Error when Installing Business Content BW 3.5

Hello Everyone,
When I "Drag n Drop" the infocube 0PS_C021, it shows following errors :
Object 0EMPLOYEE_EDUCATION (InfoSource,ISTD) could not be collected for object PA-PA-IO (Application,APCO)
Message no. RSO296
Diagnosis
You have collected objects in the BW Metadata Repository. Associated objects for the object PA-PA-IO of type Application,APCO have also been collected. Object 0EMPLOYEE_EDUCATION of type InfoSource,ISTD was among these objects. This object 0EMPLOYEE_EDUCATION of type InfoSource,ISTD, is not, however, available in the Metadata Repository.
Object '0EMPLOYEE_EDUCATION' (ISTD) of type 'InfoSource' is not available in version 'D'
Message no. RSO252
Diagnosis
You wanted to generate an object with the name '0EMPLOYEE_EDUCATION' (in transport request ISTD) of type 'InfoSource' (TLOGO). This is, however, not available in the BW Repository database. It does not exist in the requested version D. If the version is 'D' then it is possible that an error arose during the delivery or installation. If the version is 'A' then the Object was either not created or not activated.
Please help me to solve these problems.

Dear Sri
I hope You have selected the option "Data Flow Before".
I used to get these errors and I just ignored it.
If at the time of extraction if you find any problem then you have to go to SAP site and you can find the correct Content.
Try to activate the Transfer Rules and Update Rules and if you find any problem then you can look back.

Errors while installing Business Content

Hi,
It is new system, When I am trying to install any Infocube it has given Runtime error OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED. Then implemented the SAP note 1019055.
To Install Business Content I am following: Grouping: In Data flow before and After wards, Collection Mode- Collect Automatically, Source System Assignment and Install .
Now when I am trying to install I am getting these errors
Process LOADING, variant 0PAK_0U36G4BPCOA4BN43PFVZU3A97 has been saved in target system under name1
Process LOADING, variant 0PAK_0AWN44OD08M313H1SIIA96HT7 has been saved in target system under name 1
Process variant LOADING 0PAK_0AWN44OD08M313H1SIIA96HT7 does not exist in version A
A type "Attribute Change Run" process has to follow process "Execute InfoPackage" var.0PAK_0AWN44OD08M313H1SIIA96HT7 in the chain
A type "Data Transfer Process" process has to follow process "Execute InfoPackage" var.0PAK_0AWN44OD08M313H1SIIA96HT7 in the chain
Process variant LOADING 0PAK_0MPC1AWCV7TGZ1CJ843SRIJZD does not exist in version A
InfoPackage no longer exists in object version A in table RSLDPIO
Variant '0PAK_1909HG1UYCGTBUE171UNQCSDN' of process type 'LOADING' not found in A version
InfoPackage no longer exists in object version A in table RSLDPIO
There many errors of this type.
How to solve the problem. Please help me.

Hi Jaswantha,
Installing Business Content Cube would usually require "Grouping" as "Select In Data Flow Before".
This is as per my observations so far according to SAP Best Practices.
Pls. try this and get back.

Error when activating Business Content

Hi Ladies/Gents
I get this error when activating BC: "Element 4EHBH4SLF21UQ1UFOHVN4SZVJ is missing in version D"
I have successfully activated HR: Personnel Admin Data Targets and ETL structures. I also loaded master data to all I/O's and transaction data to the Cubes. I am now activating the queries and when I activate just the first query I get this error. I have searched everywhere for this element that is missing but can not find it. The query that I am trying to install is: "Number of entries". Note that some of the other queries were installed successfully.

This element is not available in "Number of entries" query. Try to check in query designer where this element is there in query or not.
Also try to reinstall this query from Business content

Error while installing Business Content SD Cubes

Hello BW Guru's,
I am installing the business content for the sales overview infocube with the grouping option data flow before & later sometime it says that backgorund programm was been modified.
I checked it in st22 its showing an dump with the status msg LOAD_PROGRAM_LOST error.
What could be the problem? how to resolve this issue?
Please through some inputs on this issue....

Hi,
The LOAD_PROGRAM_LOST error occurs when there are two
or more versions of a given program loaded into the buffer at any given time. This happens when the program is changed by one user while it is still in use by another user.
When a user gets to the program that is having this problem and R/3 attempts to load the generated version from the buffer, it sees that the version is not the most current and tries to swap it out for the most current, but the load was lost from the pxa buffer, hence the dump of LOAD_PROGRAM_LOST.
To correct the error you need to run tranx SAMT & regenerate the program(s) that are listed in the dump. You can then do a $SYNC in the OK code field in the affected applciation server, but the other application servers should not be running. After the $SYNC, the other app servers can be brought up and the
buffers should then be in sync.

