Error when executing statement for table/stored proc

Hi All,
I am getting this error when executing IDOC to JDBC (Stored Procedure) Scenario.
In my stored procedure I have three insert statements to insert rows in to 3 tables.
This stored procedure is working fine for two insert statements i.e,
For this I have created data type for stored procedure with 10 elements and executed the scenario and was successfully running.
when I added 3rd insert statement to stored procedure ie., when i added 5 more elements to the datatype (totally 15 elements) it starts giving the bellow error in Message Monitoring.
<i><b>Exception caught by adapter framework: Error processing request in sax parser: Error when executing statement for table/stored proc. 'COGRP_TMP_PROC_1' (structure 'Statements'): java.sql.SQLException: General error</b></i>
<i><b>Delivery of the message to the application using connection JDBC_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: Error processing request in sax parser: Error when executing statement for table/stored proc. 'COGRP_TMP_PROC_1' (structure 'Statements'): java.sql.SQLException: General error</b></i>
Note:- I have run the stored procedure  with three insert statements in Sql Server, and also by calling an external program also, and was working fine.
<i><b> Note : Is there any structure needs to be follow when working with IDOC to Stored procedure.</b></i>
I am struck up with the error, can any body resolve this issue.
Thanks in Advance,
Murthy

Hi narasimha,
This seems to be any error due to incorrect query formation. In your receiver jdbc channel set the parameter logSQLstatement = true.you can find this parameter in the advanced mode. Using this parameter you will be able to see the sql query which is generated at runtime in the audit log in RWB.

    Hello,

    Hi Nicola,
This error occurs when the receiver side structure is incorrect.
Your structure seems to be correct.
Please use lower case for action, access and table.
Please check whether the field names are exactly the same as in the actual Database table sadmt1.SPE106TST.
Check if the table has permissions to write.
You can try an alternate structure without using table tag.

  • Error when executing DBMS_ERRLOG pkg through Stored Procedures...

    Hi,
We have TWO schemas like IDWH_ODS and IDWH_ERR running on Oracle 10g Rel.2.
The schema IDWH_ERR has direct SELECT privilege on all the base tables in IDWH_ODS schema. (As Pl/sql doesn't support ROLE, we have granted direct SELECT on each of the tables)
IDWH_ODS schema has tables like ACCOUNT & CUSTOMER, for which I need to create DML Error logging tables in IDWH_ERR schema.
I have one procedure 'Cr_Errlog_Tabs' in IDWH_ERR schema which gets all tables in IDWH_ODS and creates Error logging table in IDWH_ERR schema using DBMS_ERRLOG package. My problem starts here,
When I execute the DBMS_ERRLOG package in IDWH_ERR through SQL*Plus LIKE,
    > exec DBMS_ERRLOG.CREATE_ERROR_LOG('idwh_ods.ACCOUNT','ERR$_ACCOUNT','idwh_err');
it's creating the error log table 'ERR$_ACCOUNT' in IDWH_ERR schema.
(...the same will be working when execute through Anonymous plsql block)
BUT, when i execute the DBMS_ERRLOG package with same parameters through the stored Procedure 'Cr_Errlog_Tabs',
    it throws the following error...
    ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
Please let me know the solution at the earliest.

  • Getting error while invoking relational physical DS for sybase stored proc

    *com.bea.dsp.das.exception.DASException: com.bea.dsp.wrappers.rdb.exceptions.RDBWrapperException: {bea-err}RDBW0004: Error executing SQL query: [BEA][Sybase JDBC Driver][Sybase]SELECT INTO command not allowed within multi-statement transaction+.*
I have created a physical DS function using "relational" in the wizard and connecting to sybase ASE stored procedure that is in unchained mode. I had configured the JDBC pool using BEA sybase non-XA 12.x driver.
When i run the physical DS (or logical DS), i get the above error. The sybase srever(and stored proc) is hosted by an external system and right now i do not have access/contacts to change anything.
After hours spent googling, it appears that the fix may possibly be setting "set chained off" before calling the stored proc. To achieve that, i tried the below two methods but nothing seems to work:
    - In the JDBC URL, set property via ?chained=off (also tried false instead of "off")
    - In Admin console/JDBC connection pool configuration/initSQL tried "SQL SET CHAINED OFF" and "SET CHAINED OFF"
    My ODSI version is 10gR3
    Oracle Workshop for WebLogic
    Version: 10.3
    Build id: 1137967
I tried using java physical DS and get the same error. I wrote a test stored proc in my local PC sybase ASE and it runs fine. But i connected as "sa".
I would like to exhaust all possible options from my side before making the long process of getting something changed in the external sybase DB like setting the proc mode to "anymode".
    Please help.
    Thank you.

