Error while activating process chains from Business Content

Hi All,
I am trying to activate the SAP Business Content Process Chains, which load data to 0PM_DSO2 in Plant Maintenance Area -
1.Delta Upload : MTTR / MTBR (0PM_DELTA_P02)
2.Initialisation : MTTR / MTBR (0PM_INIT_P01 )
And they are failing with the error
"Object 0PAK_BZJNGI4SYTTJM5DXY8IPMHB0C could not be found in version
Message no. RS_EXCEPTION280"

Make sure these 2LIS_17_I0NOTIF and 2LIS_18_I0NOTIF datasources are being installed.

Hi raj,
The error message clearly tells that you are not authorized...some of the authorization object is missing from ur profile...check the missing Auth object and get it add to ur ID.
do the following... try to activate the DSO once again ... you will get the message again
now enter transaction SU53 -- and click ok -- it will display the missing auth object from ur profile.
if it does not display any thing try to run the authorization trace using ST01 transaction ... to get the missing auth object.

Error in installing process chain from Business Content.

Dear Experts,
I have successfully installed the Technical Content from Business Content and now trying to install Content Master Data process chain for info package for the same but its showing error.
Technical Name for Process Chain : 0TCT_MD_C_FULL_P01
Error after instaling from BI Content : Process AND has no predecessor.
Finally, while checking in RSPC it comes the name of Process Chain but its not showing anything.
Also, one more thing is I am trying to install in development system and if that occurs successfully than transport to production as production directly don't wanted to do.

ithink u have not activated the process chainafter creating the process chain u might have saved it with out activating the process cahin so that is the reason why it is showing name name but northing in the chain first activate the cahin then it iwill show

Error while activating Process Chains

Hi all,
while activating the Process Chains, i am getting the following error "Job BI_PROCESS_PSAPROCESS could not be scheduled. Termination with returncode 8"
when i double click on the error msg, i got the following help msg: "
Message no. RSPC065
Diagnosis
Program RSPROCESS is to be scheduled as job BI_PROCESS_PSAPROCESS under user ALEREMOTE.
Can any one please show some way to solve this problem? please do this favor, i have been suffering with error for a long time.

Hi,
Just analyze the error message that you get while activating the PC, don't give any server name.If you are trying to run process chain using Flat file, it won't work,
and you should have source system R/3 or you have own datasources in BW system itself at that toime you can use PC to extract data. If your source system is Flat ile, it won't work. other wise you should place your flat file in application server, using AL11 tcode.

You cannot schedule or perform any batch jobs with the BW or source system background user.
The error RSPC 065 occurs in the process chains:"Job could not be scheduled, termination with return code 8"

Reason and Prerequisites
The user type is
"CPIC" up to 4.6B
"Communication" as of 4.6C
This user type may not execute or start any batch jobs, irrespective of the user authorizations.
Solution
Set the type of background user to
"Background" up to 4.6B
"System" as of 4.6C
This user type corresponds to the "Communication" type and may also perform background functions.
Through the Customizing, the BW user is automatically created by mistake as a communication user.Depending on your BW system release, you can solve this problem as follows:
BW 2.0B
 Import Support Package 24 for 2.0B (BW2.0B patch24 or SAPKW20B24) into your BW system. The Support Package is available once note 456551 with the short text "SAPBWNews BW 2.0B Support Package 24", which describes this Support Package in more detail, has been released for customers.
BW 2.1C
 Import Support Package 16 for 2.1C (BW2.1C patch16 or SAPKW21C16) into your BW system. The Support Package is available once note 456566 with the short text "SAPBWNews BW 2.1C Support Package 16" has been released for customers.
BW 3.0A
 Import Support Package 8 for 3.0A (BW3.0A patch08 or SAPKW30A08) into your BW system. The Support Package is available once note 452632 with the short text "SAPBWNews BW 3.0A Support Package 08" has been released for customers.

Short dump while activating process chain

Please let me know the cause of short dump while activating process chain.. when trying to activate local process chains in metachain it is causing dump

Can you share more details about error.
Have you done any changes to local chain? or is this is new chain?
Try to remove meta chain from schedule, later activate your local chain and meta chain.

