Hi all
When I create a new Project, system appear:
"No settlement rule exists for object number PD00000035
Message no. KD023
Diagnosis
There is no settlement rule for object PD00000035.
Procedure
Please enter an object for which there is a settlement rule."
Could you please tell me about this error and how to repair.

Maintain settlement rule for the object. It seems as per the settlement profile, settlement is mandatory.
Select object in CJ20N and press CTRL+F3...maintain the distribution rule.

Stackoverflow error when creating a new project

Hi,
When I tried to create a new project, I got a java.lang.StackOverflowError.
I did try to increase the heap size in odiparams.bat but didn't work:
set ODI_INIT_HEAP=64m
set ODI_MAX_HEAP=512m
I also tried both jre 1.4.2 and jdk1.5.0_06. Both got same error. I
m using windows XP Professional version, SP3.
What could be the problem?

Hi,
I am also facing the similar issue. I have carried out the steps as per your suggestion. I can now create a project but after ODI throwing the same error (or sometimes java.lang.reflect.invocationtargetexception).
One thing I have noticed is when I login as Supervisor, there is no issue. The other user created has CONNECT, DESIGNER and OPERATOR profiles.
Am I missing out something?

'serious error' when creating a new project in adobe premiere elements 10

Hello,
I saw similar questions on the forums but not quite what is happening with me.
First off I should say i've never had this working however the copy of premiere elements 7 we had worked perfectly fine. I am a technician in a school and i'm trying to install the software for the students (we have lots of lisences). The software appears to install perfectly fine and the launcher works. I click to create a new project (or open an old one) premiere appears to load up correctly. It only crashes once I click to browse for a location to save the file.
The error message says, as i've noticed seems to be a generic message for any error on premiere: "Sorry, A serious error has occured that has caused Adobe Premiere Elements to shut down. We will attempt to save your current project"
At first I thought this was student user rights (as students do not have access to C:\) however I have since tried it with my own admin account which has full rights and effectively should be able to do anything and it still continues to crash.

Runtime Error when creating a new group

I'm getting a runtime error when creating a new group on a site collection?

The most possible reason is if your site collection is reached the maximum site quota limit,then there is chance to get the run time error while creating a new group.
In this case,you will get the error while creating/updating the group or while adding the new user/uploading any content.
Also Ensure the group name is not having any special/unsupported characters.
Feel free to share the error screenshot/entry in the ULS logs.

When a stack overflow occurs, the amount of stack space required by the program exceeds what is configured for the stack in the Java™ virtual machine (JVM™) /jdk process.
So just to give a try, increase the heap size in odiparams.bat file.
set ODI_INIT_HEAP=64m
set ODI_MAX_HEAP=512m
Also, make sure that your server/system is capable of allocating the setted space for ODI to run.

When creating a new project, the step "new sequence settings" doe not appear automatically, what to do?

I have a question I am doing product videos for a comany they would like me to do this in a format that is 16:9 and in HD. Since they don't know on which channels they want to publish it but it is certain they will publish it on youtube I wanted to do it in the settings HDV and then DVCPROHD 720p24 or even 1080p24. I have bought the license of Premiere online and for some reason I do not have the option in the beginning when I create a new project to change the sequence settings. They do not appear and afterwards I cannot change them. Do you guys have an idea what can be done in order to access this setting before the project ultimately opens?
I'd highly appreciate any kind of help on the matter!

IMovie HD freezes when create a new project

We still use iMovie HD 06 in our schools. It freezes everytime when one studnet tried to create a new project. I deleted com.apple.imovie.plist file, but it didn't help. I tried logon with another user, iMoive HD didn't freeze on creating new project. Saved this project to Shared folder and give everyone Read&Write permission. Login back the first student, tried to open the good project, but it still frozen.
They are all AD users, I checked their own ~/Library/Preferences folder, but didn't find any plist file crushed.

My main guess is that there are a troublesome pref file but figuring out
which one will take for eons.
Can also be plug-ins to eg QuickTime.
I would bite the sour Apple (sorry) and make new accounts to all users.
At least they will start working again.

Error when creating a new ABAP project

Hello ADT Gurus,
I'm trying to start using Eclipse for ABAP development. However after successful installation of ADT into Eclipse I'm still not able to create an ABAP project.
When I want to create ABAP project I always receive following error message:
An error has occurred. See error log for more details.
No enum constant com.sap.adt.destinations.model.internal.ISystemConfigurationInternal.OriginType.NUL
Does anyone have an idea, solution, suggestion....advice?

That's exactely how I proceeded today and at the end found a reason of my error.... yey
There were invalid parameters in section [Origin] of my saplogon.ini file.
See attached screenshot.
According to OSS note 99435 - 'NUL' is not an allowed value.
Those items don't refer to a SAP systems, they represents only kind of a "separator" between landscapes with a description.
My problem was solved by changing those values to 'USEREDIT' .
Anyway...native SAP logon worked w/o problems even with these invalid entries in saplogon.ini.

I have been having some problems with workflows that I was trying to create, and when trying to fix that, I think I created a new problem. I know that the feature {6c09612b-46af-4b2f-8dfc-59185c962a29} has to do with a collect signatures workflow,
but I see that in other team sites and did not turn it off anywhere else.
Anyone have any ideas to shoot my way?

Yes the feature {6c09612b-46af-4b2f-8dfc-59185c962a29} is the SignaturesWorkflow.
From the error message it looks like your Site Template has been saved with this feature activated, and you are trying to create the web in a site collection where the feature is not active.
This usually happens when people try to move site templates between environments or between site collections that are configured differently.
You could fix this problem a few ways:
- Enable the feature in the site collection via the UI or via PowerShell.
get-spfeature | ?{$_.ID -eq "6c09612b-46af-4b2f-8dfc-59185c962a29"} | Enable-SPFeature -URL http://somesite
- Go back to the location where the site template was created, deactivate the feature and re-create the site template.
- Acknowledge that you site template is the problem and switch back to the default "Project Site Template" for creating project workspace sites.

Error when starting a new project in Premier Elements 11

When I open Premier Elements 11 and select Video Editor - New Project, I keep getting an error that says, [..\..Src\Core\Preferences\cpp-338]. When I click on the Continue button, I get a Runtime Error and the application closes. It doesn't stop running, though. I have to stop it in the Task Manager Processes screen.
I have Windows XP SP3, and I have installed all the latest Windows updates, I have updated my Java version, I have defragmented my hard drive, I have run a disk clean up application, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times over with the DVD, and I have Quicktime installed with its latest updates.
I worked with an Adobe support tech yesterday who worked with my system a little, but he left me hanging and didn't call me back today.
I paid money for this application and desperately need it for my job. I hope someone can help me.

For Networked home folders (aka Personal folder), here's a work around script that you are free to use. (Based on AJohnF's suggestion.)
The Script verifies if the current domain user has an 'J' drive if not, it starts APE, if there is a home folder assigned to the domain user...
It temporarily changes the User Shell Personal folder registry.
Starts Adobe Premiere Elements and waits for it to close.
Once APE is closed it will change the registry back.
You can remove the ' in front of the msgbox lines to get prompts along the way for testing.
Create a new desktop shortcut that will point to the "Start Premiere 11.vbs" (or whatever you called it)
We deployed it via SCCM and replaced the existing desktop shortcut for APE with new shortcut. Deployment of script and desktop shortcut could be done via computer startup, preferences, SCCM it up to you.
Change the "J:\" and "J:\My Videos" to match your environment.

Error when creating Office App projects: "Invalid capability expression at position 29 in the expression "CPS Projects | Test | VisualC"."

Whenever I try creating a new Office app project (regardless of its a Office or Mail app), I'm encountering the following error:
Invalid capability expression at position 29 in the expression "CPS Projects | Test | VisualC".
Also, the project doesn't seem to completely finish creating the Office App template. Only the Scripts folder got created. I've done a search and I can't find any solution. I'm using VS2013, Update 5 CTP.

Am I right? You create the office app like the following template, am I right?
Just to make this issue clearly, could you create the Office app before you install this update 5? For example, the latest RTM version for Update package is update 4, did you get this issue if you install the update 4 before? At least, we could know that
whether it is the update package issue. I could create the office app in my VS2013 with update 4.
If it still has this issue without the update 5, since you get this issue when you create the default project templates, I think it would be related to your VS Environment.
Please run the command line:
devenv.exe /InstallVSTemplates.
Create a simple Office app, test it again.
If still no help, maybe you could run your VS in safe mode, so we could know whether it is related to the add-in or extension tool.

1. As you are taking service, your database is oracle database, you might have created a user/schema .
2. When you are creating FDM application and that too providing details of database , there is a button 'options',which has more options like tablespace..etc.
3. If you have created a schema and it has a specific table space ,then you need to provide these details also.else, while creating a user, if you have selected everything as default, then no need to go to 'options'.
