Error when trying to download app

i have a Blackberry Playbook and was trying to download an app for it through wi-fi but its too slow so I ttried using my pc, conceted my pb to the computer and when I tried to download the app, the page asked me for my bb id (which is the same one i used on another device) i gave my id it started to log in but then asked me for a device password, the thing is my tablet doesnt have one, tried activating one but when i tipe it in it says its the wrong one. I cant download apps for my pb from the pc. its really frustraiting

There is no way to install App on PB thru the PC. It's by design to prevent this. There is no solution to that.

I keep getting an error when trying to download apps,

app updates and new downloads fail every time partway through download. Ipad2 IOS 6.0.1 and Iphone5 same release. Error says "Unable to download application" Application cannot be installed at this time.

Go to Settings>Store >Apple ID, tap your ID and sign out. Then reboot the iPad, Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Then go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and sign in again and see if the apps will update or download now.

Why do I get "unknown error" when trying to download apps with my iPhone when I put the correct password in?

I keep getting "unknown error" message come up when I try to get an app. I have put my password in correctly but I then get a message saying I've put my password in incorrectly too many times. So I change my password but I still get the "unknown error" message. I have changed my password 4 times now and nothing is working

I received this email from Apple and this corrected the problem for me... I only had to reset the iTunes cache
1) Open iTunes
2) At the top menu, click File > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac)
3) In the Preferences menu, click the Advanced tab
4) In the Advanced menu, you should see a button that says "Reset Cache". Please click this button.

You can't use Safari to download iPad apps. Only use iTunes/App Store.

If anyone is reading this still looking for what caused the issue and how to fix it here is what I discovered.
The antivirus program our company uses, Bitdefender Antivirus Plus, was causing some of the PDF files not to open. After troubleshooting the different modules and settings the culprit was..
Scan SSL in Privacy Control Settings. Turning it OFF solved the problem and all the PDF files that previously would not open now open just fine. This issue has been sent to Bitdefender for them to review. If you use a different antivirus program and are having this issue try locating the Scan SSL setting and see if turning it off solves the problem.

I would complain really bad and get them to give you a Flash card that they just came out with because they've inconvenienced you so much and you don't have hours to spend at the apple store waiting for the whole thing to load.
The only thing about the flash cards is that it will change your whole motherboard so it won't allow you to install snow leopard or anything less, ever again. (as what the apple specialist told me over the phone).
I would also suggest waiting. It really isn't worth the hastle and you may not benefit from installing it on your old computer... just a thought.

Tks heaps for that, had a look at Store and ITunes sections, not overly helpful unless I am missing something.
My issue is that on my computer she would update her iPhone with Software updates via iTunes.
I have gone and deleted her backups that were still sitting on there.
If I want to update my Apps on my iPhone when due her Apple ID and password request will come up as an option to use that account if I knew the password and it's synced from my Computer even though she has been gone 7 months now. Is it a syncing issue or is her Apple ID stored in my iTunes backups somehow and keeps coming back? Do I need to de-authorize her account from my Computer?

Hi I get a consistent 8007 error when trying to download on my iMac. Yet can download and it works fine via Apple TV. I'm also having issues downloading on the App Store. I've checked the date and time, firewall and everything else seems to be fine. I can't uninstall iTunes as am running OSX 10.8.4 and am not tech confident enough to run this via terminal. Help!

Not there aren't any special settings for this. You just use the Open In feature to save the document into Pages. You could have a font in the document that Pages doesn't like, maybe something that you copied and pasted from somewhere into the document that went corrupt. But there is nothing special about the way that you save a Word document into Pages. You save it like you save any document or file into a compatible app.

Please let me know if you have any ideas because "The [Download] operation is halting due to the following failure: null" means nothing to me.
Please note changing the maintenace mode makes no difference.
