A workflow item with the subject of Error when generating IDoc from MC document is sent to all the SAP users' inbox. Is it possible to stop the generation of this work item? If that is not possible, can we limit sending the work item to a specific user/agent instead of all the users in the system?
It appears that these work item or error message are generated when one of the developers reopen the POs and add line items. Moreover, during that time the procurement team blocked the IDOCs from going out to the vendors when changing and resaving the POs. Therefore, we need stop the generation of error message/work item when the IDOCs generation blocked.

Please check Rule 70000141which is the default rule for this task. Inside this rule a FM is attcahed which is reading table EDO13 and EDPP1 where agent is retrieved Probably this table entries are not maintained. This Workflow is getting triggered from Message cOntrol I think.

Error when exporting IDOC from one XI system to another

Hi all,
When I do an export for an IDOC from my one XI server to be able to import it into another I get the error below. The funny thing is that it works perfectly for my COND_A idoc but not at all for DEBMAS and MATMAS idoc.
Any ideas?
Error during export. Internal error during pvc call: SAP DBTech JDBC: Result set is positioned after last row.

Error when posting Idocs From XI to SAP by Partner Profile

Hi all.
i have a problem. all my inbound IDocs in R3 use PP(Partner Profile) LS_XID.
but i need to send IDoc MATMAS by a diferent PP (LS_MATERIALS).
So, i added a new BS in transaction BD54.
In transaction BD64 re-desing the Distribution Model as follow
SL_130 (R3 DES)
> LS_MATERIALS (XI)
|> MATMAS.
In transaction WE20 define the new PP LS_MATERIAL. In inbound table add the MATMAS IDoc. Later imust delete de MATMAS IDoc from LS_XID list. same as transaction BD64.
My problem is when send the MATMAS to R3. it is still using PP SL_XID, so IDoc get status 56 (EDI: Partner Profile Inbound not Available) in R3.
Why?? Any IDea??

Error in generating IDoc from F110

Hi All,
Please help me in solving this error, I am strucked in generating I-Doc. from Payment Program (F110). After running the APP program successfully, I am getting the following message:
Payment by EDI / IDoc generation----
"IDocs were generated for the followings entries.
Company Code: XXXX, House BankXXXX, Payment Method X.
IDoc type could not be determined for the IDoc...."
Though message says IDoc is generated, but not seen anywhere. I have checked in WE02 (I Doc List)
Here apart from the basic settings for running the APP like, House Banks, bank determinations etc.,
1. I have maintained----
EDI Partner Profiles in FI12 and WE20 with partner Type-B.
2. In OBVCU, Payment Methods/Country: I have done the followings settings to the payment methods---C & T ; Under "C"----Under Payment medium: I have selected Classic Payment Medium Programs: RFFOEDI1 and the same settings in "T" also.
3. In OBVU, Payment Method in Company code: Under "C": under Form Data: For Form for the Payment Medium: SAP Script and F110_EDI_01 and same for Next form. and the same settings for Payment Method "T".
4. Maintained the required settings in the Vendor/Customer Master Data.
5. Also maintained Variant in Printout/Data medium tab in F110
Pls. let me know what are all the other settings which need to be done apart from the above, Do we need to do the RFC settings also?
Can somebody helpme in solving this issue?

Error when importing IDOC structure from SAP - Control record missing

Hi!
We are hitting problems when importing IDOCs from SAP into the Integration Builder. The import ends successfully but when we drill into the IDOC structure we get a message: Schema for type EDI_DC40.ASN_OUT.DELVRY01.Z1DELVRY (category Data Type) not found. This is only happening for one specific IDOC type only. We have checked all we can think of but cannot get this to work. Any help would be very much appreciated. Error when posting IDoc *** in system ERP100

Hi Experts!
Can you pls help me with a goods receipt issue?
When user tries to make a good receipt on a PO, we have the msg "Error when posting IDoc *** in system ERP100" in SRM front-end application monitor.
The same msg is getting displayed in RZ20.
On the idoc itself in tcode WE02 however, I can't see any problem and unfortunately I have no access to the same t-code in R/3. Anyway, I don't see the GR on the PO.
What can be the reason for this problem please?
What is in general the way to analyse and solve this kind of issue?

Hi,
First find out the PO number from the idoc in tx WE02 in SRM system. Then in ERP , transaction BD87 , specify the details like message type and the system information .... and find out the PO that was errored out for GR. From this we can find the cause of the error. First try to rectify the error and then run the report to clear the contents of BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB.

