Error while booting or loading application server by runing psadmin.exe

Question

HOw to upgrade the database to 8.49 from 8.48
also to update the patch to 8.49 need to be a customer id or licensed something like that...
i am using a trial version .....please suggest

recentely i am using pdf named hwtools849_itora.pdf FOR Database creation
is it possible to update database from 8.48 to 8.49 by using trail version....so need to of any licensed

6. PeopleTools 8.49 patch 11 - only if you are licenced - *(downloaded from ftp://ftp.peoplesoft.com/outgoing/ptools/84911)* From the extracted package, under disk1, run setup.exe, and follow the exact process as the previous one.
add to path i ave given :- C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\BIN
even thought i have set environment path
like
ORACLE_BASE = C:\oracle\product\10.2.0,
ORACLE_HOME = C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1 ,
ORACLE_SID = orcl,
BEA_HOME = C:\bea ,

On Windows, into you appserver config file, you should give the path directory "Add to Path" to your ORACLE_HOME\bin folder, did you ?
please can u tell the appserver file with full path + name...by which ii can find....
