Error uploading file to patch cache

I am trying to manually add a patchset to the cache since I cannot be connected to the internet when applying patches.
The patchset is 9.2.0.5 and about 220MB. When I upload, I get an error stating
Failed to Upload file. Uploaded file of length 23167503 bytes exceeded maximum allowed length (134217728 bytes).
I have set my cache size to 750 MB and there were no other patches in the cache.
I did load a patch of about 32MB after getting this error and it loaded fine. Is there a setting somewhere that I have missed.
I hope somebody can help me to resolve this or this feature is of no benefit.

Adobe Muse won't publish (Error uploading file)

After making simple animations using Adobe Edge Animate it seems as though none of the assets will publish with my site after importing them into Muse.
In Edge animate I saved for "web animation" and published. Then I went to muse and hit "place". I went to preview and everything works fine. When I go to publish there are always errors in uploading my assets with '.png' extensions.
Any help is much appreciated. I have completely scrapped my website and created another, reinstalled Animate and have renamed all my files, I'm not sure whats wrong here.
I got one animation working, and that can be seen here under the Photography section, but I have multiples that will be shown on my page at one time.

Hi, I used Adobe SendNow without any problems for years. Since the migration to Adobe Acrobat, I don't think I have once managed to successfully send any files. Each time I get the message: Error Uploading Files - One or more files could not be uploaded. Please try again. If someone could help that would be great or else I will need to subscribe to alternative file sharing service that actually uploads files. I previously filed a Case Request looking for assistance, and within 2 seconds I received an automated response: "With this response, we believe your issue is resolved and have therefore closed your case 0186251803" !!!

Those sizes (and numbers and numbers of files) shouldn't present any problem, but obviously something is amiss.
If you wouldn't mind trying to upload via the Files tab, and then sending from there, that would help us to diagnose. To upload your files, simply sign in and click on the Files tab. You might want to make a folder to hold the files you are going to send. To do this, click on the folder with the + sign. Then open that folder and click on the cloud with the arrow.
(The other way to upload files is to simply drag and drop them.) If you have trouble uploading many files at once (you shouldn't!), try one at a time. Again, I am interested to know what method, if any, works for you.
Now that you have your files uploaded (at least, I hope you've been able to do it successfully!), click on the Send tab and follow the instructions for selecting Acrobat.com Files instead of My Computer.
You should now see the folder you just created. Open it up, and select the files you want to send.
If you have any trouble with this method, give a holler. Though since it's getting late here on the east coast, I might not be able to respond until the morning.

Server response: "Error uploading file *-sprite.png. There was no respone from the server....."

Hi, I am experiencing a publish upload problem from Muse.
Upload to publish starts and continues until I reach uploading images 1-431.
After a few moments the following error is dashboarded:
>> Error uploading file u19121-sprite.png. There was no response from the server. Check your network connection, and try again. If this problem persists, try again later. <<
Server connections my side are fast and OK
Please advise.
Would I be correct that the receiving server at Business Catalyst is just busy? I notice it does start to continue uploading, however it does come up with similar errors further along the image count upload.

My backend is only for admin, so they are the only ones who can access the
upload pages. My concern is an images folder on the site being 777. Can't
anyone from the outside plant a file in that folder if they just know where

Muse has been working fine and publishing to Business Catalyst fine until this morning when I received the error -

I just got this error and found that I had a tab in my browser from the other day still open that had my BC site manage panel open. BC site manager logs the user out after a period of time so I guess this must have created the error as as soon as I logged back in to BC and resumed the upload from Muse, everything continued to upload without any problem.

Error uploading file index.html

When I try to publish my site to my business catalyst is stops and I get this message:
error uploading file index.html Click Resume to try again or try publishing later
I've never had this problem before and everything on my catalyst dashboard seems to be in order. Please help.

Ask in the BC or DW forum and provide much more info like what you use on the page, file sizes etc.

When uploading to FTP Host it gives me this error "Error uploading file index.html. Click Resume to try again. If this problem persists, try again later. [550 /index.html: Not a regular file]" What does this mean and how can I fix it? I need to be able to upload my website and it is not allowing me to do so.

Are you still facing the same error ? Also, have you tried to export the file as html , does it shows same error ? You can upload the exported html to your server using any FTP client as an alternative.

