Error while extracting ODS data using Infospoke

Hello Gurus,
I am not able to extract any ODS data using Infospoke. Let me describe the step by step process:
I have created one infospoke for ODS data and i am selecting a 'File' option in the destination tab of infospoke. We are trying to land this file over to BW Server (on the default directory DIR_HOME). When I start executing the Infospoke in a dialog mode, I am getting the following error in the monitor screen:
- Editing or Reading of data packet cancelled
- System Error: RSDRC/FORM AUTHORITY_CHECK
- Extraction Cube: Error in DataManager API
- Cancelled.
I can see two files created on BW Server in the Transaction screen AL 11. But the data file is empty.
Does anyone know, why is doing this?
Is there any authorization restriction, for extracting this transaction data? (I checked my profile and I have all the authorization granted)
Is there any directory size related restriction, which prevents to extract and land this data over to default DIR?
I am able to extract the Master Data files but not ODS data. Why is that?
any idea or step by step procedure will be highly appreciated.

    It´s very difficult to help you without knowing
    - what is going to be transferred
    - where you get this error
    - system configuration
    - actual memory usage
    - operating system
    - database and configuration etc. etc.etc. etc.
    I suggest you open an OSS call and let the support have a look on your system. It´s much easier if one has system access to find out the cause for that problem.

    You have to create RC29P-IDNRK(var) using concatenate statement. Try this.
    DATA: new_mark TYPE bdcdata-fnam.
    CONCATENATE 'RC29P-IDNRK(' var ')' INTO new_mark.
    PERFORM bdc_field USING new_mark W_BOM-QTY

    As you don't seam to mind the outcome, just might just use them...

    But you don't seem to like to read documentation or learn about how the tools work or anything like that.
    Therefore I gave you s simple way to reach your goal.
    Of course it's possible to reuse the user.
    But then you would have to deal with already existing tables, already existing data etc.
    You don't seem to be able to do that. So, the easy steps might be better suited for your needs.

    yes contact basis is the right way
    try to double click the DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_RSQL if you interest with more detail error info, by viewing the short dump (transaction st22 can be used), transaction sm21 may also helpful, if authorization is granted.

    Thanks a lot for the reply. But i found that its running fine in development, where as coming to quality its throwing an error. These happened for Two DSO's. In both the transformations i have identified that the Transformation names are different from Development and Quality..
    There are no routines written for them and no select statements have been used
    Can you please suggest me regarding the same.

    The Error Message : Member (H1) of dimension (ENTITY) is not a base member (parent or formula)

    Hi,
    You are trying to send data to a parent/node, you can only send data in BPC to lowest-level children (base mamabers) of any dimension.
    "H1" is a parent in the entity dimension so you should try sending to a child.

    I am trying to extract vendor data from R/3(ECC6.0) system to XI using Tcode MDM_CLNT_EXTR.
    already I have maintained partner profile for the same.
    I have given the necessary details like Creditor_extract,Target System and Distribution Mode as initial load.asusaully extraction process started and I found error in log file like"Table MASTER_IDOC_DATA is empty". Please help me if anyboday have idea about this.

    Hi Ravi,
    you've got to set up the message type MDMRECEIPT for the Idoc distribution from R/3 to XI. Check chapter 5.2 in the IT configuration guide available on <a href="http://service.sap.com/installmdm">MDM Documentation Center</a>. It describes the necessary steps.

    I am extracting HR data from R/3 system.
    It is throwing the below error message.
    Error: Splitting error User Exit employee/date/hrs 00100545 20071106 2.000
    I am not sure how to rectify this error. Is this issue with data in R/3? Does it have to be corrected in R/3?

    can you tell me if there are any routines used to split the employee, date and hrs fields data?
    If so check for the code is with our systez errors?
    What is the source system?
    what is the data source?
    Did you check for how the data exist in the source? goto RSA3 and check for the data how it look like for the employee , date and hrs records.

  • Getting error while importing the data using loadercli

    Hello,
    I want to copy the data using export/ import  via (loadercli).
    scenario:
    1) I have 2 server and i want to export data from old server and import in to new MAXDB server using loadercli.
    I have done this once and it went fine , but now I want to do the export import again so i will have te latest data on the new server.
    when i tried to do that it gives error that the table already exist . Can i use loadercli to import hte data again ?
    can any one help me in this ?

    Hi KK,
    If it is a CSV file you need to select 'data format' as CSV... and 'data separator' as ',' in the extraction tab
    Assign points if this helps.

    I also am getting the same error under the same circumstances.  I understand that RS_FIND_ISOSMAP_DUPREC will give a list of duplicate records in RSISOSMAP.  How then are the duplicate records deleted?
    Any ideas on what caused the duplicate records to be created?  I did have some trouble connecting the source system to BW.

  • Error while loading external data using Business Content

    I am new to BW and I'm stuck up with this problem.
    I'm trying to load data from external file using business content cube(0PUR_C01)and infosources(2LIS_02_ITM/S012/SCL).
    I first installed the above mentioned cube and data sources.
    Then I activated the update rules and transfer rules, without any changes.(I don't know what changes might be required!)
    Monitor is showing successful load but the cube has 0 enteries.
    Even the simulation of update is showing data in the data target.
    Can someone please guide me through this ?

    Welcome to SDN !! Does your monitor shows any records extracted till PSA ? Go to the details tab -> processing and click on each node to check what monitor shows.
