Error when replicating materials

Hi,
We are on SRM_SERVER 500 (SRM 5.0), Support pack SAPKIBKT06.
When replicating materials - we faced the following error.
In SMQ2 we get an error message - SYSFAIL - Error in Mapping (Details: transaction SMW01)
In SMW01 I am able to see some error messages -
No product ID determined for material number P2P SUPPLIES of logical system P2PCLNT100
But we have created the product P2P SUPPLIES in the R/3 system.
Can someone explain what needs to be done?

Issue of Hierarchy when Replicating Materials ECC- CRM

Hello,
We are replicating materials from SAP ECC to SAP CRM, the material got replicated successfully however when I check the material in SAP CRM, the wrong hierarchy is getting assigned to the same(screen shot attached the hierarchy R3PRODSTYP gets assigned however the hierarchy R3PRODHIER needs to get assigned
Please advice, Product Hierarchies have been downloaded in SAP CRM using the relevant middle ware objects

An Earlier material got downloaded in the system correctly containing all 3 categories(screen shot attached below)

Errors while replicating Materials from ECC to SRM

Hi All,
I am trying to replicate materials from R/3 to SRM, in SMQ2 of SRM, the status of MATERIAL is still in yellow colour. when i checked in SMW01 tcode, the error is "Category for material group 013 does not exist" where as in R/3 also we dont have any material group as 013.
All the Prod type & Prod category have been replicated into SRM from R/3.
And no materials have copied in SRM.
how to resolve this ?

Hi,
DNL_CUST_PROD0 & DNL_CUST_PROD1 were in green colour now,
DNL_CUST_BASIS3 is in yellow colour & i saw in some doc that DNL_CUST_BASIS3 is not reqd from SRM7.0 onwards.
when i try to replicate MATERIAL, in SMQ2 i am getting status as SYSFAIL & after double clicking on that i got a pop up as "Error in Mapping (Details: transaction SMW01)"
Upon checking in SMW01 i got the above errors as
" Category for material group 013 does not exist
Message no. COM_PRODUCT_API002
Diagnosis
If material groups are used in the SAP system, they must exist as categories in CRM/EBP before you import materials. When Customizing object DNL_CUST_PROD1 is imported, the material groups are imported automatically and created in the category hierarchy R3MATCLASS (material group).
Procedure
Check whether the material groups have been imported successfully and exist as categories.
Proceed
If necessary, import the Customizing object DNL_CUST_PROD1"
Like this its showing 19 material groups and all these 19 mat groups were not present in ECC.

Error with replicating materials from ERP to CRM 7.0

Hi experts!
After dump (No PXA storage space available at the moment) materials are not replicated from ERP to CRM.
In transaction R3AC1 there are no filters for object MATERIAL.
Replication is managed by transactions R3AR2-R3AR4 with parameters MARA-MATNR.
In transaction SMW01 the status of incoming for material BDOC is green.
But in the bottom of status bar there are some messages appears when clicking the buttons u201CShow BDOC message classic datau201D and u201CShow BDOC message extended datau201D correspondingly:
u2022 No classic data for BDoc message ХХХХХХХ found.
u2022 No extended data for BDoc message ХХХХХХХ found.
The table COMM_PRODUCT is empty.
Can anyone help me ?

MIGO Error when issuing materials to PM Refurbished order

When I am issuing materials (material types: ERSA-Spare parts or HIBE – Operating supplies) to PM Refurbished order using MIGO, I am getting the following message.
SAP Message Details:
Enter CondKey: Message no. M7018
Diagnosis: You have not entered a value in field "CondKey" although an entry in this field is mandatory.
System Response: The system cannot continue processing.
Procedure: Enter a value in field "CondKey" or press F4 (possible entries).
Note: If the storage location or batch is missing it may be possible to enter * in the field and branch into the Storage Location/batch selection list. You can find out whether this function is defined for this field via the F1 help.
Please note that materials that I am issuing DO NOT USE SPLIT VALUATION /BATCHES or SERIALZATION. Please advise the suggested steps to resolve this issue. Thanks!

Error when replicating customers changes in erp to crm2007

Hi,
I did the initial load from erp do crm and everything went fine.
When I make any change to BP in crm the changes occurs well in erp, but the problem appears when I try to change our creat a new customer in erp.
A short dump occurs and don´t let me creat or change a customer in erp.
The dump appears with this text:

Error when replicating material master - Value not permitted for PO Unit

I am having the following issue. I am trying to replicate material master from ECC 6.0 to CRM 5.0, but I am getting an error to which I am not being able to find the solution:
Value GFO is not permitted for attribute Purchase Order Unit
    Message no. COM_PRCAT020
Diagnosis
    You want to specify that the value GFO is allowed for the attribute Purchase Order Unit. However, in attribute maintenance or in the
    higher-level category ('parent category'), you specified that the value GFO is not allowed for this attribute.
I tried to find where to edit this attribute in Customizing, and also in tcode COMM_ATTRSET, but I have no idea if this was the right direction.
Has anyone faced this issue before? I would really appreciate any help, since this is preventing me from completing material replication.

I checked the attribute in COMM_ATTRSET, but there aren't any specific values for it. There is a value table T006, which I believe is standard, and it contains UoM GFO.
With this being the case, the error I'm getting makes even less sense to me...
Can you tell me if in there is any other place in CRM where we can set UoM?

We have activated the datasources related FI_AA and replicated in to a new BI 7 system.
Currently we are able to activate the asset accounting related targets like 0FIAA_C11, 0FIAA_c12 and 0FIAA_C13
however not able to activate DSO's 0FI_DS11, 0FI_DS12 and 0FI_DS13.
We have replicated the datasources 0FI_AA_11 and 0FI_AA_12 in 3.x but while installing the DSO 0FI_DS11 and 0FI_DS12, facing below given error.
" DataSource 80FIA_DS11 does not exist in source system BIDCLNT600 of version A
Error when creating the export DataSource and dependent Objects
Error when activating DataStore Object 0FIA_DS11 "
We have checked the mysource system settings and activated the Data Marts respectively but still we are not able to activate.
System is BI 7 with EHP4 ehanced packege.
Please suggest.

Error when activating Real Time Data Source

Hi..
I created a generic datasource in R/3 system via RSO2, with the Real-time check box enabled in the settings for Generic Delta. I saved the datasource. Replicated it into BW System.
I tried to activate this Real time Data Source in BW, it says "Error when activating Data Source".
I am on BI 7.0, with PI_BASIS: 2005_1_700.

Error when activating an R/3 generic datasource in BW

Hi
I've created a generic datasource in R/3 4.6C system using a table view over R/3 standard Project System tables with joins. This datasource has been activated. I then replicated this generic datasource in BI7 datawarehousing environment. The replication went ok and I could see the R/3 generic datasource in RSA1. When I tried to activate this datasource I received this error message:
Error when activating DataSource ZPROJECT_ATTR Message no. RSO404
I didnt have similar problem with the other generic datasources.
I'm currently working on Netweaver 2004s BI support pack 10 environment.
Please let me know how to fix this problem.

I have a strange error when create po. it is display : Please enter item number greater than 0.that only a vendor and a material.I check the vendor and the material is same as other vendor and materials.if i first input the vendor and input the material then display message : Please enter item number greater than 0,but i can't input the item number. if i first input material and enter,then input vendor the system is ok. I check configer is ok. and other vendor , material also ok.

Go to SPRO-Materials Management-Purchasing-Purchase Order-Define Document Types..
Select your doc type which you are selcting at the time of PO creation..
Say for e.g. NB.
Now you have to maintain " Item Number Interval" as 10 in front of your doc type.
This option is just after "Document Type Description".
Now save and check.

Runtime error when executing ME2B/ME3B if condition recs 160

Dear all,
I have created a vendor rebate agreement and entered condition records for a vendor/material combination.
Since for this vendor there are 170 materials for which he provides rebate I have created 170 condition records.
When I am trying to change or display the rebate agreement by executing transaction codes ME2B and ME3B respectively the following run time error occurs (Runtime error when executing transaction codes ME2B/ME3B for condition recrds >160):
Runtime Errors: DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_RSQL
Except. CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
The error is in function module SELECT_TEXT at line 120 "select * from stxh client specified into table stxh_buffer".
When I debug or test/execute the function module SELECT_TEXT, I find that there are no relevant entries in table STXH for the vendor rebate agreements.
Please note that if the condition records of the rebate agreement are 160 and less then there is no problem.
I would appreciate if I could have your expert oppinion on what is causing this runtime error and if it is possible on how to resolve it.

There's something similar in OSS note 1002788. Is it relevant to your system?

Library error when adding contact or when logging in

The messenger server has a replica of the partition holding the users.
It's an OES 2 sp2 server, and the GW Messenger is 2.04.
Sometimes we see an error that says 'Library error' when adding a contact, or it doesn't show all users that exists with the search parameter given.
We also sporadically see a 'Library error' when some users log in to it.
Looking in the log I see an error that says 0xAE16 when users log in fails.
I can find the 0xAE11 error in the TID's but not the 0xAE16, I did find an article on the forums, mentioning this problem http://forums.novell.com/novell-prod...or-server.html, they mention memory problems, so it seems to me there is a bug that needs fixing.

I've disabled the '/diruseralias-"Internet EMail Address"' setting that was set up in the strtup.ma and strtup.aa scripts.
I've also, for now at least, chosen another replica.
I haven't seen the errors yet, so here's hoping...

Error when acivating Info Source

Hi
I get an error when I try to activate an info source 0TRANSTYPE. It activates fine on BW dev. Transports fine to BW QA, but gives an error on BW prod.
The error it gives me is :
u2022 Error when creating transfer structure /BIC/CCLC0TRANSTYPE_ATTR in source system 90
I did try to reactivate the DataSource on the source system.
I also replicated the DataSource in the BW system and ran RS_transtru_activate_all after the transport to our BW Production system. But no luck.
The thing is, it works fine on the Development and QA servers.
Do you have any suggestions on what else I can do?

1) Both the QA and Prod system changeability is the same( This is the only infosource that I get this message with).
2) I also did a replicate an the source is visible for that source.

i have an inactive RSDS 0VTYPE_TEXT ECPCLNT118 -> IOBJ 0VTYPE in BI prod
data source 0VTYPE_TEXT is been activated in R/3 SS and replicated to BIP as well and its active
when i tried to delete Transformations and DTP, the trnsport req failed with errors throw the message
PSA /BIC/B0000649 does not exist in log.
i observe that even though request failed with errors, DTP still deleted but not transformations.
one thing i found,
I wont be able to find 0VTYPE_TEXT (Value Type for Reporting (Texts)) under the info object 0VTYPE.
is this error cause?
i did collected all objects and transported, still errors throwing the folling messages
