Error when SIS info structure is generated

Hi All,
I have created in info structure for SIS. I am trying to generate it in MC24 transaction. I get the below error.
Message no. M2078
Diagnosis
The sum of the offset and length (=52) exceeds the
length of the start (=44) of
Can anybody help me how to correct this.

Hi
I get an error when I try to activate an info source 0TRANSTYPE. It activates fine on BW dev. Transports fine to BW QA, but gives an error on BW prod.
The error it gives me is :
u2022 Error when creating transfer structure /BIC/CCLC0TRANSTYPE_ATTR in source system 90
I did try to reactivate the DataSource on the source system.
I also replicated the DataSource in the BW system and ran RS_transtru_activate_all after the transport to our BW Production system. But no luck.
The thing is, it works fine on the Development and QA servers.
Do you have any suggestions on what else I can do?

Thanks for getting back to me.
1) Both the QA and Prod system changeability is the same( This is the only infosource that I get this message with).
2) I also did a replicate an the source is visible for that source.
3) the error I get is R1304 - Error when creating transfer structure /BIC/CCLC0TRANSTYPE_ATTR in source system 90

Hello,
Updates of these reporting tables are done in asynchronous mode.
Check transaction SM13 and try to find back the update of table S001 and analyze the error.
Several OSS-notes explain what can go wrong with updates of LIS and SIS tables like S001.

Vehicle Scheduling Error:Error when creating transport structures in live C

HI Gurus,
We have one background job defined for Vehicle scheduling, which shows completed successfully but in log it says that :
: Error when creating transport structures in liveCache and Not possible to schedule shipment in the planning horizon.
My planning horizon is for 90 days from current date and demand horizon is for 30 days.
I have checked the VS profile and i dont find any problem with profile.
Can you please help me in finding what exaclty went wrong

Try This..
1. Open the crystal client on your local machine and import that particular report.
2. Do Database -> Verify Database. Then refresh the report on your PC and make sure that it returns data as expected.
3. Export it back to repository and try scheduling it again. You can verify through CMC for Crystal Reports under " Database Configuration" property to make sure it points to the right ODBC.

Procedure
Use the generation log in source system ERPCLNT400 to identify the error, and remove the cause.

Check the transfer mehtod is PSA ? and Activate Source Sys Conn again
Replicate the DS again and Activate TR (...'also check are there inconsistencies in transfer str)

Variant selection for SIS Info Structures

Greetings all,
Our management is heavily reliant on using SIS for reporting key sales figures. We just implemented ECC 6.0, and a new Info Structure table was created.
Their main complaint is with the Get Selection Variant process. When the icon is clicked, the "Find Variant" popup window displays with the User Name. When User Name is cleared, all variants are displayed. They want to bypass the Find Variant popup, and go directly to the complete variant display grid. This is the behavior they see on other Info Structures that were defined.
I have tried searching in a number of places, including SCN, SDN, SAP Notes using various search terms, with no success.
Would someone kindly point me in the right direction?

In general the GET VARIANT will show all the variant list.
And it is not created for user specific.
Could you please give the Info structure fields and report to displays the field.
In case if you created the Variant please check with your ID is it asking for the User name.
Even with a user id input is there any change in the list of Variants?

Throwing error when Creating Info record

Hai,
When Creating Info record . I maintained standard Qty, Min qty ,price and Planned dely time .
It is not saving and there is an error message that "Maintian all entries in Reqt fields" and Cursor is blinking at Planned delytime . and Not saved/
Can any one solve my issue.

plant
maintain that and enter,
go to text maintain, then click on condition hear maintain as per as the requirement,
go back
click on purchase organization data then save
u will not get error .

This is the problem. when in try to activate the 7.x Datasource or migratefrom 3.x to 7.x i getthe this error
"An error occurred when creating transfer structure /BIC/CCNAZREPAYMENTS as an IDoc segment in source system"
I need it as a 7.x datasource.
If I replicate as RSDS it comes into BW inactive as soon as I activate I get the above error.

