Error while creating the support message through "Help" in sol Man system

Hi All,
I am creating the support ticket in solution manager system through "Help". After entering priority, short & long description, i am getting following error:
Error in Local Message System: Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible. Message was Not Created
Message no. BCOS088
Note: Component is getting defaulted.
Please guide me on this

In the satellite systems :
In view 'Create Messages: Customizing' (Transaction SM30, view BCOS_CUST), make the following settings for the application OSS_MSG:
Column 1: Application: OSS_MSG
Column 2: + : W
Column 3: RFC Destination:  
Column 4: + : CUST620
Column 5: + : 1.0
Note:
We recommend to use the back destination you have already created.
If you want to use a back destination you have created before SAP Solution Manager Release 3.20 SP05, proceed as follows in the SAP Solution Manager System:
Generate the following roles in transaction PFCG.
Assign the following roles additionally to the user for the back destination:
SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE
SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN

    I am facing an error while sending a support message to solman form the satellite system
    (( Error Description :  Error in Local Message System: Error when opening
    an RFC connection Message was Not Created ))
    1) I gone through various threads and set the required authorizations like
    SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE and
    SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN ,
    SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN
    for the user in the solman .
    2) I checked the RFC connection and it is working fine.
    Anyone pls help me to resolve this issue

    do i have to assign the roles to the user in the satellite system or the solman.
    some roles in those 4 roles are not in the satellite system.

    Dear Experts
    I have searched the forum but i didn't find the desired solution. Can any one please provide me the solution for this problem. I am getting this error "An error occured while creating the original in the Knowledge Provider with Message No: 26296" while checking an original file to KPRO. I have searched in the table "SDOKPROP" the all DMS entries are proper as per below thread

    Hi Prasad,
    Are you getting only the error, or are you getting any ABAP Short Dump while saving the DIR?
    The table setting SDOKPROP as emtnioned in the thread/wiki is required if you get ABAP Dump.
    Otherwise there could be problems with your Content Server. Check in CSADMIN whether all content repositories are running fine..
    Also check with the BASIS perosn whether Adminstration rights are given for the content server service

  • Set sap Component mandatory while creating the support desk message

    Hi,
       When create the support desk message from any application sysytem, the sap component get selected automatically but when we create the suppport desk message from the Easy Access the component wiil be blank, so some user create the support message without giving the component. So we want to make the component as mandatory while createing the support desk message from application system and also  set mandatory  when we create support message in solman.can anybody help me in setting component mandatory.

    The logic of setting the SAP Component mandatory is explained in the note 640532.

    Try the following in the ERP backend system:
    Standard Hierarchy Inconsistencies
    Issue: one Cost Center is repeating in more than one node in Cost Center Standard Hierarchy.
    Update from SAP Global support, the following was the email received:
    in transaction KSH3 please run both the ambiguity and completeness check(Menu -> Extras -> Check and Help functions).
    If you think that your standard hierarchy is inconsistent you can check that as following:
    Run transaction Extras -> Hierarchy - Master data -> Test. The result shows you if there are in consistencies. If that is the case run also Extras -> Hierarchy - Master data -> Comparison.
    Alternatively, you can run the report 'RKCORRH1' (TN SE38).
    Run both the Hierarchy->Master data->test and the
    Hierarchy->Master data->comparison.
    As stated above inconsistency message showed after Test. Run the comparison and you get a similar message.
    Once the above two are run, again when you go to test, the inconsistency disappears.

    For creating a variable of schema element type I am doing the following steps...
    Select 'Variables' after right clicking on bpel process. IN this window, go to 'Create VAriable' then select 'Element' type. Now in Type Choose, I expanded the my imported schema files. And selected a element type, then click ok to create this variable... I am getting the message...
    IN ORDER TO SAVE IMPORTED WSDL/SCHEMA FILES, YOU MUST HAVE A PARTNER LINK LOCATED UNDER THE CURRENT PROJECT DIRECTORY.
    What is mean by that.
    I have imported the schema files in project. AFter that I have imported them into the WSDL also. Now why I am getting error while creating the variable. However I can create variable directly in .BPEL file then everything is fine. And it is working also. But what is mean with the above error? Why I am not able to create variable through GUI?