Problem in Installing/ Activating 0SD_C03 Infocube from Business Content

Hello Friends,
I am installing an InfoCube 0SD_C03 from Business Content in our BW Development environmant. I first installed "Only the Necessary Components". This took 3 hrs. AFterwards I picked "Before Option" and it kept running for 14 hrs, without completeing. In the last I stopped it to minimize the performance impact to anybody.
My question is, do you also face any such problem of installation running for hours and hours? How have you handled its resolution.
Finally, I broken my task into various component and I am installing component by component (e.g. Transfer Rule, Update Riles etc. etc.). But while doing so, human errors are possible and I may miss something. Also we would not like the same activation runs for hours in Production.. So there

Friends,
Necessary components took 2-3 hrs. I am running "before option" this weekend and will find out Monday. Running on weekend will not impact anybody.
I am communicating with Basis Team and they are aware of this problem.
In my previous organization, even Before Option will complete in 2 hrs (maximum). I guess there are multiple factors for jobs running so slow. Of course, I am following all rules of the Game!!

Problem while installing a query from Business Content

Hi all of you,
I am trying to install this particular query Inventory Turnover from the cube 0IC_C03 (Material/Stock Movements) from Business Content. Now in the third pane in Business Content under Active version available column across the name of this cube there is a calendar symbol.
a.     So does it mean that the cube 0IC_C03 (Material/Stock Movements) is installed along with all the objects that are dependent on the cube and all those objects on which the cube is dependent. (NOTE: I had selected the grouping option as In data flow afterwars)
b.     When I collapse Query Element I find that some of the queries are not installed. So I expanded Inventory Turnover query, right clicked on it and selected Install All Below.
c.     I am getting this error, Abort system error in program SAPLRRI2 and form LI_SETZEN-01- when I execute the query Inventory Turnover. However in Business Content when I installed the report Inventory Turnover under the cube Material Stock/Movement I didnt get any error anywhere. Everything was activated successfully without any errors.
Please tell me how do I install this Inventory Turnover from business content and how do I execute this report from BEx.

Thank you for that quick reply. I want to activate only the query and not the cube. I did as you advise me but still I am getting the same error when I run the Inventory turnover report from BEx.
I am able to run other reports from the cube IC_C03. But not this report Inventory turnover. I have also checked the cube and there is data in the cube.

Error on installing infoobject catalog from business content

while performing Install from Administrator Workbench:Business Content I am getting error.
I am trying to install Infoobject catalog 0MMIC_CHA01 and 0MMIC_KYF01 from business content
The error messages appearing are as follows:
Installation (simulation mode) of: InfoObject (IOBJ)
Checking Objects with Type InfoObject
Checking InfoObject 0BPARTNER
Char. 0LEGALFORM is exclusively an attribute (cannot be a navigation attribute)
Checking InfoObject 0CM_CDT1
Char. 0CM_HIEID may not appear in compounding and attributes simultaneously
Characteristic 0CM_CDT1 is used as Navigation Attribute of 0RT_SEAROLL, but characteristic

It seems although's are warnings and not errors. Instead of using Simulation just install the content.

"Error While creating Process Chain"

Hi all,
I am Creating a process chain in that I have to load from ODS to Cube,
If I include process types "Activate ODS" and "Update ODS" in process chain its Loading Delta from ODS to Cube, But my Requirement is to load FULL LOAD from ODS to Cube, If i select Full load infopackage from 8ZODS and place it in the chain after Activate ODS its giving errors as
Errors:
InfoPackage is generated; NOT able to be used as loading variant
A type "Activate ODS Object Data" process cannot precede process "Execute InfoPackage" var. ZPAK_42622G5QGKNFH2LSX5PN6DAG6 in the chain
Please Guide me what to do? and Brief me the sequence to create a Process Chain(loading full and delta from ODS to Cube).

hi Sai ram...
Create a FULL Infopack by Copying the Full IP which was generated at the 8ZODS.
Sequence for full is.
1) start Process
2) LOAD IP
3)ACTIVE ODS
4)EXECUTE IP(Full IP which was copied)
For Delta
1) start Process
2) LOAD IP
3)ACTIVE ODS
4)Further Update Process type..(give the ODS name here from where u want to load to Cube.)
put the Indexes where ever nececssary ...

Error while loading external data using Business Content

Hi,
I am new to BW and I'm stuck up with this problem.
I'm trying to load data from external file using business content cube(0PUR_C01)and infosources(2LIS_02_ITM/S012/SCL).
I first installed the above mentioned cube and data sources.
Then I activated the update rules and transfer rules, without any changes.(I don't know what changes might be required!)
Monitor is showing successful load but the cube has 0 enteries.
Even the simulation of update is showing data in the data target.
Can someone please guide me through this ?
Its really urgent....

