Error while executing query in query designer and RSRT.

Hello All,
At none of the places (BI--> RSRT or via query designer GUI) my query is executing properly .
At RSRT the error message ---
At Bex Query designer the error msg--
Checked the data at the sales-infocube level , the data is absolutely ok.

Hi,
Have checked both the places, backend cube as well as the filter conditions of the query ,everything is in sync.
to make the query more simple i have removed the charateristics restrictions then ran the query , but still getting the same error.
Am just attaching the screenshot of the query layout, for your reference.
Regarding connectivity to access the portal, how it can be established.

I think this is something to do with the bex web 0ANALYSIS* objects not being installed in your BW system.
I would try and do the following:
- Goto RSA1 > BI Content > BEx Web Template (BTMP)
- Then double-click on Select Object.
- Highlight all objects that start with 0ANALYSIS_PATTERN
- Click on Transfer Selections, and then Install.
If you can't do the above in prd, do it in DEV, then transport the objects to prd.
After all this, try re-running your queries.

Error while executing the workbook query.

Hi guyz
i'm getting an error while executing the workbook Query. The actual problem is there is a filter for REQUID in the query definition for removing the doble count. there is customer exit written. the report works fine in DEVELOPMENT but it is not working in quality.
The query on which this workbook is created is working fine, but the problem is when we execute the workbook i'm facing this issue.
we re-transported the queries but still we are facing the same problem.
while we execute the query we are prompted for variable entry(Optional) for date. when we press OK we get the below error
" NO SID value found for the value REQU_4DQT75Y2RJPVT4PXZ4LHC70V3 of characteristic"
the request is not available in the BW system. the request was deleted long back, but it is still referring to the same the request id
could someone please tell me where we went wrong and why we are getting this error.

Hey ,I think data load to your target on which the query was based had some issue.
Can you check the data load to the data target.change the status of request concerned to red and delete.do reconstruct if neeed..I think the request had some issue.
Even you can go to RSRQ or RSMO and filter on the basis of this request and see its status.

ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace PSTEMP i'm getting this error while i'm executing the sql query for selecting the data.

I am having 44GB of temp space, while executing the below query my temp space is getting full, Expert please let us know how the issue can be resolved..
1. I dont want to increase the temp space

Error while executing report from Query designer

Hi All,
When I am executing from query designer, I am getting following error.
Even I can't execute it from another portal where i created source system of BI server.
But i can execute queriew from Query analyser and t-code RSRT.
When I execute from Query desinger the url is as follows.

Hello everyone,
I'm executing the below query on Oracle 9.2.0.8 version.

and I encounter following error:
ORA-01790: expression must have same datatype as corresponding expression
But instead of * if I'm specifying a list of few columns, it executes the query properly.
Can anybody tell me what the problem is ?

Hi,
All columns in your tables TTL_HDR and TTL_HDR_HIS are not with same data type.
I'm sure you get same error if you specify all columns that * brings.
Specify column names and use conversion function to get data type same to column from both selects.

Error while executing huge no.of records in RSRT

Hi Everyone,
I have around 80000 records in our customized infocube, while executing the query for this in RSRT it throws up this runtime error.
As before suggested I set the mode to application server as explained in oss note 656060 which was suggested earlier in this forum.
Now this is the error message it throws up what can be done.

ORA-01653 error while executing a select query over DBLINK

Hi,
We have a query that is running to extract some data from a remote DB over DBLINK.
The query is failing by throwing the error "ORA-01653 -- Unable to extend.........".
Is this a problem with the "temp" tablespace of local database or is this with the "temp" tablespace of remote DB.
As far as my knowledge goes, I guess any statement , selecting data over dblink where the query is being fired actually in remote db over dblink uses the temp tablespace of that DB only and hence the problem should be with the temp tablespace of remote db only but I am not very sure about this.
Is there any chance that it can be problem with "temp" tablespace of local DB from where the query is being fired over dblink.
It would be really helpful if anyone can throw some light on this.

The error stack will normally tell you if the exception is raised in the remote database.
You might try using the driving_site hint (see performance guide) to push work to the remote site or pull it local. It all depends on your particular query and explain plan.
Remember to use { code } (without the embedded spaces) tags to frame your code and explain plan so it remains formatted, if you post it here.

AQ_AD_HOC221 Error while executing the infoset query

Hi Gurus,
I have created one infoset using LDB PNPCE and added custom fields to IT 0021 and 0041.
But when I am going to transaction SQ01 and selecting the selection criteria and including the fields from IT 0021
in the output. Now when I press on the output push button, I am getting the error mesage no. AQ_AD_HOC221
"Error when generating the report (see long text)."
I tried to search the forum for this error. I found out that many people are facing this problem, but could not find any exact solution. One more point, when I am selecting only one custom field from the IT0021, it is working well. But when I am selecting
more than one custom fields from IT0021, it is giving me the above error.

Usually this error it's because you have a problem in Query Program (SE38) with parameters.
For example: Duplicated parameter.

hello experts,
I am facing following error while executing one HR query through rsrt.
"System error in program SAPLRRI2 and form REP_ASSIGN_INITIAL_OPT-01- (see long text) "
while executing query through rsrt it automatically goes to debug mode, coming out of debug mode i get the screan showing above error message.
What would be an issue?

I havent kept any execlusion selection. Though i saw long text, it is like this:

We've recently upgraded Virsa to version 5.3_14 . I'm encountering a problem when executing the Batch Risk Analysis job for users, roles and profiles. The job does not complete for some objects and it seems to be sporadic and shows this error: -

Web Analysis Error -- Error while executing query and retrieving data

Regarding Web Analysis:
We have a number of reports that we created. yesterday they were all working fine. today we try to open them and most are generating an error.
The error is:
Error while executing query and retrieving data.; nested exception is:
com.hyperion.ap.APException: [1033] Native:
1013033[Thu Oct 22 09:08:17
2009]server name/application name/database name/user name/Error91013033)
ReportWriter exit abnormally
Does anyone have any insight into what is going on?
My version information is:
Hyperion System 9 BI+ Analytic Administration Services 9.3.0.1.1 Build 2
Web Analysis 9.3.0.0.0.286

And also click on check option by opening the query in Query designer,as Mr . Arun suggested.
And if you get any error in checking, see the long message(detail).

ORA-01722: Error while executing query in Query Designer

Hi All;
I am getting the below error while executing a query
ORA-01722: invalid number
Error reading the data of InfoProvider
Error while reading data; navigation is possible
Have anyone encountered this before? How do i resolve this?

Hi,
Did you checked all the setting required to run this query are present in the Qualtiy system??
Which means all the characteristics,key figures are in active state.
Also all the cubes are in active state with no issues with the involved in the dimensions used for the query.
Also do a check in the query and if you have authorization try to save the same query and execute the saved one again in quality and see if the same error happens again.