    I have this same problem this morning, and I was going crazy, until I found this webpage on the internet:

    The idea is that the jdeveloper is not very good working with directories with spaces on the directory name. If you move all your work to a directory without spaces, it will work smoothly. At least, it had worked for me.

    I am getting error while creating the DWH tables using DAC. I have created a ODBC DSN using merant driver with DAC repository DB credentials and the test connection is successful.     The fact that you are getting an "ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied" message indicates that you are at least talking to the database.
    The log shows that username "infdomain" is being used. Can you double check the username and password you have in DAC in a SQL*Plus/SQL Developer session?

    Hi,
    In the HTTP Receiver what is the Addressing Type used ? (URL Address or HTTP Destination).
    If its URL Addressing Type, check if right Authentication Type is used with valid values and for HTTP Addressing Type check this HTTP Client Create Error, it could be helpful.
    Also check if the Target system can be reached from the XI server to validate the configuration parameters.

    One of my Customer is facing the below error while creatting the parameter of type 'LOV' in Parameter applet in Siebel 8.1.1.5

  • Problems with FL Studio: "Error while creating the ASIO driver."

    I'm trying to use ASIO with FL Studio with my SB Live 24-Bit USB sound card. However, whenever I select "Creative ASIO USB" as my output device, I get the message "Insufficient USB Bandwidth. This device will reset to its default ASIO settings.", followed by "Error while creating the ASIO driver."
    I've tried unplugging all other USB devices, switching USB ports, using a PCMIA USB 2.0 card, using Monster USB cables; all to no avail. It seems to me that there is plenty of USB bandwidth available but ASIO simply refuses to work.
    Here are my laptop's specs (it's ancient but still good enough to run FL Studio):
    P4 3.40GHz HT
    1024MB PC3200 DDR RAM
    SB Live 24-Bit USB sound card
    128MB ATI Mobility Radeon 9700
    Any suggestions?

    It's OK, though, because I figured out the problem on my own. I had to change the "Device Control" settings in the Control Panel from 16 to 24-bit. Don't know why this would affect USB bandwidth, but whatever.

    hello friends,
    i have two doubts
    1)
    i am getting the error while creating the structure in se11.
    well i am creating the structure in the following way
    in component i am giving the values as bom and in component type i am giving the value as meins.
    i am getting the status warning message as the below
    'field name does not agree with the proposed name base_bom for bapi table'
    2)
    and more over can we create the structure as the follwing in se11.
    component = f1 and
    component type =  tablename-fieldname
    when i am doing in the second way i am getting the error as the following table is not active though the table is active

    no need to give tablenme-fieldname k.

  • Error while creating the product group by MC84

    Hello Friends,
    I am creating the product group by MC84, and in product group field i have given the product group name i.e P2345, and its description i.e product group for waluj, plant i.e cw01 and Base unit i.e KG.Now when i press enter system is throwing the error"The field is defined as the required field;it doesnot contain an entry."Message no.MG144.And with this error system is placing the cursor on product group field.As i have already given product group name than also system is throwing the error.
    Though i know the alternative method to create product group by MMO1 and selecting the material type PROD, then also i want to know why system is throwing the error while creating the product group by MC84.
       Please guide.

    This message says that you have not entered a mandatory field.Enter proper values for all mandatory fields and then you will not get this error.
    Try to create the product group as material of material type"PROD"
    Then you go on adding the memebers in SOP Transaction.
    In some of the versions of SAP it is the problem.
    I have also faced this problem in some versions.

  • WWC-00000 error while creating the user

    Any one can help me on the WWC-00000 error while creating the

    This error trace is not sufficient to understand the issue and at what step you got this error.
    First tell me, did you got the User Admin Tab in your portal access. if yes.. did you got the next step...which is Identity Management. Please elaborate when did you got this error (i mean at what step) after that only we can give it a try.

    1.Run Transaction - /BA1/F0_SGS_START
    2.Entered the name of the structure and try to "activate". 
    3.It will get Active without any inconsistency.
