here http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4249
Check for a carrier settings update.
Update your iPad.
Toggle the Cellular Data setting off and on under Settings > Cellular Data.
Restart your iPad.
Tap Settings > General > About. Locate the Carrier entry and make sure that your carrier is correct.
If your SIM card has SIM PIN enabled, try turning it off: Tap Settings > Cellular Data > SIM PIN.
Make sure you're in an area of good coverage. If the cellular data connection works in another area, contact your carrier to report the original affected area.
Reset network settings: Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Restore the iPad as new.
If none of the above steps resolves the issue, make an appointment at an Apple Retail Store, contact your carrier, or contact AppleCare to troubleshoot further.
I know you may have done one or two of the steps here, so you can skip those.
