Error when trying to purchase second eGift Card

I was able to purchase one eGift card but I can't purchase another.
I'm receiving the message: "Please note that the maximum number of vouchers that can be purchased & redeemed by a single user in any one calendar month is 5."  When I click "OK" it takes me back to the page where I entered my info, rather than to the processing of my credit card.
I'm not sure if an eGift card is a "voucher," but even if it is, the one purchased is the only one I've ever purchased.  Any help on getting around this error message would be greatly appreciated!

OK, I figured it out, thanks to a ridiculous email from ChatandVision that  my order was selected for additional security checks and processing will be delated.
Even though  I ordered a $75 gift card, it comes as 3 $25 gift cards.  So, when I tried to buy another $75 gift card, that was also 3 $25 gift cards, putting me over the "5 voucher" limit.  I purchased $50 for the second gift card and it worked fine.
Really terrible experience all the way around, Skype.

    Welcome to AD!
The top 4 fixes to itunes error 9808 seem to be
    1) Go to Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced, make sure that SSL 3.0 is checked and TLS 1.0 is checked. Also under Security make sure that the “Check for server certificate revocation (requires restart)” is unchecked. Then click ok and fire up iTunes.
    2) Time or time zone not correct on your PC.
    3) The culprit was Norton. Ggo to Norton’s Personal Firewall and add the program “iTunes Helper.exe” and set the option to “Allowed” (”iTunes.exe should already be in the Allowed category.)
    4) Delete or cut the preferences.xml file which contains your iTunes preferences.
Close iTunes if you have it open right now. Then go to C:/Documents and Settings/username/Local Settings/Application Data/Apple Computer/iTunes. Then go to C:/Documents and Settings/username/Application Data/Apple Computer/iTunes and delete or move the preferences.xml file. For Mac users, there is only one file you must delete or move a to a new location and is located at User > Library > Preferences > com.apple.itunes.plist. Restart iTunes and it will recreate those two (or one) files with the default settings. You'll need to set your preferences back to what they were and then connect to the iTunes store.

  • Error when trying to purchase PhoneGap

The Screen says, "error" after "Confirm" button is pressed when trying to purchase PhoneGap.  No further information is provided regarding what exactly the error is.  My bank account is being debited $1 each time I make an attempt to purchase PhoneGap.

Sorry for the frustration, Scream At The Wind.
Sudarshan is correct the $1 charges you see on your account are only authorizations, and after a couple days or so these will disappear.
I checked your attempted orders, and it seems the reason it's being denied is that the address you have on record does not match your credit card's billing address.
To update the billing address on your Adobe account, go to the bottom left of this page: https://www.adobe.com/account/account-information.html#myaddressbook
(Sign in with your e-mail address if/when prompted.)
Make sure the address matches exactly what your credit card provider (e.g. your bank) has on record.
After you've updated it, give it a couple minutes and then try to purchase the PhoneGap Build subscription again.

Don't inject the Windows 7 version of the driver into your WinPE image. Depending on what version of ADK you are using determines what version of the driver you will inject into WinPE.  If you are using MDT 2013 with ADK 8.1 you are using WinPE 5.0/5.1
which is basically Windows 8.1. Make a selection profile explicitly for your WinPE drivers to inject. Only include the drivers you want in the WinPE image. And match the architecture of the network and storage drivers (Windows 8.1 versions).

  • Error when trying to connect to memory card on Officejet Pro 8600 in WLAN

    Hi All,
Since I upgraded my MacBook Pro and iMac to Mavericks I can no longer access my memory card that is inserted to my HP Officjet Pro 8600. Connection is WLAN infrastructure. However I also tried the Wireless Direct connection (no router) but still I receive the same error message.
"There is a probelem connection to the server "192.168....". There are no shares available or you are not allowed to access them on the server. Please contact your system administrator to resolve the problem."
In order to access the memory card, via Go - Connect to server, I used the smb://192.168... as well as the cifs://192.168... but it fails in both cases. I still have another partition on the MacBook Pro with Mountain Lion and from there it works fine to access my memory card.
Anyone out there who has a clue what is wrong in Mavericks?

Not sure that Mavericks has a problem. I can still connect to the SD card mounted in my Canon MG6360 via wireless.
Not sure if the HP is the same but with the Canon I have to add a path after the network address - ex smb://IP_address/canon_memory. If I just enter the IP address then I cannot connect to the printer. Maybe there is a similar requirement with the HP?

  • Error when trying to purchase songs with iTunes account

Hi, is anyone able to help with this.
I am tryig to purchase some songs with my iTunes account (it is inn credit by about £6) but an error keeps coming up every time i try to purchase a song or if i try to view my account details. It is as if i am putting the password in wrong but i know that i am not. I have even reset the password now 3 times and it always seems as if it has gone through successfully but then when i try to purchase a song or view my account details again, the same error is coming up.
The error message is as follows:
*'We could not commplete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (-9808) There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later'*
This message has been coming up all day though. Does anybody have any idea if i am doing anything wrong or whether there is a technical fault with iTunes? I have downloaded the updated version as well so it can't be because i have the older version.
    Thanks,

    Welcome to AD!

  • I keep getting an error when trying to purchase that says to contact support to complete transaction?

I get this error weekly.  Support will state the error is fixed.   I am able to make purchases again, and then the error eventually comes back.   Any help?

I've seen that before. It may have to be looked at by engineering. Contact iTS again, let them know...(as many times as it takes).

  • Im getting a (-9813) network error when trying to purchase.

I have looked in the different forums and googled the error but nothing has helped. Im on a router now but I have tried it straight to the cable modem as well and that does not help. Im using the new dual core imac intel and was able to do it a while ago. I have internet access and can listen to the song samples.
    Thanks for your help!

There are several threads about this error. Unfortunately few came with solutions.
The -9813 error seems to be a Keychain issue with certain certificates.
Sometimes it could be solved by replacing two certificates from another Mac and sometimes by doing an Archive and install:
