it is mentioned only about given OID fields. If I want to add employee_no what should I do for that. I tried adding like p_employee_no I am getting the follwoing error.

Hi Gurus
We are getting the Error in NWDS while Adding a used relationship between the New DC and the Web DC.
Steps what we are Done
1. Create the custom project from inactiveDC's
2.creating the project for the component crm/b2b in SHRAPP_1
3.After that we changed the application.xml and given the contect path.
4.Then we tried to add Dependency to the custom create DC we are getting the error saying that illegal deppendency : the compartment sap.com_CUSTCRMPRJ_1 of DC sap.com/home/b2b_xyz(sap.com.CUSTCRMPRJ_1) must explicitly use compartment sap.com_SAP-SHRWEB_1 of DC sap.com/crm/isa/ like that it was throwing the error.
so, we skip this step and tried to create the build then it is saying that build is failed..
Please help us in this regard.

After ur valuble inputs we have added the required dependencies and sucessfully created the projects, then building of the projects was also sucessfully done and EAR file was created.
We need to deploy this EAR file in CRM Application Server by using the interface NWDI.
For Deploying the EAR into NWDI, we need to check-in the activites what i have created for EAR. once i check-in the activites ,the NWDI will deploy the EAR into CRM Application Server.
In the Activity Log we are able to check the Activities as Suceeded but the Deployment column is not showing any status.
When i right click on my activity Id the deployment summery is also disabled.
So finally my Question is that where can i get the deployment log file, and where can i check the deployment status for my application..
Any pointers in this regard would be of great help..

Error while adding attachments using attachmentLink

I am getting the below error sporadically while i add an attachment using my custom UI.
The OA passivation framework coding standard has been violated. The view object with full name, xxCustomAM.oracle_apps_fnd_server_OAAttachmentsAM.Attach_1_FndDocumentsDomExtensionVO, is not properly prepared for row insertion. Either setMaxFetchSize(0) or executeQuery() (or any equivalent method that ends up executing the view object query) must be called on the view object before new rows are inserted. For a detail view object in a master - detail relationship, executeQuery() (or any equivalent method that ends up executing the view object query) must be called instead of setMaxFetchSize(0) on the detail view object before new rows are inserted into the detail view object. setMaxFetchSize(0) call on the detail view object could cause a number of adverse effects.

The VO that I associate to the 'attachmentLink' is a detail VO. As I understand, before a row insertion we need to instantiate the detail VO using a false predicate like 'setWhereClause("1=0")'. From the above error, I see it uses setMaxFetchSize(0) instead, to insantiate the seeded VOs, FndDocumentsDomExtensionVO and FndAttachedDocumentsDomExtensionVO.
Please let me know any suggestions to solve this.

Error while adding a record

I am getting the following error while adding record into the table CM_RECIPE_ITEM :

Error while adding a job to scheduler

Hello,
I have a batch job that is running fine in both DEV and QA environment. In DEV, I am able to schedule and run it daily. I created a similar schedule in QA environment using BODS Mgmt Console/Administrator. However, upon Activating the schedule, I am getting the following error message. Would someone know why would this error be thrown and steps to troubleshoot this error?

When contacting the server above exception was encountered, so it will be assumed the schedule is not active anymore.

Hi Rizwan Tahir ,
Delete the job server associated with the current batch job and recreate it.
Then try creating a new schedule using the new job server.
And take care that job server is created in QA environment.

         I am using RHEL 5 - 64 bit Linux on 3-Tera Virtual host with Java 5,MySQL and adobe pre-configured Jboss 4.2 to install LiveCycle 8.2 and My intension is to get the Rights Management Service Installed . After configuring the .ear files(using Rights Management alc-lfs not excluded-solution component in the LCM CLI properties file ) and running the Jboss , I get the Jboss Running but with following Error

I tried to look for adobe-usermanager-dsc in the admin UI but did not find one over there . I even tried copying the adobe-usermanager-dsc.jar to pre-configured Jboss server/all/lib directory but that does'nt makes a difference .
I was suggested to use different combinations of excluded solution components in the cliProperties file
When I used the following list of   excludedSolutionComponents I did not see the (ERROR [com.adobe.idp.dsc.startup.DSCStartupServlet] DSC Startup failed. Reason: Internal error.) but still the dobe-usermanager-dsc does not starts and I get the same errors of (com.adobe.idp.dsc.registry.ServiceNotFoundException: Service: DirectoryManagerService not found.) when the LCM CLI reaches installing the Rights Management DSC.

When there was only native directory in HSS, i can export these information successfully.

I found these is no directory "%HYPERION_HOME%\common\CSS\9.2.0\bin;" exists but "%HYPERION_HOME%\common\CSS\9.2.1\bin;"
I configured PATH by setting to above, and tried CSSExport again, still failed.
Than I disabled the NTLM is HSS, tried CSSExport again. It was successful.
So I am convinced that the problem caused by NTLM or PATH environment variable or some files associated.
Does anybody know the solution ?

I recommend you upgrade at least to 10.1.0.5. 10.1.0.2 comes with the very first version of csalter.plb, which has not the current implementation. From and to which character set do you try to migrate?

I am trying to load Budgets into ORACLE Projects using AMG API's..
I have developed PL/SQL which uses below procedures of pa_budget_pub package.
init_budget;
load_budget_line;
execute_draft_budget;
baseline_budget;
Procedure execute_create_draft_budget fails with following error message.
error message: Please enter a valid product code for this project.
error message: You entered an invalid API parameter.Please enter valid parameter and try again. Parameter Name: Resource List Parameter Value: 1446
error message: Project: AC044. Please specify a valid resource list.

Could somebody explain me how to resolve this error message and load the budget lines.

Hi All,
I need to add two custom field under Service orders at Item level in component BT140I_SRVP.
One field is required to have the input search help f4 and autopopulates the second field
I am able to add one field(not requiring help) successfully through AET .
I have created one Zsearch_help in se11 and its successfully running and Autopopulating seocnd field while I am testing it
While adding second field through AET,I need to enter following details as -
field label,search relevant ,serach help etc.
When I type the name of my 'Zsearch_help' against field search help it gives me following error
'Search help is not compatible'.
Secondly,not getting getter and setter methods for the attrributes in BTAdminI.
Last,please tell me if i create zhelp and activate it,would it automatically appear in the list on AETwhile assiging it to input field?
Please help me out.Kindly be detailed as I am new to SAP CRM.

I checked all data. There is no such dataset in the database. Can anybody give me a hint how to avoid this error.
One thing I wonder: The PermanentId is allways the same but I can´t do anything here.

Hi Ritam,
For such issues, can you please create a new thread or directly email the author rather than dragging back up a very old thread, it is unlikely that the resolution would be the same as the database/application/etc releases would most probably be very different.
