Error while creating Callable object

Hi,
I had developed a form through Adobe Life Cycle Designer and now am creating a caalable object for a standalone interactive form.In the Set Configuration step i'am trying to Use the Process "Time of Process" which is a default process template available under Examples Foldr,but when am trying to use it is giving me an error "Unable to check chosen process for default users: No active version of the given development object exists; contact your system administrator".
Please anybody help me in this issue.

Now I want to create a callable object from portal
I'm choosing the following options Guided Procedurers-->DesignTime>Create callable object-->userinterface>webdynprocomponent(GP interface)
On entering the required data on the displayed page, when I'm clicking 'next' option it is giving "500 internal server error".
Can somebody help how to resolve this.

Error while creating PDF object

We are using Adobe Interactive Forms with Guided Procedures. Netweaver 7.0 SP14 (Dual stack Java & Abap). All was working well it appears until we configured SSL for ADS - don't know for sure if this caused the problem but it is the only change we can identify around the time that our problems began.
When we attempt to Create an Impersonalized Form we receive the following error -
Cannot retrieve template structure: Execution ended in an unrecognized state
When we attempt to test a callable object associated with an interactive form we receive -
Error while creating PDF object: PDF object could not be created; object returned from ADS is null.
In both cases the entries in the default trace log are the same -
Service XMLFormService: Native process (PID=0) /usr/sap/UFD/DVEBMGS02/j2ee/os_libs/adssap/XMLFormService/bin/XMLForm.exe terminated abnormally with error code 134
PDF object could not be created; object returned from ADS is null

Joe,
If you originally configured ADS without SSL, I would recommend going back through the ADS Configuration Guide for your NetWeaver stack and make sure all the necessary changes for SSL were made. I've seen another case where a step was missed in SSL configuration for ADS which caused a form to error.
If everything looks good based on your SSL configuration, I would recommend creating an OSS Note.

The maximum length supported by one CHAR type infoobject is 60. Check whether you have assigned more.
If you have to load more length ( more than 60) split the total thing into different infoobjects. Create different infoobjects and split the total thing into them - like 1st 60 char in 1st infoobject, char 61-120 in 2nd infoobject and so on. Then you can again concatenate them.

Error while creating Business Object

Hello All,
I am creating one business object for the Chapter ID. But while creating API method the error message is coming up as "Parameter <parametername> does not have a reference structure".
But I already defined BAPI Structure which has the required fields and also i follow the Std. naming convenions.
Kindly guide me for the same.

At the moment I can only guess that you created an adaptive RFC model. But did you also create a context node and bind the model to it?
What do you mean with "creating API method" and "I am creating one business object for the Chapter ID"?

Hi,
How many actions are there in your process?. Is it having only one action that is Web service?.
I think, The process should at least contain one UI action.
If your process is having multiple actions, there may problem with other actions. Test the web service action seperately to confirm this.

Getting error while creating SPSite object in console application

Hi,
I am getting error "The Web application at
http://myWebApp/sites/siteCol could not be found. Verify that you have typed the URL correctly. If the URL should be serving existing content, the system administrator may need to add a new request URL mapping to the intended application." whenever
I try to execute the below code in my console application.

I tried to change the platform target to AnyCpu,
I tried to wrap it with SP.RunWithElevatedPrivileges
but all above didn't solve the error.
Any suggestions?

Error while creating DocumentBuilderFactory object for parsing XML string

When I try to execute the following statement in an EJB class,
DocumentBuilderFactory df=DocumentBuilderFactory.newInstance();
I get the following exception:
javax.xml.parsers.FactoryConfigurationError: Provider org.apache.crimson.jaxp.DocumentBuilderFactoryImpl not found
When the same statement is executed from a standalone java class, it works fine.
The IDE used is Visual Age for Java.
The JAXP package used is JAXP 1.0.1
Can anybody please let me know how can we overcome this problem?

foundI suspect that this may be due to a classpath issue and/or a Java version issue. Doe your Visual Age installation use Java 1.3? Do you have Sun Java 1.4 also installed on your system? It may be that when you are executing from a standalone Java class, that you are using the Java 1.4 runtime, which include the org.apach.crimson.* classes. Earlier version of Java do not include this, although it may be in the JAXP package.
I think that your Visual Age IDE is configured such that the DocumentBuilderFactory is unable to find the appropriate implementation.

When you say you're having trouble "opening" the BPM Object, is it possible you instead mean you're having trouble expanding the BPM Object?
Just a guess, but if you're having trouble expanding the BPM Object I'd suspect that the object's xcdl contents might be corrupted. You might want to consider exporting and saving a backup of the project and then try deleting the object from the Project Navigator. Rebuild the BPM Object once you've deleted it.