    mikereiche wrote:
Did the test stored proc use "SELECT INTO"?Yes. But it did not do much(code below)
    >
Was the test stored proc tagged the same as the one that fails (chained/unchained?)Yes. "sp_procxmode" confirms that the test stored proc is in "unchained" transaction mode.
    >
Can you get jdbc code that successfully calls the stored proc using the datasource?Yes, my colleague was trying the jdbc code and i was trying in the workshop with relational. She has left for the day so will post tomorrow. Please note that this is only for the test stored proc. The java jdbc also gets the same error for the "real" stored proc.
    >
BTW - if you used "SET CHAINED OFF" as initSql, unless you have a table named SET, the sql will fail and the datasource will not be created. So that casts some doubt on whether the other setting "SQL SET CHAINED OFF" was applied.
Also - the connections are reset to default when they are returned to the connection pool, so I think "SQL SET CHAINED OFF" should be used as the "Test Table Name" and Test On Reserve should be checked.Tried it now, but it does not work. I'm getting the same error.
    test stored proc:
    create procedure dbo.getCustomerMulti @cid_inp varchar(40)
    as
    begin
    select dbo.Customer.FirstName, dbo.Customer.cid, dbo.Customer.LastName, dbo.Customer.DateCreated, dbo.Customer.id into #temp from dbo.Customer
    select dbo.Customer.FirstName, dbo.Customer.cid, dbo.Customer.LastName, dbo.Customer.DateCreated, dbo.Customer.id from dbo.Customer where cid LIKE @cid_inp + '%'
    end
    Thank you.

  • Runtime error when executing ME2B/ME3B if condition recs 160

    Dear all,
I have created a vendor rebate agreement and entered condition records for a vendor/material combination.
Since for this vendor there are 170 materials for which he provides rebate I have created 170 condition records.
When I am trying to change or display the rebate agreement by executing transaction codes ME2B and ME3B respectively the following run time error occurs (Runtime error when executing transaction codes ME2B/ME3B for condition recrds >160):
    Runtime Errors: DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_RSQL
    Except. CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
The error is in function module SELECT_TEXT at line 120 "select * from stxh client specified into table stxh_buffer".
When I debug or test/execute the function module SELECT_TEXT, I find that there are no relevant entries in table STXH for the vendor rebate agreements.
Please note that if the condition records of the rebate agreement are 160 and less then there is no problem.
I would appreciate if I could have your expert oppinion on what is causing this runtime error and if it is possible on how to resolve it.
    Thanks in advance.

There's something similar in OSS note 1002788. Is it relevant to your system?

  • SQL*Loader-930: Error parsing insert statement for column

2 delete record from      RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL table
3 load data using sql loader with apps user
    4 insert in RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL table
we want to change user i mean these step do dataupload user not apps

  • How to gather table stats for tables in a different schema

    Hi All,
I have a table present in one schema and I want to gather stats for the table in a different schema.
    I gave GRANT ALL ON SCHEMA1.T1 TO SCHEMA2;
And when I tried to execute the command to gather stats using
    DBMS_STATS.GATHER_TABLE_STATS (OWNNAME=>'SCHMEA1',TABNAME=>'T1');
    The function is failing.
Is there any way we can gather table stats for tables in one schema in an another schema.
    Thanks,
    MK.

You need to grant analyze any to schema2.

  • " Error when inserting in PSA table RSTSODSPART" when loading into PSA

    Hello,
Did anyone encounter something similar, and found a solution ?
    BI 7.0 -  EnhP 1 - SP5
When loading data from R/3 into PSA, we encounter following error message:
" Error when inserting in PSA table RSTSODSPART"
    ===============================================================
    - the first datapackage is written successfully to PSA,
but from the second datapackage onwards the error message pops-up
" Error when inserting in PSA table RSTSODSPART"
    - The original dataselection in the infopackage is somewhere stored
If the selection in the InfoPackage is reduced (e.g. only one document i.o. a period)
it stil starts loading according the original selection (the month)
    - If we create a new InfoPackage and select very few data (only one datapackage)
then we can load to PSA succesfully, but when we load to DSO we can't activate the DSO.
    - We remarked that:
Two versions of the PSA exist for that datasource 0FI_GL_40:
    a Table(/BIC/B0000555000) in version 1 exists,
    a Table(/BIC/B0000555001) in version 2 exists
    Thanks in advance,
    Best regards

    Hello All,
We had a problem similar to what Ilse Depoortere describes. The problem happens in our BW QA system a few days/weeks after it has been copied from Production. Data loads start failing with these two error messages:
RSM2 851 - Error when writing in PSA (Caller 32)
RSAR 130 - Error 7 when adding to PSA (Caller 70)
We have just implemented the fix described in note 1340371 (replaced the LIB_DBSL with patch level 247), and the problem is gone. Failed data load process chains can be restarted and finish successfully.
This has been a really useful discussion, thanks all! And thanks to my coworker Bob who found it.
