Error while deploying "findme" example

Question

Hello,
I'm evaluating the SIP Server 2.1 and want to test the "findme" example. The example builds correctly but an error occurs when it's beeing deployed in a running weblogic server. In short, it is NullPointerException llcated in an object of type "ContextEventHook".
Any idea ?

Hey venkatravuri,
does a dir called dist exist in yr hello\ folder if yes....
the path has to be c:\jwsdp1.1\docs\tutorial\jaxrpc\hello\dist\hello-jaxrpc.war This is where the war file would be placed.
c:\jakarta-ant..\->? actuall if u have JWSDP this folder will be inside c:\jwsdp1.1\ .
Make sure that u have set the environment variables correctly. Also "ant build" does all the neccesary steps. U can mannually copy and paste the hello-jaxrpc.war in c:\jwsdp\webapps\ dir and open the browser and type http:\\localhost:8080\hello-jaxrpc\hello as specified in the tutorial.
........If u have not got this->Another method that will exclude the ant build com is these...
ant compile-server---------> this will create the neccessary dirs and compilation
ant setup-web-inf-------->....
ant package
ant process-war
then
ant deploy----------> this can be substituted with mannual placing of files as mentioined above
