Error when trying to create tables using "asant create-db_common"

Hi,
I'm attempting to run asant create-db_common to use a .sql file to create a table in Pointbase. However I keep getting this error:

Total time: 1 secondWhich means I need to include the classpath, I presume! But I don't know what file to add it to or where to begin.

On Windows Platform, encounters error when trying to open an Indesign document created from MAC

Hi all,
On Windows Platform, encounters error when trying to open an Indesign document in INDD format created from Mac. Error received "Either the file does not exist, you do not have permission, or the file may be in use by other application". I am currently using Adobe Indesign CC 9.2 Trial version.
Kindly advise how can i open this document on windows platform and allows me to edit the document.

Normally there is no problem to open any INDD opening on Windows, when created on the Mac.
But Mac user are often not aware on the naming limitations. A file name must not contain /, \, |, :
It should not contain any extended character, it is not a primary problem but will be, if something links to that file, so avoid also: ÄÖÜäöüß+&
You can use all other non A-Z a-z, 0-9 and - and _
I personally would also recommend to avoid spaces.
This is valid for the INDD file itself but also for all linked content.

Error when trying to register DB using srvctl

I am getting this error when trying to add this database:
PRKP-1073 : Cannot create database m433ddg because a database named m433ddg already exists.
However, I have verified the DB does not exist:

Hi Mike,
I remember, you had an issue that you had a corrupted OCR once. That seems to be the case here again....
In general, if SRVCTL complains that it cannot register a DB, since the DB with that name is already registered, this could be a sign that internally (obviously the former database does not show in the crs_stat output) Clusterware can still find fragments of the formerly registered DB. What you can try to do: run an ocrdump as root and check the output file for "m433ddg" and see whether it finds something.

Found a note explaining the significance of these errors.
It says:
"NZE-28862: SSL connection failed
Cause: This error occurred because the peer closed the connection.
Action: Enable Oracle Net tracing on both sides and examine the trace output. Contact Oracle Customer support with the trace output."

Error when trying to truncate table from within PL/SQL

Does anyone know why I get an error when trying to execute the following command from within PL/SQL?
truncate table event;
The error is as follows:
ORA-06550: line 20, column 14:
PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol "TABLE" when expecting one of the following:
:= . ( @ % ;
The symbol ":= was inserted before "TABLE" to continue.

And as a DDL, it does a COMMIT just before it runs. Whether you want a COMMIT or not.
And with all the locking and serialization issues associated with a DDL.

Error while trying to access table using DB Link

Hi All,
I had to access a table in another instance using a DB link. As there was no DB link, I was asked to create one and then access the table.
The below query was used to create DB link on my current instance FDEV:
CREATE PUBLIC DATABASE LINK to_link CONNECT TO apps IDENTIFIED BY appsdev USING 'ABCD';
The DB link gets created successfully and when I query select * from all_db_links on my current instance FDEV, I see the DB link name.
However, when I try to access the table, select * from x_stg@to_link on my current instance FDEV, this is resulting in an error as shown below:
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
ORA-02063: preceding line from TO_LINK
The TNS entry looks something like this:

You are trying to get 2 databases connected... so, you need to insure that FDEV can find and connect to ABCD.
So, from your FDEV database server, you can do 2 things (from command prompt):
1* tnsping ABCD (this will validate that the entry exists in your tnsnames.ora on your FDEV server, and that a valid listener can be found on remote server)
when above command succeeds:
2* sqlplus apps/appsdev@ABCD;
when you have established the connection, then you are SURE that your can connect ABCD database from FDEV database server. It will also validate the username / password combination, create session privilige, account not locked, etc.....
Please check the above, and post here the results.

Oracle10g - getting error when tried to log in using SQL plus

I have installed Oracle Database 10g with following settings
A) In Select Installation Method with basic installation
1) Global Database Name: orcl
2) Database Password: srinu
B) In Database Configuration Assistant shows following information
Global Database Name: orcl
System Identifier(SID):orcl
c) Password management
User Name SYS and SYSTEM shows accounts are not locked and password shows empty
I have tried to log in using scott/tiger, SYS/srinu, SYSTEM/srinu, SYS, SYSTEM with providing no pass word

Basically I want to deploy a table from the repository (STAGE_LOCATION) to the Dev1 Environment (EDSDEV1_STAGE_LOCATION).
Did I miss something or there is some other setting which is pointing to EDSDEV9_STAGE_LOCATION ?

Error when trying to extend range using an Extreme connecting to a Express

Ok,
My cable modem is connected just fine to my AE. I can run iTunes (which is nice!) off of it, connect to the internet off of my MBP and all. I just bought a AEBS to be able to EXTEND the range of my connection for all of my small townhome. However, when I go to through the Airport Setup Assistant to try and set it up, it keeps coming back with an error that says "Error Setting up WDS" or something like that. I've tried this multiple times. I've tried resetting both the AE and the AEBS...still doesn't work. Any clue?

It sounds like you have an older "b/g" Airport Express (AX) and you have configured the device to "join" your wireless network. When the "b/g" AX is configured this way, the ethernet port is not active.
Follow the instructions to setup a WDS arrangement with both of your AX devices. One must be configured as a WDS "main" and the other as a WDS "remote".
Apple's step by step instructions to do this are found on pages 42-44 in the Designing AirPort Networks Guide
If both of your AX devices are newer 802.11"n" devices, you can use a different type of setup. Post back to confirm if that is the case.

Error when trying to email report using Analyzer for Excel template

I have a report for which I have created both "RTF" and "Analyzer for Excel" based templates. I can email the report using the RTF template, but when I try to email it using the A4E template (using the 'Send' button from the report screen), it never arrives. If I schedule the report to be emailed, it fails, and I get the following error information:

Is this qury is running fine in SQL?? Have you checked this query in Sql server(Management studio) whether working or not??.
I feel there is some mismatch with relations in query.. Cross check your query once in SQL itself. once it is running well, we will take a look.

Error when trying to run script using SDK at plugin startup

I am trying to run a script when my InDesign plugin is loaded. I referred to the PanelTreeView sdk sample as an example and implemented a StartupShutdown Boss
In my implementation, in the startup() method I have the code to get the scriptManager and the scriptRunner for my javascript that I want to run. However, when my code hits the following line :
          InterfacePtr<IScriptRunner>theRunner(Utils<IScriptUtils>()->QueryScriptRunner(scriptFile) ); //scriptfile is ID script file that I want to run
          I get the error saying "Calling ScriptInfoDatabase::InitScriptInfoManager before resources have been registered".
I am wondering how I can fix this error. or if this is too early to invoke scriptrunner, then is there some other place where I can invoke the scriptrunner to run my script
this is how I have defined my StartupShutdown Boss class in the .fr file

Dependent on your InDesign version, you can schedule an IdleTask and do it from there, or just use a lazy startup.

Again dependent on your InDesign version you should first check whether a script can run at all - some nasty other plugins may prevent that with modal dialogs.
Finally there is the possibility to run startup scripts even without plugin ...

JRC - Error when trying to set datasource using resultsets greater than 1

Hi
I have one report and 2 subreports. All the reports use resultsets. At runtime the report fails when I try to set more than one result set. It works if I set one result set.
Please advise asap

Title was being interpretted by forums and resulted in unusable title

I was running into this same problem and found what is either a workaround or a solution. I have a XIr2 report that I defined to use a single Java Beans Connectivity connection, and 2 resultsets from this connection as the datasources ( i.e. MyReportDatasource.getResultSet1() and MyReportDatasource.getResultSet2() ). When I tried running my app, which was using JRC to populate the report datasources, I would get that 'Cannot modify a read-only collection' exception when I called getDatabaseController().setDataSource() on the second resultset.
To get past the error, I had to redefine the second resultset in the report as coming from a different JBC connection, so the end result was the report using 2 resultsets that come from 2 different JBC connections ( i.e. MyReportDataSource.getResultSet() and MySecondReportDataSource.getResultSet() ). When I did this, the report ran successfully. It looks like JRC doesn't like it when you to use multiple resultsets from the same JBC connection.

Error when trying to search a sales order created by other user

Hi. I'm running SAP HANA One PL 04. I have a problem when I log on with User1 and try to search for sales orders created by another user. I got an error message. I think the user has enough permissions.. Is there anything else I should consider??

Error when trying to activate Internal Use Rights (IUR)

I am a Microsoft Silver partner. I am trying to activate my Azure Internal Use Rights (IUR). I am getting an error during the activation process. The error message is:
"MS-AZR-0025P IS NOT AVAILABLE"
I have taken screen shots of each step in the IUR activation process using Problem Steps Recorder. I can send them to you upon request.
I have opened support cases with Microsoft Partner Support and Microsoft Azure Billing Support. They suggested that I post my question here for a resolution.
