Error when apply a new Index in tools - siebel 8.1

I created a new index in table S_INVOICE_ADJ. But when I tried to apply this i receive a error message:

Anyone knows what it mean?
The index I created with type = Extension and column index = TYPE_CD.

Hi Pradeep,
Index out of bound is nothing but any of your fields exceeding the specified size limit.
Check properties for each field and alter the size limit and try once again.

HELP: Keep Getting Error When Applying Magic Bullet Looks

get this error when applying Looks.
"After Effects error: crash occurred while invoking effect plug-in "Looks".
and then it says
"After Effects error: Crash in progress. Last logged message was: <2280>
<MCExportInfo: Destruct> <5> Destruct for 420462944"
I try to apply Looks to another video and I get a different error saying language registry key. I apply Looks to a third video and I get the dynamiclink error. It's like different error for different video. All 3 videos shot with different cameras.

Same problem here ! I have Vista 64 bit and Intel 4500 Mhd
driver. The issue is Magic Bullet Misfire works fine in Adobe After
Effects CS5 but it crashes with Magic Bullet Looks.
Have checked OpenGL in AE CS5 which are by default OFF, that is if you open Adobe After Effects CS5 and into edit and then click 'preferences'. Under previews there is ur OpenGL info. Click OpenGL, its says need to update driver or get a better OpenGL above 2.0. I think updating to new OpenGL may fix the issue. I have made a video with Magic Bullet Misfire and it works fine but the issue is with only 'Magic Bullet Looks' presets where the AE crashes.
So it cant be Windows 7, Vista or 32 bit or 64 bit issue. Probably a driver error or an internal Magic Bullet 1.4 or Adobe After Effects CS5 64 bit error.

I am getting following error when opening the "General Supplier Data" from Pre-Select Supplier.
Error Message: "Error message: Error when applying a XSLT transformation: No valid XSLT program supplied"
I have already read the related threads on SDN and checked the SAP Note 883896 and others. Even tried running the program UXS_DEL_NAVIGATION_NODE and UXS_ADD_MISSING_XSLT_NAME. But not able to solve the issue.

Runtime Error when creating a new group

I'm getting a runtime error when creating a new group on a site collection?

The most possible reason is if your site collection is reached the maximum site quota limit,then there is chance to get the run time error while creating a new group.
In this case,you will get the error while creating/updating the group or while adding the new user/uploading any content.
Also Ensure the group name is not having any special/unsupported characters.
Feel free to share the error screenshot/entry in the ULS logs.

Recently upgraded from Oracle 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.5 & since then i cant run OEM, so oracle suggested Apply Patch 8350262 to your Oracle Home installation using OPatch.

Do you mean this "The patch is also included in 10.2.0.5 database patch 5 and 10.2.0.5.3 (PSU3)" which is quoted in (DOC ID 1222603.1), if so, i have downloaded. However, can you give me patch # for 10.2.0.5 version in order to double check , may be by mistake i download wrong version.

My phone keeps getting an error when downloading the new ios

Even when i connect to itunes i keep getting an error when downloading the new os. I have made 11 attempts.

download is corrupt. I finally solved it. I had changed my password on my appleid and had not updated it in my phone. After i got the same error on 3 different desktops i decided the error was in my phone and updated all my settings and the update worked the first time.

Error when creating a new Organization in Deployment Manager

I am trying to create a new Organization to an existing CRM environment and I keep getting the error below. The user deploying the new Organization has full control on all the security groups and Admin rights on the servers that Host SQL and CRM
application. The CRM environment is 2011 on Premise that has been setup for IFD.
We currently have 2 other organizations that are already in the environment, so the new org would be a third. I am more than glad to provide any firther information that I have to anyone that can help us resolve this issue. I also have a log file that I
saved after the failed creation attempt. I can provide the contents of the log file to anyoen who can help. Its too long to add here.
The section of the log file that shows the error is just above the screen shot. It looks like a deletion error. My queston is why is there an attempt at deleting anything if all I am trying to do is create a new Organization. This is not an import or
upgrade.

Performed the below action but issue not resolved.
--Make sure that when creating the Environments for the Upgrade, that the correct ids and passwords have been entered. A userid and userid password plus the accessid and accessid password need to be entered. The connectid, many times "People", should not be entered where accessid is supposed to be entered.
--Reinstall the Change Assistant
--Be sure that the accessid and password being used is valid.
--Be sure that there is not an & character in PSRELEASE.Releaselabel column. Change this to a text 'and' if you find one there.

Workaround:
DB2 customers running Change Assistant must set the variable 'override_connection_reset' to the value 1 in the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PeopleSoft\PeopleTools\Release8.40\Profiles\Default\Database Options
When they are done using Change Assistant, they must change the value to 0 before they use any other PeopleSoft 2 tier applications.
That look a lot like your issue :)
Try setting the registry key value as defined above to see if it solves your issue.

It asks me to enter the database password, then crashed out with this error, without giving me the chance to even select any procedures.
There are procedures there, and the user account used to log in has access to them.
I'm using Visual Studio 2010.

Database Vendor Code: 1005 is being passed from the database client through the report engine - unmodified. E.g.; look for the error in your database documentation.
See:

Failed to open the connection. Details: [Database Vendor Code: &lt;vendor code number&gt;].
Compare the version of the client you are using and "other people" are using.

User getting error when creating a new Document Library

The user is getting the following error when trying to create a new Document Library in SharePoint 2010:
Error
Cannot complete this action.
Please try again.

Has anyone come across this error and know how to resolve it?

According to your post, my understanding is that the user could not create a document library.
To narrow down whether the issue is related to the user permission, you can check which permission the user has.
You can also assign the user full control to check whether it works.
What’s more, did the issue occur in other sites? You can check with other sites or create a new site to check whether it works. Maybe the site has been corrupted.
To quickly and accurately find the issue, I recommend you can check the event log and ULS log to see if anything unexpected occurred.
For SharePoint 2010, by default, ULS log is at
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\LOGS
You can check the ULS log by the methods here:
