Error when executing a query on master data
Hi Friends,
When I execute a query fon Master Data Characteristic infoObject ( 0BPARTNER ) from BEx Analyzer I got the below error. 0BPARTNER contains 15 attributes. I am getting the below error only for this query. Rest all other queries are working good with the same BEx Analyzer.
<b>An error occured in the communication with the BW Server.
Due to this connection has to be closed.</b>
<b>Detailed Description:
The system is configured incorrectly.</b>
Please tell me what could be the problem? How to overcome this?
Thanks,
Sasi
Hi Arun,
Before the execution of query I did that. And it was ' Query is Correct'.
Any more ideas?
Thanks,
Sasi.

ORA-29902 Error when executing context query
We sometimes get the following error when executing a search based on keywords entered by a user:
<BLOCKQUOTE><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica">quote:</font><HR>Error generating context stmt ORA-29902: error in executing ODCIIndexStart() routine ORA-20000: interMedia Text error: DRG-50901: text query <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
A demonstration of the error can be seen by going to the main
http://technet.oracle.com technet page and then performing a site search. Type in any of the following search phrases:
Oracle and not Microsoft
not Microsoft
and database
In my brief experimentation, the presence of any of
not, and, or
at the beginning of the keywords, or next to each other 'and not' within the keywords set causes the above oracle error.
OK, I could train the users not to do this, but with the potential for every net user on the planet using my site, it might take me some time to speak to all of them.
So how do I stop Intermedia from throwing up the error? I have written a quick parser to try to strip out offending entries, but that is not, imho, a good solution, as I do not know all the rules that will break it.
tiaYou need to write a text query parser. Check the Query Translator code samples from http://technet.oracle.com/sample_code/products/text/content.html

No space left in shared memory error when executing a query
Hi,
When I executed a query, it showed the results. But when I drilled down it by material, it showed the following error message.
Error An exception with the type CX_SY_EXPORT_NO_SHARED_MEMORY occured
Error No space left in shared memory
Is there anyone know what is the reason and how to resolve?
Many Thanks
JeanYour report got too big and you ran out of memory on the server.
Run it for a smaller data set (e.g., a few months instead of a year) to avoid this problem.
Hope this helps...

Error when executing a query in ECC
W'e're getting the following error when attempting to run a Crystal Report (2008) that uses an SAP ECC query as the datasource:
Database Connector Error: "Screen output without connection to user"
Anyone seen this before? Tried looking this up in the forum but didn't find anything.
Thanks. Are you up to date on the Crystal ECC transports?
Is the user running the Crystal Reported assigned to the SAP query user group (SQ03/02)?
I have seen strange errors with these two things.
Why not upgrade to CR 2011? We found with our license there was no addiitional fee/cost to do this.

Error when executing a query on upgraded system
Hi All,
We are in the process of upgrading our BI system. Currently we are on Quality system and its a copy of existing production system. I have executed a query on the production system (3.5 system) successfully.
But the same query when I'm trying to execute on the upgraded quality system (BI 7.0), I get an error " warning info provider was changed or activated at runtime. The query cannot be opened". The same message doesn't pop up on the current 3.5 BI system.
Can anyone help me how I can correct this error?
regards,
SumanHi All,
I activated the Infoset and I could eliminate the error. Now the issue is solved.

Error when import a business partner master data
Dear Colleagues,
When i want to import a business partner master data using Data Transfer Workbench, i got an error "Account receivable/payable is missing [OCRD.DebPayAcct] Application-defined or object defined error65171". What is happened?
Best Regards,
JimmyHi Jimmy........
Welcome to SAP Business One Forum.........
In order to solve this kind of error you have to map Debtors and Creditors account in Administration> Setup> Financials> GL Account Determination> Sale and Purchase Tab.
Also One more important thing you have to map Bank Setup also in Administration>System Initialization> Company Details> Basic Initialization Tab> House Bank Setup......

