Error when sharing current frame, can anybody help please?
Just got this error message trying to share a current frame "The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.Compressor.CompressorKit.ErrorDomain error -1.)" Google didn't have the answer, Help! please.
I don't have compressor install atm, haven't needed it with the new 'share' feature in place. Maybe I will try installing it. I've given up now anyway, took a couple of masks off the image and it exported as a single frame fine. Not what I wanted but it'll do.

My ipad just won't let me sign in with my apple password on FaceTime or iMessage since updating to ios7 it says check my network connection, even though my iPhone works fine with the same password, can anybody help please, I have tried numerous things but nothing works. Will I have to wait for a bug fix to sort this? I hear they are working on one a the minute, I hate ios7
Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends this only if you are unable to restart it.
Or if this doesn't work and nobody else on the blog doesn't have a better idea you can contact Apple.

Hi all! I was updating the software on i pad to ios6, update was interrupted(apple update server is unavailable...). iTunes Diagnostics shows that "secure link to I tunes store failed". I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Can anybody help please?

Hi can anybody help please. I am having terrible problems trying to use my Nikon D7100 to tether. I have downloaded the latest Lightroom updates and also checked my firmware which is also the latest avaiable and still Lightroom wont detect my camera!. When I use a friends Canon camera it works every time!

Can anybody help I have just downloaded the minecraft app for my sons ipod 3rd gen 64gb, paid my 4.99, and its showing as downloaded however when i click on it all i get is a blank white screen, can anybody help please?

my mini is connected to the wifi network, but is not able to connect to the working internet... can anybody help, please?
192 is local address within your network.
Unless the adddress is of a server that can reolve URL names to ip addresses you wont be able to load an external web page.
You can check what it should be by checking your router status page.
Or if you have an iOS device check under settings, W-Fi, select the network your attched to, then see what is next to DNS.

You have made an extra folder called "Internets" and put the Safari app in there. It (and all other apps) need to be freestanding (not enclosed in another folder) in the HD > Applications folder.
Because it's in this folder, it has not properly updated. Running 10.8.2 OS, you should be up to 6.0 Safari. But because it's in a folder, it's still way back there. -

I'm very new to iMac having switch for a PC and Word. I cant see label download for Mac. I may be doing this all wrong. Do I use "Pages" to print from? Is there an Avery label option? I can't see one but I'm being so new to Mac I'm not getting around too easily yet.

Everytime I turn on iTunes it say it wasn't installed properly and can't burn CD's. However all my music is there for me to listen to on my iPod Nano.
I want to unistall iTunes and it allows me to go through the process until about 2% is waiting for uninstall and then I get an error message that says it couldn't complete the uninstall and gives me an error code of 2330.
Can anybody please help me. iTunes wants to charge $19.

I signed up to lastPass premium and installed the app on my phone. I can no longer download mail. I am asked for a password (I give my normal log-in) but it is not recognised and says there is a domain error. Can anybody help please
Try deleting that app, then see if you have the same issue.

If it's happening on all the apps that you've downloaded from the App Store, but the Apple built-in ones are ok, then try downloading any free app from the store (as that appears to reset something) and then re-try them - the free app can then be deleted.
If it's happening on all apps including Apple's then try closing them all completely and then see if they work when you re-open them : from the home screen (i.e. not with any app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of each app to close them, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