I am loading hierarchy data using Info pac into 0FUNDS_CTR . I have selected a hierarchy under hierarchy selections tab in the Info pac .

When I checked in TC WE05 says that IDoc: 0000000000355113 Status: Error during syntax check of IDoc (outbound) with status 26 .

Actually we will monitor idoc status in BD87 in SAP BI As well ECC , while extracting the data from source sytem if any idoc struck we will manually process in BD87 , But you are telling that while loading the datasource the error occurred , so please check once in ECC side . Otherwise see how many packets are still process, make it red that infopackage and do manually update.

Hi Team,
When i was loading the data from SAP R/3 to BW, i was facing the error "Error when updating Idocs in Source System" (0 From 0 Records).
When i check in the Environment>Transaction RFC->In the Source System, it was displaying the error--
" Import container contains errors (are any obligato) in the Function Module: IDOC_ERROR_WORKFLOW_START_R".
Can any one please help me to solve this error.
This is am Urgent requirement for me to deliver.

The workflow settings are not proper it seems. Ask the BASIS people to correct the Work Flow Settings. Then try Updating the IDOCs manually.
Also check the Inbound and outbound IDOCs in the Source system. The outbound should contain some warnings or errors.

We did a recent copy from QAS to DEV,after which am unable to run my process chains ,the load status still showin yellow signal,whereas job is getting finished but am unable to load datas to the targets. Am getting the following error message when i see the display message in process chain.

Hello All,
I have same problem but its RESOLVED by the following process.
Step - 1
execute the Function module "SCP_LANGUAGES_IN_INSTANCE". It may or maynot give some output. Just note if it give the output
Step - 2
in Transaction SE38 execute the program "RSCPINST".
Just Click on the Activate button (dont select anything).
Step - 3
Again do the same thing specified in Step - 1. Now it will give the output saying that Language is DE.
So by the above procedure my issue is been resolved.

We are trying to transfer product and contract catalogs from SRM server to Catalog authoring tool. The RFC connections were created and scenarios in XI have been imported as per the cookbook. The XI part seems to be working fine and a correct response was received by XI (as per SXMB_MONI), but we find the following error in the SRM application log (tcode: SLG1)
The following exception was raised:
/CCM/CX_OBJECT_CREATION_FAILED
Error when generating catalog SRM_EXTRACTED_CTLG
The exception occurred at the following point:
Program /CCM/CL_CATALOG_MANAGER=======CP
$EXC_CLASS /CCM/CX_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND
The earlier threads seemed to mention applying service packs so we did a check and found everything fairly up to date, as follows:
SRM Server 5.5 (Service Pack 4)
ABAP Rel 7 (Service Pack 7)
CCM Server 2 (Service Pack 4)
As I'm basically an XI person, I'm not sure how to debug this error. Can anyone please help me out on his?

Yes,there is just a single line of code in the start routine
DELETE DATA_PACKAGE WHERE CUSTOMER is initial.
and update rules for Business partner and customer market which are object mapped 1:1. No routines or formulaes.
Could this be a technical issue on the flexible update or a data quality ?

I'm working with SAP BW 700 and I had also this error during a characteristic activation in my QA system. This happened when I tried to transport the activated characteristic from my DEV system.
I found also message TK425 when I was trying activation through RSDG_IOBJ_ACTIVATE program.
I solved this error message with OSS note 01458319 700SP24: "Transport fails during the impact analysis of DTP".-

Error when generating transport dataset (transfering queries with RSAQR3TR)

Hi!
I try to transfer queries from one system to other.
Systems are not connected with each other, so no transports are available.
I am doing like this:
- running program RSAQR3TR in "old" system
- downloading a query as TXT file into my PC
- running program RSAQR3TR in "new" system
- uploading TXT file into "new" system and get a message - "Error when generating transport dataset"
I have only query and user group in "old" system. Is this information enough to transfer them to "new" system?

Hi,
Step 1. Run RSAQR3TR in 'old' system. Select EXPORT and specify the objects to be transported.
(System includes these in an automatically created transport request)
Step 2. Release this transport and request it be transported to 'new' system.
(This results in the entries being populated in transport table AQTDB in 'new' system).
Step 3. Run RSAQR3TR in 'new' system. Select IMPORT and tick the Overwrite checkbox. Specify the transport number in the field labelled 'dataset with imports'.
(RSAQR3TR gives the message that stuff has been imported OK).
Step 4. if you still couldn't find the queries, so ran RSAQR3TR one more time, this time specifying 'Copy Standard Area -> Global Area'