HI All,
WE had done a report migration converting all our Actuate reports onto BI Publisher. The templates for the reports have been registered on the Siebel Screens and thus created on BI Publisher. We were able to view the reports and everything was fine. But then we had a netword crash and all the existing networks had to be reconfigured after which the BIPublisher reports are not accessible from the Siebel screens. I get an error
Operation '<?>' of Web Service '<?>.<?>' at port '<?>' failed with the following explanation: "<?>".(SBL-EAI-04308)
and when I try to login to BIPublisher to access the reports I get an error
oracle.j2ee.ws.wsdl.LocalizedWSDLException: WSDLException: faultCode=PARSER_ERROR: Failed to read wsdl file at: "file:/C:/WINDOWS/system32/dataservice.wsdl", caused.
Could anyone help me figure this out?

Error Uploading File

I am trying to upload an update for my RSS Feed, and the reason its not working is because its transfering in Binary mode.
I was wondering how do I swich the transfer mode of the idisk so that it transfers in ascii mode?

some hints to debug this problem:
Which release of JDeveloper?
Where do you deployed your app ?
Which J2EE technology are you using ?
Does it reproduce on other machines ?
Is it dependent on a specific uploaded file ?
Does the file size matter ?
From the stack trace I would assume that you use JSP and Struts. Does this problem also reproduce of the file name doesn't contain blanks as in
Guðny 13 06 2006.pdf

WEB DMS Error uploading file / create DIR

Hi SapGurus,
I have a problem creating new documents using WEB DMS, i remember trying to do it some time ago, and i could manually create the documents through WEB-DMS Create option choosing the configured document type,
but right now iam not able to upload any original file and create a NEW DIR, as it gives me an error message "an Error occurred while loading file" please suggest me what may be wrong with this now.
Also can we maintain standard SAP Object links while creating the DIR through WEBDMS, as iam not able to find the SAP Object link Tab / field while creating the DIR In WEB DMS,
(FYI, in the find documents we could find the document based on the SAP Object link Reference,) so i think there is an option to maintain SAP Object link details for the DIR getting created.

please note that in WebDocuments only the existing object links are displayed. Therefore not all maintained objects are visible but only those where links exists.
There are certain selected data sections in WebDocuments that are shown in display mode or in change mode. The following sections can only be displayed and not changed
- Data for Document key
- Data for Object Links
The following sections can be changed in WebDocuments
- Document Data
- Additional Data
- Originals
- Description
Hence when a Document Info Record is created or changed, the object links data are not shown. It is shown only in search and display mode. This is the way system is designed. You can look at the application help for more information on the web documents. Also kindly note that WebDocuments is not the complete replica of SAP GUI CV01n, CV02n or CV03n. It has some limitations when compared to SAP GUI transactions. So as no new links could be created in WebDocuments not all available objects are displayed.
I hope this information could be useful regarding the object link behavior in WebDMS.

CFolders: error uploading file

when I try to upload a file on cFolders 4.5 the systerm give me a popup with follow error: URL error occurred! The given URL is not valid
I'm able to download file and the Java popup to select file works well...
After this error on ST22 I have a dump with following explanation:
Short text
   Exception condition "COOKIE_NOT_FOUND" raised.
Error analysis
    A RAISE statement in the program "CL_HTTP_SERVER_NET============CP" raised the
     exception
    condition "COOKIE_NOT_FOUND".
    Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
    program, processing was terminated.
    Short description of exception condition:
    For detailed documentation of the exception condition, use
    Transaction SE37 (Function Library). You can take the called
    function module from the display of active calls.
How to correct the error
    If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
    find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
    If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
    keywords:

The "ZEEDDL CHAR," was originally "ZEEDDL INTEGER EXTERNAL," but that got the same error.
So I suspect it's either a format issue or a problem with the control file, but due to my lack of familiarity, I don't know which.

As I mentioned the column was originally defined to be INTEGER EXTERNAL but I have also tried CHAR, VARCHAR and VARCHAR2.

Error uploading file to web before and after updating

Hi,
I'm running adobe muse on a mac 2013 yosemite. I changed from the original version of adobe muse to the 2014.2 version, just to let you all know.
Earlier today, I woke up and one of my two websites I've created in the original version of adobe muse had lost the information required to upload to FTP Host. I retyped in my information, and it started to upload my website. Eventually it hit the 61% mark, and said that it was "connecting to the FTP host" for a really, really long time. I waited about 20 minutes- nothing happened. So I then decided to update adobe muse to the 2014.2 version.
After updating, I tried uploading my site to the web again. I put in virtually the same information as before, and now I'm getting an error message saying "Could not sign in. Check your network connection and try again. If this problem persists, try again later."
Can anybody help me here? My website is hosted by GoDaddy.com, just to let you know.
