Error while installing 11g obiee

Question

I am trying to install obiee 11g on my windows 7system
i have installed oracle version 11.1.0.7 as backend
and when i creating rcu utility it getting me a warning
"The database you are connecting is with non-AL32UTF8 Character set. oracle strongly recommends using of AL32UTF8 as database character set."
I am ignoring it and while selecting the component from next step it throw me error
2011-06-28 08:23:44.356 ERROR rcu: oracle.sysman.assistants.rcu.backend.task.ActualTask::run: RCU Operation Failed
oracle.sysman.assistants.common.task.TaskExecutionException: RCU-6083:Failed - Check prerequisites requirement for selected component:BIPLATFORM

Component : BIPLATFORM
Error : Repository creation check failed.
Cause : Must connect as SYSDBA to create BIPLATFORM repository.
Action : Connect to the database as SYSDBA. For example, you can login
to the database using the SYS account.

Hi,
The error which was mentioned "The database you are connecting is with non-AL32UTF8 Character set. oracle strongly recommends using of AL32UTF8 as database character set." can be ignored.
"Error : Repository creation check failed." came because while creating the RCU, u must provide the sys user and password as it would created the required "BIPLATFORM"and "BIDEV" users. The error came because u did not use the sys user ....
