Error while generating XSD in MDMGX in CRM

hi
i am trying to generate XSD for article master in CRM .
in mdmgx ,  when i click generate XSD ,i get following error.
:No customizing entries found for this extraction"
if anybody got this same error , please share how  u solved it

Hi Akhil,
Did you define "Define Repositories and FTP Servers" in transaction MDMGX before Generating XSD under Transaction "MDMGX" in CRM.
In transaction MDMGX, for defining "Define Repositories and FTP Servers"
You have to give here Repository Logical Name( Anything), under object type select "Article", in Reposit.name(code)= define the exact name as u have given in MDM Console (take care of case-sensitive) eg if inMDM console your Repository having name "XYZ" then here you have to give same "XYZ", in FTP server fill here : FTP://IPaddress of your MDM server in MDM root, IPaddressofyour MDM server_underlying database server, e.g if IP is 10.9.5.7 and you are using Sql-server then fill 10.9.5.5_MSQL, in clnt code give the same clnt code which have you given in MDM console in Admin under "Remote System" Code then define clnt system type and lang as EN. then save it .
After this under Generate XSD select the settings corresponding to your bove defined Repost.Name(Code) ,in file directory give the path to your desktop.it should work.
Note :Also Please check,  is there any need to apply sap Note  in your CRM system or not .
