Error while accessing DP Planning Book through Portal. ( internet)

Dear SDN,
We are using a collaborative planning book from SCM 4.0 system, which is published as a service on the ITS (6.20 version). This ITS has been published so that we can access the system from the Broadband, simply like any other website.
The ITS URL is :
http://mmscmoptprd.mahindradms.com/scripts/wgate/webgui/!
The planning book service is
http://mmscmoptprd.mahindradms.com/scripts/wgate/clpsdp/!
When we try through our LAN, we can access it.
When entering through broadband, we can see the first page of planning book , i.e. where selection of planning book and planning view is to be made.
Once a selection is made from the dropdown, and when "CHOOSE" button is clicked (for that matter the rectangular box containing the selection criteria and also the Exit button ) we get a message as :

1. URL IView ... CLPSDP service url is given as parameter URL.

We intend to give either one which should work fine.
I am not able to figure out as due to what reason should this problem arise, either the UI attributes or the publishing or something else.

Error while loading the planning book

I am getitng the below error while loading the data in planning book
"Error for COM routine using application program (return code 40,016)
Error reading data - Planning book cannot be processed further"
Ran /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK and /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_REORG but its not working , still getting the same error.

Looks like a key figure might be incorrectly created or there might be a problem in aggregation/disaggregation of key figures due to numerous number of CVCs.

Error while loading a BI report through Portal

Hi Experts,
I have a FPN configured. I have a BI Portal, which hosts all BI Content.
I am accessing the BI reports in central consumer Portal using remote roles. Everything works fine, then suddenly, we experience a problem opening one of the report through consumer Portal.
Consumer Portal shows a Loading... Message and the report never comes up.
If I test the same report throuigh Producer Portal it works fine. The complete FPN setting were working fine till yesterday. Nothing changed, still we are facing this issue. This is happening for a specific role. All other roles are working fine.
Has anyone else experienced this issue.

Hi,
It looks like a permission issue. You should check the permissions of the folder containing the system in the portal. (System Administration > System Configuration then Open Permissions on the system object). Every user who is supposed to have access to the iView should be there as End User (for instance : Everyone (group), Administrator = none, End User = checked).

I have created one system from SAP Portal system template in .net PDK application. This system have number of properties created in the .cs file of the System using the following code.

When i check in this path SecStore.properties is there , also i have checked the permissions .....................please revert the reason of this error .
Main part of this all is that after taking a reboot everything becomes fine , this happens every few days .

Hi,
This error crops up when the the folder usr/sap folder sharing is lost . We have recently faced this problem this is Windows OS level problem you can ask your OS admin. Applying a security patch will do.

Buffer Table not up to date error while accessing Catalogs

Hello,
I am getting Buffer table not up-to-date error while accessing ARIBA Procurement Catalogs.
Initially, my Test system was pointing to Production Catalogs but now, when I changed the settings in "Define External Web Services" and pointed it to DEV Catalogs, it is failing with error: "Buffer Table not up-to-Date"
Refreshed the Buffer already but still error not fixed.
We already have the similar settings in other systems and there the connections are working fine

An ODBC connection is not required for Oracle or IBM DB2 because Application Server has internal connections to these databases through Oracle (OCI) or DB2 (CLI).
When you create a new Link ID, you select Oracle (OCI) as the connection type.
In the Link ID properties box specify the additional information needed to connect to the database server. The username and password must be the owner of the CPMS_ tables.
You can find further documentation in the guide Configuration Help Strategy Management 7.5 in Section 3.1.5 Creating a Link ID for Certain Implementations.
This is available on Service Marketplace in Installation Guides for Strategy Management 7.5