Welcome to SDN !! Does your monitor shows any records extracted till PSA ? Go to the details tab -> processing and click on each node to check what monitor shows.

Error while starting process chain

Hi BW Gurus,
I am facing a different error while trying to start a process chain in BW.
Error message below:
Job started
Step 001 started (program RSPROCESS, variant &0000000000306, user ID BWBATCHJOB)
NO_MORE_SPACE: Can not create MTE: no more space: no more MESSAGE_CONTAINER slots available
Process CHAIN, variant ZSD_ORDER is not scheduled waiting for event RSPROCESS 3W6KED9SDRAN457HSX3XR22W2
Job cancelled

Hi Girish mandli,
The process chain are scheduled from Basis side, i have checked with him, he told that, it scheduled with date and time.
It is daily load, should trigger at 2:00 am in morning, but from last 2 days it not scheduling.
Cause: there was unexpected DB shutdown, due to which all the jobs where canceled.
next day all the jobs got scheduled once DB was Up, due to which some jobs failed and manually scheduled failed jobs from BW side.
All the chains are triggering fine, but got only problem with this chain.
Please help to rectified this error.

Activating 0PUR_O01 DSO from Business Content

Hi,
Iam looking for more info around How to Activate the BC DSO 0PUR_O01.
Iam planning on Activating 0PUR_O01(Purchaing Line Items) DSO from the Business Content.
I read in help.sap that it sources data from 4 different Info Sources
2LIS_02_ITM: Purchase Order Items
2LIS_02_SGR: Allocation - Schedule Line with Goods Receipt
2LIS_02_CGR: Allocation - Confirmation with Goods Receipt
2LIS_02_SCN: Allocation Schedule Line with Confirmation
My questions are,
1.While activating the 2LIS_02_ITM Info Source,some of the objects like 0CM_CDT1 are coming up with a warning that the IO 0CM_HIEID is not added as attribute or Compounded(whil in reality it is present as compounded object)
2.Do I need to use the 3.5 Data source/Info Source or can I migrate to 7.0?
If I migrate to 7.0, then How do I convert the update rules & Routines which are collected during the collection of objects for the "Data Flow Before option)"
3.If I need only data required coming from 2LIS_02_ITM data source, can I simply activate only this Data source& DSO and keep loading the subset of data from this Data source?
4.Pls send me any documentation about this DSO/Data sources and How to use them/Activate them etc...

if the object is found compounded and only warning messege, then u can ignore it

that depends on ur requirement, at any point of time u can migrate to 7 data flow. but you have to create ur own transformations, u cannot migrate the update rule/transfer rules

yes u can

Error while activating the object from change list in IR

have a look at the integration builder start jsp. There is a Link "Administration". On this page, on the left side, you can click on "lock overview" and check if your object is locked. Then you can remove this lock.

Error while creating process chain for flat file loading

Hi All,
I had Created a process Chain to load Transactiion data(Full load) form flat file which is in my computer.
start>Load>DTP>DeleteIndex>DTP loading CUBE--> Create Index
but the system is throwing an error as "An upload from the client workstation in the background is not possible."
I dont know why this error is coming?

Hi Mamta,
Basically if you want to load the DS through FF using process chain, the FF has to be placed in Application server. We cant load the FF when it is located in the client local workstation(FF On your PC).
So better you remove the Infopackage step from the PC. Load the IP manually. Once it is completed you can start the process chain with the following steps:
start>DTP>DeleteIndex>DTP loading CUBE> Create Index

Error while Executing Process chains

Hi All,
Initially i have created infopack with full load and Executed it manually, later i have changed same infopack to Delta load and kept in Process chains, when i execute the Process chains, the start Process have get triggred, but my Process stops at load data.when i have check the log file it is showing the Below Message:
"Message_Type_x" " "
"CL_RSSM_LOADING===============CP" or "CL_RSSM_LOADING===============CM005"
In Sm37 it is showing
BI_PROCESS_TRIGGER is Finished
BI_PROCESS_LOADING is Cancled
Please help meto find out what might be the cause of this Error.
Note: The infopackage will get data from Generic data Source.
when i run the Process chains, the request is not going to R/3 Side.

Hi Santosh,
Go through this below note.
Note 852443 - Dump in include LRSSMU36/RSSM_OLTPSOURCE_SELECTIONS.
If Init is successfull then you can manually try the delta and check it.