How to correct wrong data in SIS info structures

Hi,
Let's say at some point in time I configured the LIS wrongly such that the Sxxx (e.g. S001) tables were wrongly updated when I completed the sales order.
So now I go back to the LIS configuration to correct it, the Sxxx tables data remain the same.
Anybody knows which program I should run to correct the wrong data in the Sxxx tables? I have search in OSS notes and in this forum but could not find.

Hi Hweeling,
You can remove the incorrect data from info-structure using transaction OLIX.
Then you can reload the data using transactions:
OLI7 : Sales Order
OLI8 : Delivery
OLI9 : Billing
Be very careful when you execute transaction OLIX, delete only the specific Sales Document data which you want to. Then also reload those specific Sales Document data.

Error when activate Info Object

Hi everybody.
Maybeyou can help me.
I made a transport to the production system.
The system was disconnected when i made the transfer. The transportation has fail, however, has generated objects in the target system.
In particular I have a problem with a standard InfoObject (0GN_BWBEOTY).
This object was transported to Production environment but has been inactive.
I can not activate it.
I used the transaction RSRV InfoObjetct, to validate integrity and I get the following errors:
CL_RSMD_RS_0GN_BWBEOTY Class, Method IF_RSMD_RS_ACCESSS ~ get_text.
"RSBWBEOTY" is not defined in the ABAP Dictionary as a table.
I tried to move into a new transport order, the only InfoObject but I get error code 12.
Someone has happened, can you give me ideas? what can i can do?

I still have the problem .
I can not verify whether the information in master data, since the transported infoObjetct not appear in the RSA1 (production) and can not display the master data RSDMD trx.
And i can not activate through RSDG_IOBJ_ACTIVATE. I get the error message detailed in the first post.

Error when activate standard structure

Hi guru,
i've a serious problem about the activation of a standard structure,the check (for error) pass without problem, but when I want to activate it there is this exception :
CALL SCREEN (not modal) in modal dialog box not allowed

I try but cant do much as it is a standard structure..
You could try to change the structure save it. The n execute the transaction again and try to activate..
You added the field with Access Key or through Append structure..?
If you get the error again then try and copy paste the error report important parts..

Error when importing IDOC structure from SAP - Control record missing

Hi!
We are hitting problems when importing IDOCs from SAP into the Integration Builder. The import ends successfully but when we drill into the IDOC structure we get a message: Schema for type EDI_DC40.ASN_OUT.DELVRY01.Z1DELVRY (category Data Type) not found. This is only happening for one specific IDOC type only. We have checked all we can think of but cannot get this to work. Any help would be very much appreciated. Of course, points awarded for any good ideas. Thx, Duncan

Hi I am trying to import data into a table from a csv file. I Log into the Database via Oracle Enterprise Manager 10G. I then goto Administration and Import user file. I then give the username and password of the user on the Server. I choose my csv file and click next. I then Choose my Table and click next, this is when I get an error..

I do not get this error with other tables and this file only with this table. Any help would be greatly appreciated, let me know if more info is needed.

Thanks that did work out for me. However, I am still curious why I am getting that message in the Enterprise Manager. Well I was able to upload my info into the database and it was a better solution too.

RIM Application error when syncing info

Using a 9800 Torch and latest Desktop Software OS 6 to sync Lotus Notes Organizer info (non enterprise). Device connects, goes through contact info ok and then the following message pop's when the calendar tries to sync.
Synchronize: Rim.Desktop.exe - Application Error
X The exception unknown software exception (0x0000417) occurred in the application at location 0x7858c955
The the software closes.
Tried reinstalling the desktop software - same problem?
Any thoughts/ideas would be appreciated - thx

When I am creating info record,and trying to enter 9.9 eur per kg,but the system popped up a error message and saying that enter a numeric value,what's wrong?

you may have to enter 9,9 instead of 9.9
This is base on the decimal setting in your user profile. you can adjust this in SU3 transaction yourself
