Error when importing language to repository

Question

Siebel on Linux and DB2 as database
The siebel deployment was done with ENU as primary language. DEU as additional.
To get the DEU seed data I was running install_lang for DEU for Siebel Database. That was successfull.
Then I try to run import of deu language to the repository. Now I am getting the following error:

Can someone help?

Hi,
I assume you are using 8.1.1, if it is correct please check if ODBC is ok per section below:

Also make sure you are running a supported db2 version and fixpack per SRSP guide:
