ERROR WHEN PURCHASING

I have an itunes gift card and i have used it already. today i went to buy three songs and an error occured with itunes and it had to exit the page while i was in the middle of purchasing songs. i reopened the page and checked my purchase playlist and it showed only two songs were purchased. i went to rebuy the one more song and it said i already purchased it. so i looked in my purchase history and it says i bought the two of the songs i want and one other song twice. it also made me pay for this.but in my purchased music playlist only two songs show, one of them being the one that it said i bought twice. i checked my purchase history to cross refrence it and it says all songs bought are downloaded i also exited and reopened my page and checked my account. i have tried everything i know how to do and followed instructions on the itunes help page. does anyone know what to do? please help me!

TS1424 is any else getting a "your purchase cannot be completed error" when purchasing anything on apple tv, or iTunes, or the app store.

I am getting a "your purchase cannot be completed error" when I try to buy something on the app store or itunes. I sent an email to apple on saturday and no one has responded. I haven't had a problem to date buying anything on the app store or itunes. has any else gotten this error?

I have the same issue to. I buy gems frequently for a game that I play, then started getting that message. Frustrating cus the item that I want to buy has a limit on it and i don't want to miss it.
It is my money and I do as I please, and no up to Apple in limitting the amount you can spend.

Error when purchasing from store via iTunes

I am unable to purchase anything from the store as I keep getting the following message when I press purchase & login with my Apple ID :-
"We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (2001).
There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later"
The only option is to press ok & it goes no further. I know the ID works, as I've logged in here for this forum.
Any clues ? Am I an idiot & am missing out something ?

I have the exact same problem. It started last week when I upgraded to iTunes v9. I can't purchase any music. I get the same error message. I even tried the suggestion to log on first and then try to purchase. Same problem existed.
I contacted Apple via email and they had me completely uninstall v9 and reinstall from a fresh download. I did all that and I have the same problem. In addition, I now also have a problem in that some of the songs in my music are corrupted or don't start playing at the beginning of the song. I guess the real lesson is to never, ever upgrade iTunes.

Internal Server Error when purchasing an app in Blackberry App World

I have a Torch 9810. I have been trying to purchase the Baamboo Premium player. If I do it in the app world on my desktop, I get:
Internal Server Error
An internal server error has been detected. Please try your operation again. (EC )
If I try from the app world on my phone, it keeps saying "Please wait" upon selecting purchase until I reboot - waited over 2 hours one day.
So, it won't let me complete the purchase via my phone or desktop. How can we fix this?

I think we have made some headway. Apparently, purchases billed to AT&T (my provider) go through Bango, which I did not accept the terms on my phone previously. When trying the purchase, it never prompted until the uninstall/reinstall of app world. Now that I told it I agreed with the terms, I found that it won't go through because I blocked a similar purchase type through my provider (for Facebook credits - apparently through Bango as well).
So, once I tell it to bill through PayPal, it should work.
My concern is that even when connecting my phone to my desktop and trying to purchase online, I would just get a cryptic "internal server error".

5002 Error When Purchasing Song/Album

Everytime I attempt to purchase the album Find Me - Christina Grimmie, I receive this error:
Item is Temporarily Unavaliable
Try Again Later
And when I try to purchase an individual song, it gives me this error:
Unknown Error 5002 has occured.
Those errors may not be word for word, but they are very similar to what I stated above. I just purchased All Things Bright and Beautiful - Owl City two minutes prior to attempting to purchase Find Me - Christina Grimmie so there is nothing wrong with my account. I have plenty of money to purchase the album so that's not a factor either. I've bought two songs off Find Me - Christina Grimmie a few days ago and it worked then, so I don't know why it's not working now.
I appreciate if anyone knows how to get around this problem or if Apple will have this fixed shortly. I was planning on purchasing it and it ticks me off a tad.
By the way, this is not the Apple ID I use to purchase my songs. I don't want to use that Apple ID on the forums since it's a family account so it's not really "mine".

Error when purchasing song

Everytime I go to buy a song I get this error message
"the itunes music store is unable to process purchases at this time. Credit card processing is temporarily unavailable. You may continue to browse the store. Please try to make your purchase later."
I did not change any of my settings and they are all correct. I had just recently made a purchase yesterday and it worked fine.

Error when create purchase order

Hi all,
I have a strange error when create po. it is display : Please enter item number greater than 0.that only a vendor and a material.I check the vendor and the material is same as other vendor and materials.if i first input the vendor and input the material then display message : Please enter item number greater than 0,but i can't input the item number. if i first input material and enter,then input vendor the system is ok. I check configer is ok. and other vendor , material also ok.

Hi,
Go to SPRO-Materials Management-Purchasing-Purchase Order-Define Document Types..
Select your doc type which you are selcting at the time of PO creation..
Say for e.g. NB.
Now you have to maintain " Item Number Interval" as 10 in front of your doc type.
This option is just after "Document Type Description".
Now save and check.
