Error U44M1P7, reinstall also failed.
I had a message this morning on my computer that Creative Cloud apps needed to be updated. Photoshop and I think InDesign. InDesign was ok, at least no error messages, but PS reported "update failed, error U44M1P7." I tried again and same message appeared. Per adobe instructions, I uninstalled PS and then reinstalled. The reinstall also failed, but I do not have an error message for that. I have to get this resolved ASAP.

Another problem here. Everything was working until I started updating. Plus now certain features are not available in PSCC. For instance the "save image for web" is disabled. Additionally, PS will not open an .png file. Here we go again. I am still trying to solve an open issue with DW crashing. What is going on back a Adobe. Come on Adobe people, please quit guessing and wasting our time with answers that take hours to complete and don't work. Please reply with a real answer.
I just can't believe you suggest uninstalling, run cleaner tool and reinstall everything. That's a day or two of work lost. Besides, many people did just that with no resolution. It makes me thing that the people a Adobe don't know the answer - so just through out a generic answer.
Please forward me an email to forwarg error logs.... Time is a wasting....

For this error I would recommend removing and reinstalling Photoshop CC. It appears your current installation have become compromised. There are several additional instances of this error within the log file you have posted.

This would also seem to support that a system optimization utility may have been utilized to remove the additional language files. Previously the removal of these language files alone would prevent updates from being applied. -
One or two users have reported this problem before but no-one has found a clear solution. Two days ago all was fine. Now Firefox won't open, error message as above. Oddly it shows as running in the task manager! At the same time I found Internet Explorer is also failing to open. But Chrome is working normally!
I have tried restore points, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Deleting all files in folder. Of course I cannot get to profile as cannot open firefox! I did not recently add any new extensions/add-ons.

I updated iTunes 10.3.1 today, and now it won't let me openitunes it keeps saying error 7 (windows error 14001) and also says (apple mobile failed to startverify significant privileges to start system services) I have unstalled it severaltimes, tried repairing it also switched off all security software and checkedall files are deleted in local disk (program file) but still no look. Please cansomeone help

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for performance issues or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there are also links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.
Regarding AMDS failures there is a hint in another thread that disabling the Windows Firewall before attempting to reinstall may help, otherwise take a look at the steps outlined in this post. Re: Can't install iTunes 12.1 on Windows 7 64-bit. I know they look a little daunting, but the process of generating the logs themselves isn't that hard to do. Extracting useful information from them is still a challenge but maybe something will leap out. If you want to post the log for the failed components for me to have a look at here or in the other thread please edit out any personal information, particularly your email address, first.

Update PP to 8.0.1 failed with generic error U44M1P7
Hi all,
Have an issue with the latest Premiere Pro updater (8.0.1)
All others updates have worked except for PP.
Have checked this Installation failed. Error U44M1P7 | Updates but with no luck.
Relaunch updater won't work
update from Inside PP CC2014 won't work
uninstall PP CC2014, followed by a reboot, and reinstall Premier Pro CC 2014 and receive this message:
"Installation succeeded but a patch failed"
always the same U44M1P7 error.
Something seems wrong with this updater - at least for me, any help to fix this issue would be appreciated.
I'm running Win7 SP1 x64 (latest updates), US language with Belgian French keyboard.

I have not been able to reinstall Acrobat Pro on my laptop. I have Suite 6 Design & Web Premium on my HP laptop. I have Windows 7 operating system. All of a sudden Acrobat Pro will not open so I uninstalled and tried to reinstall the program.
The error messages I get are:

I have an errors updating my CC apps, such as Photoshop, Illustrator. Errors U44M1P7.

It's not helped to solve the problem.
I've tried uninstalling all of my CC products, then clean all of them with Adobe CC Cleaning Tool. But nothing helped me. I've looked into Install Log files and I've found that CSXS filed have an errors. Here is an example:

I've found a solution of this problem.
1. Launch any of CC App (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
2. Go to the HELP -> UPDATES
3. It will start Adobe Aplication Manager, then UNCHECK ALL of Adobe CSXS Infrastucture 4 files (910 KB) under all of your updating Aplications.
4. Click "UPDATE" button.

In the first attachement you can see the Creative Cloud screen that always stays blank.
In the second attachement you can see an error screen (more a pop up) that show an errro after I tried to login with my Adobe ID. I have to do that when I start up any of the Adobe apps (Photoshop, Premier, Acrobat etc).

I recently connected my iPhone to my computer, iTunes would not start... I got error: "applcation failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found. Photoshop CS6 mac OS X 10.9.5 - cannot update 13.0.6 - error "Update failed - unable to write at location." Tried manual update also failed. Tried to change permissions also failed.

Need Adobe help to solve this. My own searches in Forums and Google all have failed.It is not an Adobe problem. You have a OS permissions problem. You can try to correct this by using Disk Utility to Repair Permissions. It is in the First Aid area of Disk Utility.

Acrobat XI quit working. I uninstalled it then went to Creative Cloud to reinstall CC failed to reinstall Error code 50 help

PS Update Failed. Error U44M1P7 encountered. What is this and how do I fix it?
I have tried numerous times to undated my PS CS6 without success. The update seams to download fine but the install ends with Error U44M1P7. Anyone have any insight as to what is going on and how to fix this?

I have CS6 Web Premium installed on my Mac Pro early 2008. Whenever I try to update it, I get errors with the following:
Adobe CSXS InfrastructureCS6
Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7
DPS Desktop Tools CS6 2.02 Update

I've run the Cleaner tool and done a complete uninstall and reinstall. I've also tried downloading and reinstalling these items from Adobe directly, as well as the Application and Extension Managers.Same issue here: both the latest updates for Extension Manager and Configurator fail with all attempts, including DLs direct from Adobe site.
