WP Camera Error When Starting App
Sometimes on my Lumia 928 when loading Qik I get an error that says my camera didnt load properly please restart. I have to force close the app then restart it to get it to work again.
What is considered a "large" address book - over 100, over 1000? Just wondering as to the scale.
Also, that doesn't address the Camera Error that started this thread. Is this a known issue that has been identified and will be addressed very soon? Not to be snarky but a video messaging service that doesn't work with the device camera is useless.
In all seriousness, after reading the MS store reviews, and the limited comments here, it seems like everyone is complaining about crashes, lockups and needing to restart the phone to get the camera working. How could you guys put this out (at least without huge flashing BETA in the name)?? For an app that needs to go "viral" for success - for early adoptors to get their friends to use it - you're blowing it big time. Who is their right mind would try to get their friends to use this the way it is now?? As it stand all my friends think I'm some kind of fool for using a Windows Phone in the first place - and then for me to come out and say, "hey guys, try this great new MS app..." when it flat out doesn't work . Those of us using MS devices and services are your biggest supporters and want to support your ecosystem and for you guys to succeed - and we are also your critics. I hope you guys and gals at Skype represent the "new" Microsoft that is trying to listen to their users. If you are, please hear us - fix this mess. And stop putting out crap - or at least call it a beta so we know to expect issues. You guys need to be doing it BETTER if you want to catch up to Apple and Google. Please send Mr Nadella my regards. -

JeffreyHi ,
What is your OWB version ?
If it is 10.2 then read the following
With Warehouse Builder 10.2.0.X, the Repository Browser Listener is only supported on Windows x86-32bit and linux x86-32bit client machine.
So start the Warehouse Builder Repository Browser Listener on Windows/Linux x86-32bit client machine
For 11g refer MOS Note 469422.1

BridgeView gives error when starting historical data engine
Has anyone come across this problem
The software has been operating well for the last 3 years
now all of a sudden has given this error when starting the Historical database engineAdobe has an how-to for that;
http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/appv.html, though it doesn't refer to the ARm service. Firthermore it is written for App-V 4.x,
so the steps may be a little bit different.

Hi
We are having SRM5.0.
Trying to create Contract. Workflow Without approval of contract(WS1400086)is activated and start conditions also no workflow activated.
Contract is created and getting message Contract created.
But when tried to release the contract it shows "Awaiting approval".
In Workflow log (SWI1)it shows error."Error when starting work item xxxx".
What could be the reason. Please let me know the solution if anyone of you come across such error.
Thanks in advance
JagadishMasa
It is maintained as General task already.
It seems the workflow task WS14000085 does not have definition.
When checked in SWDD for the above teask there are no steps defined for that workflow.
SAP says that we need to define and action for workflow WS14000085.
But what is the procedure to define the workflow.
I presume this is the standard workflow and it should be defined by default when it comes along with the SRM package.
Anyone of you know how to define the workflow and activate the same?
Regards

Error when starting parser: timeout during allocate / CPIC-CALL:'TfSAPCMRC'
Hello experts.
When I try to preview or refresh a Crystal Report document built on a BEx query I get the following error msg:
Database connector error: BAPI Error #0. Error when starting parser: timeout during allocate / CPIC-CALL: 'TfSAPCMRCV'.
We have done as suggested in "SAP Note 1032461 - MDX parser does not start", but without success.
This is what we've tried so far:
replaced the file "librfc32.dll" (in C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64) with the new version mentioned in Note 413708.
tested the connection in SM59 - non successful
tested the report query with transaction MDXTEST - non successful
tried to start the mdxparser manually on server - non succesful, error msg: "The application failed to initialise.."
We have the following config:
MS server 2003 SP2 x64 ed.
SAP logon 7.20
MS SQL server 2005
CR 2008
new librfc32.dll version 7200.1.39.6461
Any ideas on what to try next would be highly appreciated!
Cheers, IngAHi Ingo.
We have only one application server.
I registered the new version of the file C:\windows\SysWOW64\librfc32.dll with regsvr32.exe successfully. I've also tried to copy the new file to the same directory as the mdxsvr.exe-file is located, but it made no difference.
Should I remove all other copies of librfc32.dll and only keep the one in folder C:\Windows\SysWOW64, or maybe register them all with regsvr32.exe?

Error when starting Mercury Quicke Test Professional
Hello,
I am executing the QTP scripts through eCATT. During execution I got an error ' Error when starting Mercury Quick Test Professional'.
Does anybody knows how to resove this?
Thanks,
MahanteshHi,
This is a common problem if scripting is disabled either on server or on ur sapgui client.
for enabling at server got rz11 tcode and enter sapgui/user_scripting profile and enable scripting there.
Refer my sdn weblogs which shows minimum config for QTP and ECATT and also how to create and run the scripts.

Error when starting configtool.
The installation is successful. But I am getting the following error when starting configtool:
PerfTimes : loadNativeLayer: loading jperflib failed. no jperflib in java.library.path
com.sap.engine.frame.core.configuration.ConfigurationException: Error while conn
ecting to DB.
This is not during the installation as given in some of the other posts. The installation is successful and I am able to start and run the J2EE engine and the Portal. This error occurs when I try to start the config tool.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.Hi Arul,
Have you checked the parameters that the configtool is using to connect? (don't use default settings)
What database is this on? In the case that it is oracle can you TNS ping the db? The listener is running?

Error when starting submethod -
Dear Experts,
we are using standard work flow for Appropriation Request(AR) approving.
Approvers are geting mail to SAP inbox.
when double click on inbox->worlflow item for that particular AR, it goest AR display screen & when we click on balk(F3) goes to screen where we can click on "approve" , " Reject" buttons.
now issue is once double click on inbox item gives infor message saying "Error when starting submethod"(Message no. SWF_RUN637) & goes to approval screen directly.
Please help to correct this issue.
Thanks & kind Regards,
SLHi,
The issue might be with the secondary methods of the decision step. Check if any secondary methods are included in the decision step. and make sure when you are using the secondary methods you should ahve the instance of the business object.. in the workflow container so that the methods that you want to execute parallel while or before executing the workitem.
The secondary methods will be listed out under METHODS tab of decision step
Regards
Pavan
