experts
i am implementing sap note 175842 QM MODULE .
My note is successfully implemented ,for that i created standard program RQEVAC50 USING ACCES KEY.
but in se38 report comes like this
REPORT RQEVAC50.
REPORT RQEVAC50 MESSAGE-ID QA.
so while checking error comes boz 2 report hedaing is there .
I WANT TO DELETE FIRST ONE BUT IT CANT.
I chose activate anyway but while releasing request it gives error.

Whwn i created a program RQEVAC50 it is totally blank but while implementing sap note the code comes in my progarm
so there are 2 report hedaing .

Thanks for your replies.
I tried doing setting with VKOA and checked with
VF02, Environment-Account determination analysis.
--> it says account determination is found.
Then i clicked the Flag button(Release to accounting) in VF02.
It gives below error in status bar

How to go ahead or solve this error.

while calling Smart Form from driver program. it is giving error as :-

Error while running Validation Data for category not found in application

I suppose your problem was solved in the meanwhile.
Anyway we had the same issue, when running Validations against ICMatching App.
That was because Method VALIDATION of Class CL_UJP_VALIDATE tries to relevant data in order to perform calculations (line 127), but if no data is found, ends raising an exception (with a misleading text line 143).

Error: While Copying Standard Program FBCJ

Dear Experts,
I tried to copy the standard program because the requirement was to change the menu fuction for save and post.
So i copied the T.Code FBCJ to ZFBCJ. It Copied Successfully and i assigned the tcode also. But While executing the T code
the system Shows the error message
"System error in routine FI_TAX_GET_TXJCD_STRUCTURE
error code 1 function builder TAX2"
Kinldy help me to resolve this issue.
Waiting for your valuable replies.

Hi,
are the both client environments hav same version (ECC 6).
In ECC 6 version type X is not allowed.
To avoid this problem,
you need to declare the field of TYPE C.
you need to get the value from Cl_ABAP_CHAR_UTILITIES.

Error while installing Standard BI Content- Datasource not maintained

Hi,
While installing Standard BI Content, namely MultiProviders within Cost Center Accounting, I am getting the following error:
DataSource 0DBDUNSIMPORT_ATTR not maintained_
I am collecting the MP with Grouping-in Dataflow below for installation. The installation ends in error. However within InfoProviders tab the MP's are shown active. Is the above mentioned error going to have any advese impact during data load ? What is the procedure to get it rectified ?

Hi,
When you collect objects during installating business content, the system will collect all the datasources pertaining to the main object. Once the collection is done, system will display all the datasources which are not activated below. Check if you need all those datasources for your modelling. Usually for data sources for attributes and texts will end up in RED. You can just ignore and continue to install if you dont require in your development.
In our implementation we dont use DUNNING, so we just ignored and installed. Installation was successful, But sometimes you will get warnings which you need to check.

Error while creating function filter for SAP R3 destination

Hi All,
I am using SAP Portal Add-in 1.0 Patch 3 for Visual Studio 2003 with SAP Portal Runtime 1.0 Patch 3 for Microsoft .NET and SAPDotNetConnector2.0.
Portal server is successfully added to my server explorer.SAP R3 system destination is also added succesfully ,but when i create a function filter
for my destination function to add my RFC enabled function module it gives me an error message "Missing R3NAME=... or ASHOST=... in connect_param in RfcOpenEx",but when i log into the R3 system from portal system ,I am able to log successfully.

what should I do,plz help me.

3 things:
1. When you say "but when i log into the R3 system from portal system ,I am able to log successfully"... what do you mean exactly? Do you mean you tried to do a "test connection"?
2. Make sure the portal user mapping is set to "user & password" and not SSO. In order to work with the destination in design time you need to have it set to User and Password. Later, for run-time connection you can change it to SSO.
3. If number 2 failed, can you please click on the destination in the server explorer and look at the property grid for the connection string property? make sure it's correct (you can post it here if you don't know).

Error while exporting ABAP programs for transport

In the process of exporting my abap programs so that they can be transported, I released my work request.
However, during release, errors were encountered, and the status of the release was set to 'Release Started'.
The error encountered was
'[STOP ICON] ===> HALT: rscpi_init fails with rc = 1 (twconv. c:957) Please contact the SAP support.'

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

Error While "Check in" of a orignal in DIR

I am trying to attach the orignals to DIR's in SAP. These orignals are PDF files and they are located on a external shared network drive. I need to run this process in background as i need to upload around 60000 orignals. I am able to upload the orignal successfully with FM "BAPI_DOCUMENT_LOAD" in background mode. But now when i try to checkin the uploaded orignals with FM "CVAPI_DOC_CHECKIN", it gives me an error saying "Error While checking in and storing XXXX". Any clues in this would be very helpful.

Dear Charitha,
You have placed the file on the application server and trying to access via front end.The presence of file on the application server could be seen via AL11 however you cannot access the file directly from windows. This is the reason you get an error.
For checking in originals in background, API functions are much more flexible. Therefore please see also SAP note 504692, which includes several sample programs which could be helpful by checking in original files in background.
The document BAPIs always require a SAPGUI or an open RFC connection, because this channel is required to start the program SAPHTTP (or SAPFTP) on the client for the check-in. When the BAPI is used in background, the system doesn't know where to get the original files from.
Please note that the functionality you would like to realize is a very special one for which no standard solution exists. However, API-s are more flexible in some cases, i.e. CVAPI_DOC_CHECKIN with RFC destinations defined as SAPHTTPA/SAPFTPA could fulfill your requirements.
Further please see also the SAP note 796709 which contain also necessary information for this action too. In note 766277 you will find also a complete documentation of all available DMS BAPIs in the attachment. Unfortunately there is not standard solution for such scenarios like explained by you. Because a lot of environment variables could influence the BAPI behavior.
As additional information source kindly go through the note 729800. This will be of use for the current issue. If one uses BAPI's in via RFC-Lib, the ABAP-System makes a callback and starts the saphttp, sapftp via the open RFC channel. Therefore the RFC-Client has to allow this by calling RfcAllowStartProgram("sapftp;saphttp"). SAP note 144256 clearly describes the process.

E26 253 Error while checking in and storing: \\sapserver\file.tif

Hi Experts,
I have now been fighting with this problem for a couple of weeks, and not been able to solve the issue.
My problem is to upload/check-in documents from the application serve in background.
I have a program to create DIF and attach files using BAPI_DOCUMENT_CREATE2.
When I'm running the program in foreground there is no problem.
When I run it in background I get the error message E26 254 Error while checking in and storing:
sapserver\file.tif
I have checked that the background process can see the document on the server and that is OK, so the problem must be within the actual storing of the document in DMS in the BAPI.
Any input to how I can solve this issue is appreciated.

We have now done some testing.
We got it to work on one of our systems but not on the other
I ran report RSCMST on both systems with the same backend directory. (A directory on the application server of the one that fails).
Running this report I get this result on the system that does not work.

What can I do?
If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system TRG in transaction ST22.
If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server PPLKHIDR05_TRG_00 in transaction SM21.
If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 0 in transaction ST11 on the application server PPLKHIDR05_TRG_00 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.
If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.
Any suggestions on how to resolve the error?
