Hi Experts,
Extended Classic scenario (SRM 7.0 with ECC 6.0) While Creating Manual Service PO in SRM i am getting the below mentioned error messages. Can any one suggest what could be the problem.
Error Msgs:
1. Backend Error:In case of account assignment, please enter acc. assignment data for item
2. Backend Error:Purchase order still contains faulty items

I mean SC with services and PO with services in SRM without hierarchies

Error while creating manual planned order in apo

Dear expert
While I am creating manual planned order i am getting error as message /sapapo/rrp251
Every thing is correct BOM and PV's no error after consistency check and it getting succesfully transffered to APO and it is also visible in APO
But while creating manual planned orders planned order are not getting generated I am using BLock planning with PPDS
Please help How to resolve it

The error message /SAPAPO/RRP251 - Error occurred while creating order means While creating an order, the system encountered problems, such as, for example, no available components or components that are available late, orders that could not be scheduled, and so on.
I think system attempted to solve the availability problems by using alternative procurement options. This was not successful. The order could not be created. Check the exceptional situations in the planning protocol, under Goto -> Planning log, and deal with the causes of the exceptional situations if this is possible or necessary.

Display info records while creating a shopping cart in Extended Classic

Hi ,
i am working on Extended Classic Scenario in SRM 5.0.
I have created an info record in R/3 Backend.
when i create a shopping cart with the relavant information system is not showing up the required info record that is maintained in the R/3 system.
Please respond to this problem ASAP.

Service Procurement in Extended Classic Scenario

Hi,
We are planning to use SRM 7 EHP 1 with backend ECC 6 EHP 4. We are leaning toward the extended classic scenario. However we are a bit confused reading some documentation that saying Service Procurement classic can only be used in classic scenario.
What does this mean? To put this in more simple, can we have this scenario in extended classic deployment:
PDP:
1. We create PR with 2 items, each item have 3 sub-line services,
2. We push this PR to SRM
3. We create PO in SRM and it is copied to ECC.
4. PO will have 2 items, with each item have 3 sub-line services.
Self Service Procurement:
1. We create SC with 2 items, each items have 3 sub-line services,
2. We create PO in SRM and it is copied to ECC
3. PO will have 2 items, with each item have 3 sub-line services.

Self Service Procurement:

The shopping cart and PO in local SRM system does not support service hierarchy (Service subline) in the system.
PDP:
1. We create PR with 2 items, each item have 3 sub-line services,
2. We push this PR to SRM
3. We create PO in SRM and it is copied to ECC.
4. PO will have 2 items, with each item have 3 sub-line services.
Here also, the system will not create po in the local srm system. The local PO cannot support service hierarchy. The system by default create the purchase order in the backend system directly.

Error while creating the service entry sheet in PRD

Hi All,
We are in SAP R/3 4.7 Version. OF39 settings are 58 & 61 Statistical update only ! Now my case is i assigned Rs.100 Budget agaisnt one FC & Comitmetn item & created one service Purchase order Rs.80 & Make down payment against same PO Rs.80.
Now as per above mentioned scenario ,system should allow new Purchase order creation for Rs. 20. But my system is allowing to create up to Rs.100. I am very much sure system not allowed the same and also allow for service entry creation for first PO. But system given error message while doing the Service sheet.
Kindly advice. OF39 settings are OK .Both are statistical only

Hi Manisuma, statistical update is recommended to be used only at the begining of a document chain (i.e.purchase requisition or funds reservation) cause if you set it in intermediate documents as you did the budget is set as available, in your example the downpayment reduces the purchase order commitment, and as the downpayment is statistical it does not affect the Availability Control, so the amount (80 in your example) becomes available again so new commitments/actual can be created.

Ibase and configuration error while creating a Service Contract

I am creating a Service Contract programatically and not manually through the T-code CRMD_ORDER.

Error while creating a Service Naming for OID

I have installed Fussion Middleware 11.1.1.0.7 in REDHAT 32 bit, and configured the OID without a domain.
database is 11g resides in another machine which a AIX machine. Configuration went successfully.
Checked the status of OID

Error while creating Repository Service in informatica

When i try to create repository service informatica8.1.1.I'm getting the below error
driverconnect.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.We are sorry for the inconvenience.

since your error message is not completely represented over here,my guess is you are not providing the exact repository name as what you mentioned during the installation.please chek the repository name that you provided
for example : during installation the defualt repository name might been 'PowerCenter' and you might be entering some other repository name while connecting i.e 'Oracle_BI_DW_Base' .
check this and let me known.

Error while creating web service reference

Hi,
I have very limited knowledge of web services. we have a BPEL implementation and I have been handed location to 3 wsdl files for which I am trying to create a web service reference(under shared component->logic) in apex(3.1.1). I am successfully able to create for 1 wsdl but for other two i get the below error.
"1 error has occurred
The WSDL document contains multiple SOAP bindings. Application Express only supports WSDL's with one SOAP binding. Click Create Web Service Reference Manually to continue creating a reference for this service."
looking at the working and not working wsdls, i see the following difference. i collapsed all the xml tags in the wsdl file and found that the one that is not working and giving above error has the below two tags twice with data in it.

any help to parse this wsdl in APEX be greatly appreciated.

..still reading it. though the post is dated back in 2008, I wonder why this functionality wasn't added to Apex.

Error while creating the service pr

Dear All,
i have one Currency change while creating the PR issue
i have co code currenecy is USD while creating the material PR sysytem is
allowing to change the USD currency in AED Currency modifible condition where as if iam creating the Service pr system is default USD In hide mode but my user want to create the Service pr in AED.
So please help me ASAP.

The currency in service PR/PO is fetched from service condition master,
Change the Currency in Deliv/Inv Tab, which will change the currency in service condition or manually change in the service condition master, so each time currency in PR needs not to be changed by user.

I found the solution, the problem was that i didn't have the last SP of WCEM 3.0.
I have an another question for you guys:
Is it possible to customize(rename the fields) the workcenter/menu on the WCEM?
