Error while installing Healthcare Library of SOA 11.1.1.7

Hi Anuj,
I have tried to install Healthcare library of SOA 11.1.1.7(PS6). For installation i have followed the following link given posted by you.

I am unable to install Healthcare library for SOA 11.1.1.7(PS6). I am getting xengineWinstdlibrary BUILDFAILED while executing 3rd step.
Third step is:
3. In the command prompt, run the following commands
a. cd <Middleware_HOME>/<SOA_HOME>/bin
b. execute command: ant -f ant-soahc-postinstall.xml.
I am using Windows 7 64 bit system.
Please help me on this.

Hi,
I get similar error as above.I have installed Oracle SOA suite,then created domain and started the admin server.Then was installing SOA for HC as per Healthcare Downloads
Everything works fine till step 4,then abruptly I get error .Below is the

I tried elevating the privelegs of running the .exe file with Administrator priveliges but still it doesnt work.
I am using Windows 7 64 bit system.