Error when executing the query.
Hello ,
I have some customer exit variables used in my reports , and when I execute the report I get an error like " My variable name cannot be interpreted as number " The way I declared the variable is of customer exit type and as a Number, in my customer exit I'm using it as 'My variable" in computation , is this why ?
thanks ,Hi Rakesh ,
Are you talking about a formula variable of type Customer Exit??? - Yes
Then if you have mentioned it as Number then it can only hold Numerical value and nothing else. - I dont see anyother option (dat type) which suits my rek. I need to declare a variable where user can enter a value like 2,3 ...12. And I have to use this variale in my customer exit code.
Diffferent options availble in BEx for a formula variable are ,
Number , Amount , Quantity , Price.
And in my customer exit I'm using as Y = X + 'My customer Exit Variable'.
Can you please give me your thoughts.
thanks alot. -
Error when execute a query BW in WEBI
Hi Gurus,
I need your help:
Status:
SAP_ABA 700
SAP_BASIS 700
PI_BASIS 2005_1_700
SAP_BW 700
BI_CONT 703
SAP GUI 7.10 SP 7
I run a 3.5 query with bex and all its ok.
But when i want run the same query in BOE Web Intelligence Rich Client I have an error
In WEBI: error : WIS 10901 for MDX QUERY
in BW TR: SM21 : Communication error, CPIC return code 020, SAP return code 456.
thxxhead 7415 020456 ThRecei CPIC-Er
If I just put one masterdata, the query return the list of this MD.
But when i put 2 MD or one indicators, i have error.
Thanks for help.Hi Ingo,
In response to your questions:
- "you did install the SAP Integration Kit?": yes, we did a "server" install. The other options are Desktop and Custom
- "its not an evaluation key that has expired ?": No, this is not the case
- "did you check the MDX Parser destination in transaction SM59 ?": Yes, this is working now (SM59 - connection test succesful).
- "Try a simple BI Query and build a new Web Intelligence report on top (java, dhtml)" We did this, results:
WebI Rich Client. This worked fine. Report made, refreshes, can add objects, ...
Web Advanced (JAVA Report panel): we get error - "An error occurred while trying to load the provider for transport sap. Failed to load library mda_sap. System error message: .(WIS 10901)"
We checked if we didn't miss anything with the server installation of the SAP integration kit, this was not the case. When we chose a "repair install", all options where already installed. What we did do, is install the Fix pack2. Reason: there was a reference to mda_sap.dll in the BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.0 FixPack 2 notes. Note: refer to new thread: Cluster Definition transport error - BO XI 3.0 FixPack 2 (Server&Client)
- We also tried a more advanced query, with prompted filters and calculations.
WebI Rich Client. same error as before, "The MDX-query <MDX syntax> See RFC trace file or SAP system log for more details. (WIS 10901)"
Web Advanced (JAVA Report panel): same error as before - "An error occurred while trying to load the provider for transport sap. Failed to load library mda_sap. System error message: .(WIS 10901)"
Seems we have the same problem as Claudia + an mda_sap issue. We are running out of options here. Any thoughts on this?
Thanks for your help!

Error when executing statement for table/stored proc
Hi All,
I am getting this error when executing IDOC to JDBC (Stored Procedure) Scenario.
In my stored procedure I have three insert statements to insert rows in to 3 tables.
This stored procedure is working fine for two insert statements i.e,
For this I have created data type for stored procedure with 10 elements and executed the scenario and was successfully running.
when I added 3rd insert statement to stored procedure ie., when i added 5 more elements to the datatype (totally 15 elements) it starts giving the bellow error in Message Monitoring.
<i><b>Exception caught by adapter framework: Error processing request in sax parser: Error when executing statement for table/stored proc. 'COGRP_TMP_PROC_1' (structure 'Statements'): java.sql.SQLException: General error</b></i>
<i><b>Delivery of the message to the application using connection JDBC_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: Error processing request in sax parser: Error when executing statement for table/stored proc. 'COGRP_TMP_PROC_1' (structure 'Statements'): java.sql.SQLException: General error</b></i>
Note:- I have run the stored procedure with three insert statements in Sql Server, and also by calling an external program also, and was working fine.
<i><b> Note : Is there any structure needs to be follow when working with IDOC to Stored procedure.</b></i>
I am struck up with the error, can any body resolve this issue.
Thanks in Advance,
MurthyHi narasimha,
This seems to be any error due to incorrect query formation. In your receiver jdbc channel set the parameter logSQLstatement = true.you can find this parameter in the advanced mode. Using this parameter you will be able to see the sql query which is generated at runtime in the audit log in RWB.