Error in Installing Business Content

Hi All,
I need to Install SD cube : 0SD_C03 through Business content. Before doing this, In ECC I have activated the relevant SD datasource : 2LIS_11_VADHR in RSA5 and then activated the same datasource in LBWE also. Then deleted the setup tables in LBWG. Coming to BI , I have replicated the datasource .
In Business content tab , I have set Grouping Option as Only necessary Objects , and Collection Mode as automatically and selected the Cube : 0SD_C03 through Object Type in Business Content tab. Clicked on INSTALL option . I am getting many errors like :
Activation of Objects with Type InfoObject
    Checking InfoObject 0MATERIAL
       Attribute 0RT_SEAROLL from characteristic 0MATERIAL not (actively) available
       Hierarchy characteristic 0CM_CDT1 of characteristic 0MATERIAL is not active
Like this I am getting 0VENDOR,0PLANT , 0CM_CTAR, 0CM_CDT1...infoobjects not actively available. I have tried Installing individual Infoject , still it is failing with same Issues.
Also I have tried Installing the cube with all the Options in Grouping Objects , Still I am facing the errors.

Missing datasources when installing Business Content

Hi All
We have a requirement for a number of SBC infoproviders (BI7/ECC6) which are new to us.
The majority we have installed successfully but we are having problems with 0SLL_C01 / C02 and C03 which relate to Customs and 0BVTSD02 which is a Telephones Sales Acitivity DSO from the Beverage Industries area.
We have 'successfully' installed all the data flows down to the infosource level but none of the datasources were installed.
On re-checking in our source system RSA5/RSA6 we realised there were no datasources available for these infosources.
How do you add business content datasources to your source system so they are available? or have we missed a process?

Hi Jerry,
The Datasource you are talking about is related to release of SAP GTS 3.0 pack.
So please check with you basis team whether they have installed this plug-in in your source system.
If these release /plug-in are not installed in your sourcce system you wont be able to finf it in the RSA5/RSA6.

i try desintaling and installing jvm 1.5 like manual, and i dont know why happens this error.

Try downloading the latest version of the Business One framework for 8.8 or the latest version of B1iSN 8.8 which will load Tomcat 6 and well as Java 6 and see if that helps.

We started with installing the required info objects for the query 0QM_C12_Q0001 (Inspection Results: Stability Study), but unfortunately the installation process fails with the error message u201CCannot access file /usr/sap/trans/tmp/TRAHASCK.LOSu201C. Please help

Hi Experts,
i am getting an error while installing business content for sales and distribution.
i.e-The creation of the export DataSource failed,
The metadata for a DataSource must be created while the export InfoSouce is being generated. An error occurred at that time.

The DS should be Activated at R/3 to Install the Business Content on BI side.
Recheck the same with the following

RSA5--Activate the Data Source -- (RSA6 -- Transport the Data Source -- required if you want to replicate on BI Side)
BI Side
Business Content -- Install the same with required grouping conditions (Only necessary objects would be best option)

Get red error when installing Vendor number (purchasing view) - 0VEN_PURORG

On BW 3.5, when installing Business Content of the InfoObject 0VEN_PURORG (Vendor number (purchasing view)), get the following red error:
"Mapping between 0BPARTNER_ATTR R3_System_Name 0BPARTNER_ATTR is inconsistent"
What does that mean and how to have it fixed? Even if the red error shows up during the installing, but I can still use RSD1 to modify it though.

Try using 'Only Necessary objects' option and try. If the '0BPARTNER' attribute is not directly related to
'0VEN_PURORG' Info object, you should be fine.

just new in this community and hope you can help with my encountered problem regarding Installation in BI content.
I'm trying to activate:
InfoObject Catalog (technical name) : 0CHANOTASSIGNED
InfoObject Catalog(description)        : Unassigned characteristics
upon installation here is the job log that i got:

thanks for the response.
i verified the objects included on the BI content objects window and noticed that the object 0CUST_CLASS_TEXT "active version" is not available and i tried finding 0CUST_CLASS_TEXT_BA and cannot find it.
does this have an effect on the error i got from activating and receiving the error upon activation?
The object R3TR ISTS 0CUST_CLASS_TEXT_BA does not exist
I did follow a document for Building Block Configuration Guide:
B03: General Settings for BI Integration
and the step is included here:
Activating Business Content: InfoObject Catalogs:
1.     On the Data Warehousing Workbench: Business Content screen:
a.     At the top of the right hand frame, choose Grouping and select In Data Flow Before.
b.     At the top of the right hand frame, choose Collection mode and select collect automatically.
c.     In the left hand frame, select Object Types.
d.     In the middle frame, expand InfoObject Catalog and make a double-click on Select Objects.
2.     In the Selection of Query Objects dialog box.
a.     Select the following InfoObject catalog:
0CHANOTASSIGNED
b.     Choose Transfer Selections.
c.     If a dialog box Remote Activation in the Source System <> occurs, choose OK and log on to the source system on the following screen.
d.     If a dialog box appears Exceeded runtime when collecting objects choose Continue.
3.     At the top of the right frame, choose Install and select Install in Background.
4.     In the Install Business Content in the Background dialog box choose Yes.
5.     In the Information dialog box choose Continue.
6.     Choose Exit.
please advise on how to continue.
