Error when trying use the Maintenance Optimizer Transaction

I have finally gotten through a major headache setting up a SM box, but now when I try to use the maintenance Optimizer, i get the following messages and it won't go any further.
Information Procedure 8000000051 Saved
Warning Status was reset by system
Warning There is already a transaction for the systems of this product version
It stays on the screen to select the logical component and just keeps saving the procedure. I have tried deactivating the old procedures but nothing is working.
Any Ideals.

Error when trying to change maintenance plant of a PM equipment

We need to change the maintenance and planning plant of an equipment in order to specify his new location when it is transfered. Although it is described as a normal procedure in SAP help, we receive error message IO 231 saying that "maintenance plant A and planning plant B are in different controlling areas" and SAP does not let us proceed with the plant change ! Did anybody have the same experience ? I believe that it is probably a customizing setting somewhere in FI-CO ! Any help is welcome.

Changing the Maintenance Plant
Prerequisites
It may be necessary to change the maintenance plant for a piece of equipment. For example when it is to be installed at a functional location which is in another maintenance plant, or when it is to be used in another maintenance plant from now on.
However, you can only change the maintenance plant for a piece of equipment, when the piece of equipment is no longer installed at a functional location.
Changing a maintenance plant has the following consequences:
-The system automatically clears all fields of the master record that are dependent on the maintenance plant.
-A change of maintenance plant can result in a change of company code, which causes the system to clear all fields that are dependent on the company code.
-The company code change can produce a change in the controlling area, which means that the system clears all fields dependent on the controlling area.
So for me, it is clear that having plants in different controlling areas should not prevent us from changing the equipment maintenance plant.

I get an error when I use the instrument driver KE230x.

Good day. I am using the ke230x instrument driver connected to a Keithley 2306-PJ. I am using the USB to GPIB to communicate with the instrument
I load the Getting Started VI and when I hit run I get the following error message

When I place the "id query" switch into the false position, everything appears to be working. I have left the "reset device" in the true position and I see the instrument resetting.
I do not understand what is happening?

Good day. Dennis - thank you for your response. My next question is if I leave the ID Query off (false) position, I still cannot get the program to work.
My guess is that I am doing something wrong (I am relatively new to LabView). I use the Getting Started vi and everything looks to be working okay. I then start the Application Example (I run the Getting Started vi before I run the Application Example to make sure that the Application Example has the correct instrument handle). When I run the Application Example I get the following error message
Error -1074130544 occurred at ke230x Configure Current Limit.vi
Possible reason(s):
Driver Status: (Hex 0xBFFA1190) The session handle is not valid.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

The win32help.exe error when I use the help of LabVIEW .

I had installed the LabVIEW6.0 under the win2000.My computer has intel 845 motherboard and P4-1.5G CPU. When I open a vi and right click on a function vi for help. Then there will be a error"winhlp32.exe".I tried to install the LabVIEW and win2000,but there is no result.I don't know how to solve it.

It sounds like something bad happened during one of the installations that is causing the problem. You've tried re-installing both Labview and Windows 2000 but the same thing happens? Are you do any custom things in your installation?

I am getting errors when I use the make command

I happened to see your question on linuxquestions, and they're probably right about gcc 4.3 being the problem. You should mail the author (off the app in question) and tell him to update the "include statements" to comply with gcc 4.3

The problem is that something in the "tables.vi" function is broken. Fix that problem and the build should work.
When you open tables.vi in the development system, does it show a broken arrow? If not, does the VI call any DLLs? Sometimes the app builder misses DLLs that it needs to include.
If you still are getting the error, post the tables.vi in 6.0 format and I'll look at it.

I get an labview.exe application error when i use the driver of 4395A spectrum analyzer

This error can be caused by many things. The first step in getting an instrument driver to function is the "Getting Started.VI"
Be sure the GPIB controller can establish communication to the device. Also, capturing with NI-Spy will help isolate any VISA errors.

Maintenance optimizer transaction dont see product version for a solution

Hi,
I am having a very difficult time in understanding the concept of solution manager product system,instance,solution. Now, in Technical Administration >> Solutions >> I click on a solution, in the solution the product column is missing. Then it appears after some configuration.
Now, when I create a maintenance optimizer transaction, I select the solution but I don't see the see product version, nothing appears.
Please guide

If I am getting you correctly then you are not getting product version in drop down in a new MOPZ transaction ?
Use below steps:
Run Transaction Solman_Workcenter.
Select the Solution Manager Administration tab.
Click Solutions.
Either.
Create a new Solution to add the logical component, or add it to an existing solution.
If a new solution...
Click on New.
Give the solution a name.
Set the Solution Data settings.
Now the Solution exists.
Select an existing solution that you want the System to be placed (can be the new one).
Add the Logical Component to the Solution.
If the system is other than Type Production then...
Go to change edit mode.
Right click on the SID, and select “Put in Solution” the cell the SID is in will turn green.
Save.

It seems you are using wrong client ID. Make sure your logon pad has right details. You should verify this with your basis team.
If the problem persists then try re-installing. But before you do that you can execute sapbexc.xla which is in the c:\program files\sap\bw. Type c:\ in cell c3 and click "start button". Any red flag means you have wrong version dll/ocx on your local drive, in that case you should reinstall with right patches.

Right. If you are using delegated privs and sudo, make sure that sudo is configured to pass on the PERL5LIB and ORACLE_HOME environment variables at least.

Count to ten

I may have already resolved this issue buy removing the device from my computer and re-pairing it. It is currently working just fine.

Back up all data.
This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership and access-control lists to the default.
