Error while adding customize component to palette.

I am trying to add customizeJList to my palette in netbaens but its showing ,No java Beans found under selected Nodes.

netbeans won't add that to your pallete here is a simple example.
import javax.swing.JComboBox;
public class DBCombo extends JComboBox {
    // try this code and it will add to your pallete
    private int ID;
    public DBCombo() {
        ID = 12;
       // don't put any code here or just for Initializing an Object
    public int getID(){
        return ID;
     // your other method here
